I want to start with the office staff they were very nice and helpful. But when it came to getting our car fixed was taking alot of time, which is to be expected. We did a lot of work before we sent it in to them. The issue ended up being an ecu issue. We ended up taking the car back as it kept getting pushed back and told the mechanic was out etc. There were a lot of issues with communication and where they were at with the car. On top of that the car came back with a broken shifter knob and a dead battery and poor wiring.With the response given below, there was a lot of back and forth exchanges via email because of this review to the point that we were getting blamed or playing it off. Communication is key in the especially with speciality shops like this one. That was the biggest issue. Do not sit here and belittle the people that do their own work especially when you have all been there at some point. Regardless the wiring should've been completed the right way wheather we choose to have the ecu installed there or not, not a half job. As far as the shifter goes in your email you clearly stated that you looked at the car each day and never noticed shows the lack of detail given. There was no way it came in that way especially the way its broken that takes force.

Bought a used 2008 bmw 535xi from them. Nice people but I told them the car was misfiring, so I tried to get money off the car to fix these imperfections by telling them the imperfections in my own experience of owning cars, I know what a misfire feels like and sounds like. they said it wasn t. I saw the car and never had a chance to see it on a lift. Only the tire pressure light was on. I checked the driver side for rotor wear, was alright. The guy Taki Checked the passenger side and said I was okay but the passenger side wheels were damaged on the side wall ( I found out because 2 days after I bought the car, The tire blew out on the highway ) ended up having 4 different tires on an AWD car. Transfercase is leaking currently and I haven t really had a chance to enjoy the car yet. Oil pan was stripped and needed to rethread it so I can change the oil, Might have fixed that issue but not certain yet or else I need to buy a new oil pan. Missing the front drive shaft. Anyway after I bought the car and drove it home, next day I started it. 29 codes appeared lol time to fix the misfire and transfer case issue. Buying coils and injectors didn t fix the problem, neither did buying an aftermarket intake (like they said it was from). I won t go back but hope you guys have a better experience.

I had an Appointment 3 weeks ago to get my car looked at, and they never even touched the car.. just kept telling me what they thought the problem might be .. finally had to get my deposit back and take the car somewhere else. .smh .. very friendly staff.. but definitely not a place I would take my business too ever again .. stay away people! ... the lies this guy just told makes no sense.. first off I wouldn't drive a BMW if I couldn't afford it .. secondly he told me it was a transfer case sleeve .. but when I got my car towed to Amaco not far from them they diagnosed the problem right away .. so come to find out it was the drive shaft.. they replaced it .. had the car for two days and everything is fine . Drives beautiful..

The end of July is not a year from when I posted. I also complained from the first day. About your fraudulent inspection. You handled the deal Nate no one else. You promised parts for repairs since your blind can t see failed parts. You evaded taxes by shorting the taxes paid by reducing the purchase amount on the mv form. You claimed you did things that you flat out didn t. None of this is personal. You claim to order parts for month till I said enough is enough. You forged the paper work. It was completely different numbers. Point is this place is not a place to do business.

Very unprofessional staff, especially the mechanic Nate who can lie with no remorse. then when being asked about such small lies like something as simple as a battery check on a vehicle they had for over a year wants to get defensive and try to kick me out. And wants to proceed to charge for work they didn t even do. Don t take your car there. Literally 50 other shops in the area that would ve been a better choice.

Just bought my first car from this place was a little bit nervous because I got taken advantage of by another dealership but they were very helpful worked with me with making it affordable for me and even though it is an old car it's in very good condition 10/10 would recommend

Buyer beware. They forge documents. He will lie. Promise the world deliver nothing. Don t give this guy a dime. Worst business I ve ever dealt with. Don t upset Taco he will scream homophobic slurs when he doesn t get his way.

This place brought my car back to life. Legitimately. It was a huge job. No where else I'm the area would or really probably COULD do it. My BMW sat for years, needed an entire engine and tons of body work. They really nailed everything. It took some time, but that's expected. 10 stars

Let me start off by saying I'm not super knowledgeable when it comes to cars ....so of course I was a little nervous bringing mine into ANY shop when it started acting up. The associates here were very kind, patient, and made sure to explain everything in a clear way that helped me feel comfortable. They also got the repairs done very quickly and made sure I knew all of my options for what needed to happen today or what could wait a little while.I will definitely be coming back! I never post reviews but I HAD to this time. SpeedTec is literally the most reasonable and helpful shop in Easton, by far. They will always notify you of anything going on with your car and will always tell you exactly what you need! Not to mention, Nate is a freakin car whisperer! Good things over at this shop... all good things.

This place is incredible. Did a few mods on my 2020 Honda and everything turned out perfect. Very professional, insanely helpful and transparent. Really like the long haired kid Tyler! He helped a ton throughout the entire process and was particularly great

Let me start off by saying Thank you to Nate and Staff. The entire crew is amazing and friendly. My Car went in as a Little boy and came out a grown man, Thanks to Nate and his expertise with this particular vehicle. I went in with only wanting an engine swap, came out doing other mods to the car. My Car has been In and out of the shop, but because of Nate's effective and prompt timing I have been able to use my car. Currently My car is in the shop waiting for a Tune, which it needs badly.I will be going back to service my vehicle with Speed tec. I have made some cool friends here at speed tec, Tracy and Charlie are very cool and responsive. I consider Speed Tec to be new family and will continue to Support. Excellent service I blew cylinders 2&4 on my stock motor after I requested a leak down test done because I had a feeling my motor was no good anymore, blown from buying cheap electronic coils off eBay, i DONT recommend eBay, i recommend being patient because the performamce/maintenance work is done very well at this shop, when you come there with a professional attitude and you re business minded then that is what you ll get. Great cars on the lot great business and an excellent outcome. I was given a JDM motor for my vehicle with low mileage and paid it back the next week. The car still runs great I recommend upgrades. This is an Inspection station also. So I wanted to wait a little bit till some time to pass after I bought a car from them. I got a truck from them at a reasonable price. The pick up truck was great and it s functional. They did not really hide anything about the truck. They sell good cars for a good price. Understand that your not buying a brand new car so don t assume these cars are going to be the best money can buy. Remember that it s a great place to buy a car for cheap. I m impressed of them. They are honest, helpful, and Tracy is cool. Couple weeks in and the truck I got is running great with no issues. Look, it s a great place to buy beater cars, and I will buy another one. Great job to the team, and thank you for being honest about things. For reference I got the silver 2001 Dodge Ram 1500.

So many lies. Over promises and under delivers.. had my veh for 5months for a 17 hr job. Just lie after lie. Said I wouldn't pay for remaining bill due to having my car for so long nd still ended up charging me full price.said he would tune my car but another shop checked it and no tune was done. Had all components inside car smelling like a shop and promised he'll detail, all he put was 3 car fresheners. If you're reading reviews, , save yourself a headache, go elsewhere.. always had my car on the back burner, every other car was more important than mine was, had a car show, put my car to the back,ever time I pop up to check on status always a different veh being worked on. I had full coolant when dropping veh off and when veh wasreturned way below minimum level. I can go on nd on but I wasted too much time on this already. I can breakdown in front of his shop nd I'll get it towed instead of leaving it in his hands again. He can offer free repairs for life nd I wouldn't go, he'll probably still charge me anyway like he did after promising to me remaining of bill was on him to make it up to me. Moral of story, 100% regret leaving my vehicle to him. looking for a shop? GO ELSEWHERE!! That's just my experience hope he doesn't do this to anyone else, though he said to me he has another car there 6 months and another veh for 5 YEARS. so glad I wasn't there 5 yrs. And to think I was going to have my other vehicle rebuild with him, charged me for an alternator, but alternator does not look new.. crooked as they get in my opinion.Ps. Lifters were from summit racing.. head gasket issue was way past date of promised that i won't pay remaining balance.. . And you just proved my point.. u said " a tune wasn't charged for because "he didn't do". Yet he told me personally he did at the least a base tune, which he didn't.. + I have a code for bad timing and slow cam sensor response...we can go on nd on about all the lies, tardiness etc.."if it were an alternator rebuilt that "he didn't charge me for which is on the receipt it's the least he could do for all the waiting nd lies..yes nd the loaner power steering kept locking up. Thankfully I didn't hurt anyone or myself.. .. happy new yrsService: Engine repair

Highly recommend, great place and great staff, very personable and down to earth. Will work with you to get you in a car you love. Along with any upgrades or repairs in addition to any preventative maintenance. All at great prices and honest and upfront deals. If you need a car they offer financing for just about anybody and work with banks to get you approved and in a car you love that day. Also no hidden fees or things you didn t agree on being done and getting billed after the fact, they ll explain what you need so you can understand and they won t do it unless you agree on all the aspects of the deal and they won t cut any corners or give you any less than great parts. 5 stars for sure and I recommend them to any friends or family looking for a car or work done.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Oil change
