I wanted to share how pleased I am with Pats. I have been taking my car here for a few years now, and have always been very pleased. My car broke down the other day and needed a tow, and I didn't have to think twice about where to have it taken. It was a Friday afternoon, so I was not expecting to hear anything till Monday. To my surprise, I was called within about two hours and given a very fair repair price for a broken front axle. Pat's had my car good as new by a Tuesday morning, and I was even able to have it inspected while it was in the shop to save me some time. Thank you Pat's, from a loyal customer, I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My mom has been going to this place for years so when I needed a new mechanic I decided to take my car here. They are always very honest about what you need, give you the price before doing so, and give you your cheapest but still reliable options. Everything is always done in a timely fashion as well. I always feel at ease leaving my car with them. They started with my mom as a customer and now I go there as well as my brother and his family, my sister, and my dad. Staff is also personable and friendly!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

I made an appointment a week in advance. My car sat there for two days with an appointment and they didn t even touch it. All i needed was the brakes bled. I called twice they said they would call back and never did. THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there to pick up my car after two days, not even a single apology. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Absolutely terrible business.Service: Brakes

I m not from the area but had car trouble, and a friend recommended me here. Bob was a complete professional and after diagnosing my problem, worked swiftly to fix it so I could leave and head back home- no small feat when I arrived at the shop at 3pm. I found him trustworthy, and was so grateful for his service.

Replacing the same valve I supposedly replaced a year ago from Pats. I am having it done at a dealer this time, and thank god. Dealer reports to me the valve is factory, and has never been touched. So what did I pay $1000 for last year. Shady business. I d stay away.

These people are scammers and will try and take advantage of you if they think they can make a quick buck. I brought my car in for inspection and Roy told me I will need $800 of work done before I can pass. That didn't seem right so I asked a family friend to look at it and he agreed something was up. I took it to another garage for a second opinion and passed without even ONE problem. I paid $90 for a inspection and new wiper blades instead of $800 suggested by Roy.

My family and I were far from home and our battery died during our vacation. We are not very familiar with the area and were very close at the time to Lynn's Garage. The garage was full of cars being worked on and knowing we were out of town and on vacation we were helped right away and within 45 minutes our car was running as good as new and it was such a breath of fresh air having people that were so personable and helpful. Thank you so much!

Brought my car here after going to 2 different garages and spending a small fortune. Finally my car is fixed right and I was shocked that the price was so reasonable. The people were very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Pats brakes and Lynn's garage to my family and friends. Thankyou so muchso am very happy!!

First off, the office staff here is awesome! It's like CHEERS, but at an auto shop! The woman who greeted me, Patrice, was SO kind to me when I came in explaining that I was new to the area and in need of an oil change and asked if their team could look into a high-pitched noise that was coming from under my hood when accelerating. I was informed I needed brake work and this shop who traditionally only works on appointments got me up and on my way within just a couple hours. Being that it was a Friday afternoon they could have simply said, 'appointments only, sorry bucko!' Instead they took care of my needs, the mechanic came into the waiting room and explained to me the issues with my car, brought up the ACCURATE cost associated verbally, and asked me to authorize the work before moving forward. Class act.The staff was incredibly nice, pleasant, and there was no question as to whether I was getting top notch service. Being someone who doesn't know a ton about cars, I look for shops like this that will not insist on unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. Only one experience here and I knew I was in good hands. The customers that came in to pick up their cars while I was waiting all seemed to be regulars that had personal relationships with both the front end staff as well as the mechanics. I witnessed an older lady chat with the mechanic for 15-20 minutes about her personal life, vacations, family, and it was obvious these folks take pride in creating relationships and trust with their customers and the community. This attitude should be a model of how to run a shop. Do yourself a favor, don't go anywhere else except for Pat's/Lynn's if you're in the area. You will not be let down. I'd give 10 stars if I could, wonderful experience all around.Also, I had free reign on the TV/Cable in the waiting room with all the channels! SportsCenter, COPS, Judy Judy, you name it! Pat's Brake Service & Lynn's Garage FTW!

This used to be my go-to place for over a decade and I had recommended them to everyone who asked. They got the last of my business today and I can no longer recommend doing business with them. Seems every time I take my car in there the past few years I leave with my wallet at least $800 lighter.Took my car in for state inspection this morning. They called saying my front rotors were worn pretty thin and needed to be replaced to pass inspection. Fair enough, I knew that they were getting there. The pads were close to being replaced too so they suggested replacing them too. I agreed (normally I would do it myself but didn't want to have to take the car back in for a second inspection). I told them very specifically DO NOT USE PREMIUM PARTS. Use the cheapest rotors and pads, this is not a performance vehicle. They verbally agreed. I get a bill for $764 for a state inspection and replacing two front rotors and a set of front brake pads - the parts used were labeled as Ultra Premium. Definitely not what we agreed on. That's theft. Rotors at AutoZone are $86 each. Rotors at Pat's are $155 each. Front brake pads at AutoZone are $35 a set. Front brake pads at Pat's are $145 a set. $80 for a state inspection and the rest being insanely priced labor (any moron can replace pads and rotors).With so many more reliable and competitive mechanics in the area, you owe it yourself to shop around elsewhere and no longer go to Pat's. What a shame.

This is the best place for alignments. I've had 2 different cars get alignments here and they are the best.I've been to the other big name stores and they are just terrible.

A RIP OFF! Charged me $250 for a diagnostic test just to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car and I need new rear tires. I had been coming here for years not anymore!
