I can only speak to their trucking business, MC 776491, and not of the truck and trailer repair. The asset company is AWFUL! Zero communication, service failure after service failure, and I have never met a group of dispatchers that were more ignorant and unprofessional than those from SMR. If you value your freight, and your customers, I would look for another truck!

They told $ 115.00 per hour on the phone then charged $150.00 per hour and later explained that $115.00 for regular customer. They charged $400.00 for coolant that supposed to $150.00 if I bought from the outside store. They don't let the customer use the bathroom. they put the portable bathroom that very dirty. will never go there again. don't go there if you want to sane your money, Thanks

Terrible customer service, dishonest business practices. Non responsive when reached out too. Trailer was here almost a month, they said they couldn't find the parts. I offered to find the parts and send them to them. Took them to weeks to get me a parts list. I found the parts in 10 mins and scheduled to have them shipped only for them to call me the next day and tell me they didn't have the man power to do the work and I needed to come get the trailer. Then they sent me a bill that included a months storage because "that's how long its been here" I refused to pay it and they finally removed it from the bill. I cancelled the part's id ordered (which thankfully hadn't' shipped Had a different local trailer repair company pick it up the trailer. Got a quote a few days later and trailer is now good as new. Avoid this place if possible.Service: Brakes

I was there last week.I had a leaking brake chamber.Shop was very busy; but they took care of my truck same evening anyway.Friendly boss and his employees.Very good price; I was amazed.Definitely recommend.Next time when in that area, Will stop by if/when the truck/trailer will need more repairs.

SMR was very efficient and quick with my repairs. Not being able to take my truck to my normal mechanic gave me anxiety and was skeptical about things getting fixed properly they stayed in contact and fixed everything the way my mechanic would have I recommend anybody who s truck needs repairs in the area to definitely report to them because they were very open and honest and stayed in communication through the whole repair process . Thank you guys for getting me back up and rolling and taking care of my repairs !

I recommend this shop for trucks service maintenance. me & my husband runs as a team, came to them with a clutch problem - fixed same day - new clutch. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and courteous. Will come back again with any service.

Don t recommend if you don t live in the area. Waited 2 weeks for them to give me part number. Then they tried to charge me storage to have trailer picked up by another shop.

The semi truck broke down and SMR Truck Repair help to fix it. This establishment have very good price on their labor work. The mechanic name carlos help us a lot by stay after hours to finish the repair and get us on the road again . I recommend this place and give it a 5 stars very friendly staff

I specifically asked if they do 22.5 truck tires they told me yes come on over. So we drove 10 miles to get there, and then we were told that they don't do " SMALL TIRES". Good luck to any one who goes there.I was very clear on our needs.

Bad Bad Bad Business Practice. The owners attitude sucks. He Talks to you like if he s doing you a favor by Working on your Truck and gives you a run around and Stinky attitude when you ask him a question. He doesn t give you a Straight Answer. He will keep you there all day and he will keep on telling you that he s working on your Truck but No one touches the truck. And everytime you go to him to ask him what s going on or why no one is Working on your Truck then he will give you an attitude and tells you that we will get to it. After keeping you there all day then he ll tell you lets finish tomorrow??? And I m not talking about Major Work here but just small simple Job that takes an hour to 2 hours the Most. And sometimes he will keep you there all day and tell you that he ll take care of you and then he disappears at the end of the day without saying anything. He needs to respect his Customers and needs to be upfront with his Customers. You ll see what I m talking about once you meet him unless he reads this review and changes the way he does Business. This complaint is based on at least 12 to 16 trips to the Shop. Respect is very Important not just good Prices.10/7/18 Response to the owner. Yes my driver made 12 to 16 trips and he brought it to my attention after the 10th trip. And we thought maybe things will change but they didn t and infact last 2 trips were so bad that I took my business elsewhere. Yes I did call you to address the issue and you were extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone.I was expecting that you would apologize but instead you targeted me by saying, why did I bring you my business 12 to 16 times. Shame on you. So what you re saying that I m a liar but you still trying to help me. No no no Sir.. I don t think so. Improve your customer service and instead of blaming customers.. you should start to listen or else you won t have this business if you continue on this path.Thanks and Good Luck!
