The best! Super friendly and fast, have up-front pricing, and don't mess around with what your car does or doesn't need. I put a lot of highway miles on my car so a trustworthy shop is a must. I have been taking my car here for seven years and never had a problem. Highly recommended.

Very grateful that they were open on a Saturday morning. Quick in and out for a flat tire fix. I and my classmates were able to make it to the university on time for our presentations.

Came in to get an inspection, for an amazing price I might add. Jennifer was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous (and funny) Was in and out in under an hour, five stars, no complaints, 10/10 would recommend, they even had munchkins and coffee!

Nicest people ever! Dropped my car off late last night to get the tire fixed after popping it down the road. They had it ready early the next day. So quick and efficient. Thank you for the donut and pizza guys!

They ripped me off of a repair that I never approved of and took advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about cars....they are money hungry. They were suppose to call me with what is wrong but waited until they finished the unapproved repair to do so....very unprofessional and I will never come back to get a repair for car here again and I don't recommend them to anyone else unless you want to be ripped off like me. I paid almost three times the price of the actual part in labor cost alone that would have taken my husband 5-10 minutes to do himself....lousy way to to do business and a disgrace. Zero stars if I could.....

This place called Superior is a joke and I recommend nobody to go here. Please don t set up no appointment s because you will be skip over even when you arrive early. Terrible customer service at all cost. I called to set my appointment at 8am and spoked to Kenny the previous day for a car inspection and when I arrived the next following day, Kenny said they are back up due to the heat . Lame excuse for a business. I took my vehicle to Meineke in Bethlehem, PA and there staff took care of me instantly as a walk-in. Please don t set up no appointments times here at Superior because it s not guaranteed at all. Huge inconvenience and waste of time.

Superior Auto is by far the best place to take your vehicle.I am very picky on a place being they like to rip you off,but this place is honest and their work is exceptional. Had timing belt/water pump kit installed , awesome Job !! Runs smoother and quiet and transmission even shifts smoothly now,so happy with their service , seem like great people with a smile on their faces warm and welcoming.. Great price for the 2008 Honda Ridgeline .. would totally recommend

Need repairs on your ride? Shop no further! These guys will hook you up and dial you in, no matter what the issue. They have tons of parts in stock and if they don't, they'll have them the next day. They even stock power equipment electrical parts! Highly recommended!

I had brought my car herebput of complete desperation for some help with my car. I needed a new computer, and other machanics were trying to charge me DOUBLE the price while superior charged me a completely fair price! Thank you superior for helping me! Especially Jen! She did amazing getting the the computer for me!

This is the place you pray for when your car or truck makes a funny noise. Honest, fast and fair. They are probably the nicest people you ll meet when it comes to your car. I have been using them for a few years now and won t go anywhere else. This shop is exceptional and the people that work there are pros. No BS, no shenanigans and no doubts that your car is getting what it needs and nothing more. Fair price for good standard service = a big freakin win. I initially found them 3 years ago because they are an approved vendor for Intoxalock. While the Intoxalock Reps are a nightmare, Jen and Kenny are AMAZING!! They welcomed me with open arms from the start! I m a mom of 3 who works full-time and is in school. My life is TOO busy and TOO hectic sometimes and when things come up and, I need their services ASAP, they (usually Jen) goes How quick can you get here?! Lol. She is a saint! Just wonderful and talented people. Additionally in the 3 years I started coming here, I ve also had them do my oil changes, tires and inspections as a general auto reference. All good!!Side note: I don t know his name but the nice gentleman that works on the Intoxalock installations/removals is top notch! My install and, most recently device transfer into my new car, came out seamless compared to others I ve seen.Sending them so much love! Thank you Superior!! My husband and I moved here about 1.5 years ago. We bring both our vehicles here. They are always so helpful, nice, affordable and everything is done in such a timely manner. We have never been disappointed with their work. Thank you so much Superior. We highly recommend your services to everyone.

I would never take my vehicle anywhere but superiors I wouldn't trust anybody with my vehicle except for them they do a 100%

They did auto repair work exceeding $1,000 that they had not actually gotten approval for.And make sure that you double check your receipts. My partner went through his bill item by item and realized they had added lots of extra things reducing the bill by over $1k. Our neighbor has had the same problem.It's a shame, this used to be our go-to place. I will never ever go back here again. They're not trustworthy.

I needed new tires for my suv before a big snow storm. They were able to order my tires and have them installed within 24 hrs of my initial phone call AND during the only hour I had available that day. Great service. Will definitely be back for future work.

They had my car six weeks, said waiting for a part. Said part came in and they replaced, but still wasn t fixed!Called twice a week for updates, no call back.Took took another place, diagnosed and repaired immediately. It was an 02 sensor.They wasted my time and took my money!!!Terrible communicationServices: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Kenny and Jen are awesome people. Never had an issue and they are not in the business of the constant up-sell. As an operator of a small family business, I appreciate them and will continue to support my local small business. You guys are America!!!

Initially just needed to get my van inspected in PA. That went fine and well. My husband liked the service so when we had A/C issues, he wanted to go back. Today is Thursday. We called last Thursday to inquire about repair, they were busy and not going to be open on the weekend so we were told to call the following week which we did. We couldn't drop it off Monday because they wouldn't be able to get to it, same with Tuesday. Wednesday we were told that we could drop it off that night and they would get to it first thing in the morning, great! Not so much. My husband cared at 10 to check the status and they hadn't got to it yet. Fast-forward to 1:13, when my husband walks in the door saying we have to go get the car because they haven't even got to it. I get it, shops get busy, but the gross lack of communication is what bothered me. No real reason of why it didn't get diagnosed just a sorry we couldn't get to it. Communication is key and there just wasn't any unless initiated by us. I wasted a day having my car at a shop that told us they would do something and didn't follow through. Now I have a wasted day and an A/C that still doesn't work properly.It sucks because their location is convenient. I guess if you don't need your car at a certain time leaving it there all day is ok.

After dealing with a garage around the corner from my house, due to convenience... spending $400 NOT NEEDED, and it NOT fixed....I decided to reach out to Superior since my mother has used them in the past & I am EXTREMELY THRILLED it was fixed!!!I'll take the few extra blocks to walk to make sure my car is fixed professionally & efficiently!!!THANK YOU

A virtual unicorn among mechanics... A true example of a fair, honest, high quality mechanic that does excellent work for a very fair price. I've been a customer for 25 years and wouldn't trust my automotive work to anyone else. I highly recommend them to any car owner, whether it's a domestic, import, or exotic/specialty vehicle.

I would say that the job they did for us, was a very good job, but I don't care how good a mechanic is; all ways Get a warranty on the work and the product. Good people, good job.. check them out, if you ever need some Auto work done Go there... Tell them Mike Gordon, said I should come here.
