Amazing customer service all around. Crystal was such a delight to work with and I hope you keep her around forever!! Initially was quoted 5-7 days for repairs but they managed to not find any extra damage and got my car back to me in four days! Would recommend in the future.

TERRIBLE WORK .I had to use this repair shop for my vehicle that had minor damages to the front bumper due ti debris on the highway. The repairs was through my insurance company and they was supposed to assess the issues and repair as needed. However I was told my vehicle would be ready in two weeks time at most. Star collision called me and stated my car was ready for pickup prior to the date they said it would be ready. This was exciting news however upon me driving my car..it began to over heat. I had to bring the vehicle back to them to have it looked at again. They stated the coolant was low in my vehicle. This should have been something they checked thoroughly upon repairing the vehicle. Once finished I decided to not leave the lot without testing out the car for any further issues. My AC wasn t working I was told somewhere was a leak in my AC system from a pipe. So they took my car again and it needed to be fixed once again something that should have been tested prior to giving me my car back. Once the cars coolant and AC condenser/pipe was replaced. I test drove the car and everything seemed to be working fine a week later my car started to shake on the highway at low speeds..this forces me to pull over I decided to take the vehicle to Honda to see what exactly is wrong with the vehicle Honda assessed the issues and come to find out it was due to Star Collisions lack of repair for my vehicle both my coolant and AC unit was leaking slowly .this forced me to come out of pocket for repairs when it should have been handled by my insurance company through Star Collision. I would not receive bringing your vehicle here what so ever.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Brought my husband s 17' Toyota Yaris here to have damage on the front bumper and rear door fixed. They had it finished a day before the date promised, and had it back to like new condition!! Would definitely recommend this shop!

The body work was on point however they kept my car and extra 3.5 weeks to figure out how to install headlights. I was told my car was ready multiple times only to find new dash lights on. No one said anything to me about this and I kept getting told my car was ready. The issue was a bad battery ground which was fixed within minutes of me finding out about it. Idk why no one was able to tell me about this for weeks. Lori at the desk is amazing but anything past that is a complete disaster. It s mind boggling that this shop is still in business.They kept trying to give me a sob story about how they payed for a rental and a warranty on an aftermarket set of tail lights on a different vehicle. Idk how this pertained to me but whatever.I went straight from here to trade in my car for a new one as it was no longer safe to drive!

The truck is back to normal but the customer service provided to get to that point was a disaster. Came here due to insurance and I wish I would have gone with another choice. I can write a journal but it's not even worth it. My suggestion is to choose wiselyService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Where do I begin with this body shop. I took my car in as they are a Progressive partner and after an accident they were the closest to my work. The whole adjustment process and scheduling was very issue free, but once they had my car all the issues started. Not only was I never notified of any extensions in how long my car would take there was 0 clear communication. A customer should never have to constantly call a body shop to get updates or clear answers. To give you an idea of how many times I had to call to get any kind of update as I was renting a car that is not free, they knew just from my phone number calling that it was me without even asking for any name. On the day my car was due to be done by end of day they called me after 430pm to let me know they had "forgotten" a bumper bracket and needed to order one so it would be another day. I'm sorry, but a bumper bracket missed??? I should also clarify and say that my car was not badly damaged and all of it was on my bumper. RIDICULOUS. So now another day I have to wait and they call to tell me it is FINALLY done. And I didn't have to actually call them. I go to the shop to pay my deductible owed and the receptionist tells me the progressive check that pays for the rest of my repair she doesn't have on file. (I handed this to her when I dropped my car off). So now I owe the whole bill of $3700 and they have no record of this check that I signed and handed to them with my keys when this all started. So they lost a $3000 check and now are telling me I have to pay and explaining how there's no possible way I gave them a check. OUTRAGEOUS HOW DO YOU LOOSE A CHECK FOR THAT AMOUNT!!! Needless to say the progressive adjuster had to come out and miraculously found it. I will never ever go back here and I have called my insurance company to persuade them they should not do business with this unorganized and not customer friendly shop. I work in the hotel business and have many guests asking for car repair shops and will NEVER recommend this place.

The representative from Star's Body Shop Jeff was very polite and helpful He did everything he said he was going to do. His follow up was excellent. My car was delivered better than it was when I first bought it home. He treated me like family. I would highly recommend their services.

Took our car there for repairs through insurance and took a month to get it back and still was not fixed. That took another week to fix. Communication there is horrible. They never call you back

great customer service and speedy repair. one mechanic said it would be $500 to fix my door and Star Collision Center only charged me $300!! very thankful and appreciative of these guys. i recommend this business to anyone who has had a collision and needs help (:

While backing out of a parking space I backed into a car that had pulled up behind me as I was backing up. I never saw him coming. So I took my car to Star Collision Center. Don Garis looked at the damage and gave me a more than reasonable estimate. He also took my car right in and started fixing it. On top of that he offered to fix some other spots for a few more dollars.He was friendly and understanding. I strongly recommend Don and Star.

The sales team at star GMC were very professional in their service. Their pricing was fair and reasonable! Tyler S. sold me my pre owned truck and he made the car buying experience as painless as possible, and the sales manager, Greg, helped me close on a fair deal. Thanks to the sales team at Star I have a pre owned truck that looks like new and I am driving with no regrets. I went in for an estimate on my tailgate, the estimator thought my gray truck was black and did not include the bedliner in the estimate, because he told me that he did not notice the liner. Then when I called him back to tell him, he told me to go get a separate estimate for the liner. This being said. They normally provide the bedliner service as part of their body shop repairs. Though I purchased my truck at Star, I will not be going there for the repairs. What else are they going to miss???

Car has been there 5 times in the last 3 months because they are unable to fix my hood after an accident. Took my car to be serviced elsewhwere and the mechanic looked inside my hood and was able to tell I was in an accident due to broken pieces Star had either left broken or re-broke. Hood does not line up correctly at all. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Never get a hello when I walk in either

The collision center is very customer unfriendly. I had a claim through progressive they tool the car and said 3days for repair, even called on the third day to say car would be ready later that day. Got a call from progressive said car would be another week, they did not even start on the car repair for three days

I had a great experience Jeff Haynes was my representative for the collision center I went through my insurance he did a great job keeping me updated on my car and helped also set my car up for an inspection everything was done on the day they said it would be.
