I had a prepaid visit scheduled. I was informed that extra services were also needed.... I agreed (reluctantly). I was told me car was finished, so I paid for the extra services. And was directed to the red Rav4 in the service bay - my car is NOT red! So I waited while that was sorted out. Now I wonder if my car got all the right services!

Good service! Everything was explained to me. Kris Strain also did me a solid by letting me know I have an inspection coming up. We set up the appointment. I m a little surprised my Toyota App didn t alert me! But that s on the IT s Dept. Service was superb

Recently moved to the area and searched for a new dealership to service our vehicle. Very pleased with Koch Toyota. Employees were very pleasant and treated us with respect. Starbucks inside showroom was a nice surprise. Good experience and recommended.

Dropped my used RAV4 off to have a noise checked. Turns out in with something simple. They called and informed me what it was and no charge. Great customer service. Easy drop off and pick up.

Fast and as expected. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Was updated throughout the whole process via text updates which I found was very useful. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Although i found the telephone robo scheduling system a bit user unfriendly, i was able to eventually speak to a person and she got me set up for my first maintenance visit. When i arrived, there was someone there to greet me with no waiting. My service rep, Korry, was very professional, efficient, and courteous, taking time to explain all that would be included and answering my questions in laymen's terms. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. All in all a very good experience!

When I pulled up to the dealership there was a long line of cars waiting to have service. I thought I'd be there all day surprisingly I surprisingly I was in and out in an hour and a 1/2.Very happy with my visit. And I will be back.Recommend Koch Toyota to friends and family

Service was for a recall and a second key programing. Service writer Jared was great and very friendly. The eta was 4pm to pick up the truck and it was ready at 11:30! Great all around

I bought a certified pre owned truck from Kelly Toyota and after driving it for a week something didn t seem right with the transmission. I talked with the dealer and he told me it was my imagination.I set up an appointment with Koch33 to have them run some diagnostics on the transmission and asked that road test it too. I signed paperwork to begin the work and was prepared to pay for it. After the test drive the mechanic (Brad) had an idea and suggested resetting the transmission. Once it was complete and they gave the paperwork I noticed that they zeroed out the fees and sent me on my way. That s what I call honesty and integrity. It felt like a brand new truck to me. I ll be using Koch33 for all my service needs in the future. Thanks so much to all involved at Koch33.

This place was great. I took my car in because of the check engine light, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem I had. They sent me a video of their diagnostic which was super helpful. Will definitely go back for any more car issues.

Appointment was scheduled for 7 AM and they took it right in. In less than an hour, car was finished and ready to go. Man at the counter was very courteous and friendly. Informed me of addition services that could be done. Great experience as usual

I just moved from Idaho to Pennsylvania and wanted to keep my Toyota serviced by a skilled team and I m glad I picked Koch 33! John Salvo was able to pull my service records from the previous Toyota dealer and knew exactly where I was with my vehicle s maintenance journey. The team completed the day s services and sent me off with a smile and peace of mind that I m driving a safe SUV. My car will be back to their shop for all future vehicle maintenance needs!

What a delightful surprise! When my Toyota Venza needed routine maintenance, I called to make an appointment at the Koch Toyota dealership. I was asked if I d like to try their mobile service. The next day a large van with two friendly technicians came to our property, set up their mobile shop in our driveway and went to work. Two service techs performed like a well-trained team and completed not only the requested services but also topped off fluids, checked disc brakes, tire wear and cabin and other filters. Oh, and gave us a complimentary Toyota blanket. All completed in about 40 minutes!This is customer service at its best!

Took my Rav 4 in for inspection. Very helpful service manager. I like that they send a video to you of the car and what the issues/concerns are. When my car is getting worked on, I always stay there. I am actually super productive working there as there are numerous work stations and free wifi.

So far another positive experience here at Koch 33. The service department was efficient and did what they said they would do. Details are important to me! So I would highly recommend them. You can go cheaper at a Mom and pop shop for state inspections but for knowledge of the Toyota vehicles you only get what you pay for. cheaper is not always better.Sometimes the small shop is initially cheaper then you still have to take it to a certified Toyota mechanic to get the job done right. I have seen this first hand

Got in and out quickly. Battery was replaced as per my request. I was surprised to receive a nice blanket as a gift upon leaving Koch. I always have a good experience doing business with Koch Toyota.

This review is for the parts desk. Courteous, fast, and honest. Applies both to orders made at the desk and online (both for pickup and shipping). Prices are better than from the big online retailers, you're getting real OEM parts , and you're keeping your $ in your own community.

I have had nothing but a negative experience with Koch 33 Toyota from the dealership, managers, and the service department. One piece of advice for the service department maybe don't let an automated service schedule your appointments and you wouldn't be "overbooked" to actually take care of your appointments. I am beyond frustrated to say the least. I do not recommend any aspect of Koch 33.

I ve serviced my Tundra at Koch 33 since it was new. On the surface service at the dealership seems to come at a slightly elevated cost; however, the customer service and quality workmanship are always worth it in the end. All services rendered are performed correctly and to the customers satisfaction, it s that simple. The service advisor s have always gone out of their way to explain everything required to keep my Tundra reliable and performing like new. Personally I have always had an exceptional experience at Koch 33.

This is very bad service. I left the car for two days and if they need it more time I was accord. They put in the papers things that I never mentioned. You didn t the work that was the car there. You did nothing. I m very disappointed. I traveled for an hour and half, I rented a car for to have your service. And pay for gas. I worst two day on it , for what? For nothing because you did whatever you wanted.

Had a bad experience with a detailer that buffed my matte car, they took care of repainting my car to look perfect as it should. Updated me during the process and then recommended how to take care of my paint and to Shine Techs to get it protected. Very knowledgeable

We were disappointed with our most recent service experience Because we wanted our repaired vehicle before 12 noon, we arranged for a 9:00 am service appointment and checked-in the night before.I called our service advisor at 12 noon and was told the work had not yet started and that the service would not be completed till 2:30-3:00 pm. This delay caused us to rearrange our plans.

Stay far away from the service dept. My 2015 Corolla had a horrible vibration when you would accelerate. I had Koch do a diagnostic check and they told me I needed new tires, alignment, and sway bar links to solve the vibration. I knew the tires were not the problem and told them not to do any more work and I paid the $210 for the diagnostic. I swapped my tires from my other Corolla to the one that vibrates and it still vibrated just as bad. So their theory of needing new tires was 100% wrong. I went under the car and did some research and I felt it was the axles. I then took it to Wrenchtec to get a second opinion. They told me my axles need to be replaced. I then replaced my axles and my car drives vibration free now. Thank you Wrenchtec. Koch wanted me to spend $1200 for tires and alignment plus links and they were not the cause of the vibration. Koch service manager Kaitlyn would not own up to the fact that her technician was wrong. She didn t understand how the axles were no good. I told her to call Wrenchtec and ask them how they diagnosed it since Koch was incapable. She wouldn t. Kaitlyn kept saying the tires and links are still the problem and the axles weren t. Even though the tires and links are still the same and the axles are new, this proves the axles are the problem and she will not admit it. If the vibration is gone after replacing the axles how can she be so blind to keep saying it s still the tires and links. It s wrong to charge me $210 for a 100% wrong diagnostic check. If I would have let them do the work I would have been charged thousands till they replaced everything and solved the problem. I lost all trust in Koch.

Chris is great. Always Professional and courteous. I can t say the same of the Dealership upper management and their pricing policies. I will have to take my vehicle to get some maintenance items done elsewhere.
