Excellent customer service. I arrived early for my appointment but was able to get in immediately. Prices were what was discussed. They noticed a torn wiper blade and took care of it. Great personal service. They were concerned about me! Thank you Rich Ganser! Outstanding job! I will be back for future service needs!

I went in today with TWO screws in my tire, and Richie helped to get me in and out of there fast! I was expecting a long wait and to be there for hours, like some other places...but I was pleasantly surprised! Impeccable customer service and outstanding quality of work! Definitely a place to go when you need help with your car. It was a Friday afternoon and I had a leaking tire and no way to fill it up and the kost team took great care of me. I'm extremely grateful to you guys for fixing my tire.

The staff here are AMAZING! They are informative, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a tire dilemma, and walked in without an appointment. Not only did they take the time to look at my tire, they took care of me right then and there. I thought for sure I'd have to wait for hours, but they were so fast, I was in and out in no time. I plan on doing all my future business with them, and highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent prompt service! My car had to be towed to Kost on a Saturday afternoon and they had it ready for pickup on Monday morning. They care about what they do When my car needs service in the future, I will be taking the car back to Kost!

I do not recommend anyone use Kost tire and auto... the spring on my car exploded, took it to them, they ordered the wrong strut twice, then ordered just the Spring from Mini, then they tell me all these codes came on and they cannot clear them and that my car has to go to Mini to have them reflashed.... they're trying to claim all these lights came on from me driving my car 10 feet to get it out of the lane of travel, yet my clock was messed with and set to the wrong time and it was in military time when I had it set in 12 hour time (normal to non military people)

Recently visited this tire shop for an oil change and new tires, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They offered me an excellent deal, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. A shoutout to Rich, the manager, who was exceptionally nice and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. First time at this location. Super smooth scheduling of appointment and made a quick call for confirmation. Waiting room was very welcoming and comfortable. After learning the manager from Jack Williams came to Kost I decided to try them out. My first experience was a flat repair. After that I've had a brake service on another car and got my son's car new tires. Great experience all around. Professional and courteous - which is why I was a Jack Williams customer for years and intend on doing the same now at Kost.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Another great visit to Kost Tire in Easton this past week. Needed inspection and an oil change. Wouldn t just let anyone work on my vehicles I only go to Rich and his team at Kost. They never try to sell me anything I don t need and if I do need something they always give me a fair price! Everyone is friendly and fast, which is great. Came in while driving through the area for a road trip and having car problems. Rich and Matt was extremely helpful in not only explaining what was going on with my vehicle but also quickly getting me in and back on the road in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this location for any car related needs.

So I called a day before and made an appointment so the next day I came in for my appointment and the guy at the desk tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment and he was giving me attitude for no reason after he was wrong and lied saying I didn't have an appointment. First off his new cause this wasn't my first time here and honestly I hate coming here. I always go to Mavis in Phillipsburg because they treat me way better and there cheaper. This place be trying to get me for my money.

Rich, Craig & Matt are extremely professional I went in for a flat tire they had me back on the road in no time. I will definitely be going there for automotive service needs again. One of the most trustworthy shops around. Called for a quote on tire replacement because of all the commercials I heard stating no one could beat their prices ( including what they play while on hold) Well, I found this to be far from the truth. Once I connected to a gentleman at the location and discussed the tires I needed for my car the stipulations started. Firstly I was told they only price match or price beat stock tires! So if you want it and they don t have it too bad. Their commercials say they ll beat anyone anywhere and not by a little a lot. Ha, don t be fooled.After this unfortunate conversation I called to get quotes from a few other businesses ( which were lower). I then called kost back to tell them what others quoted and after alot of haggling the guy offered to beat the one quote by 5 dollars! 5 dollars. I was like your commercial says not by a little, alot . He finally did offer around 100 off. Which was good but took way too arguing to get there. So I called Mavis where I ve gone many, many times before and spoke to Chris at the stefko store. I told him the quote from kost and he beat their lowest quote by 50 and that was out the door tax included. Best part no haggling and awesome customer service. So save yourself some time and just head over to Mavis.Service: Auto tire replacement
