I called with a tire going flat and explained that I was having this emergency. I asked if they could help quickly as I had a full schedule of meetings to get to that day. The response was, "Just drop it off, and we will give you a loaner." I was in and out in five minutes and on to my next meeting. These guys took a potentially ruined workday and made it a seamless and smooth one.

This is a Very Trusted Establishment, Brett is great! He is always very honest with his recommendations and never pushy. He has serviced my moms vehicle for a long time and now myself along with my son. A+

I chose Jeff s Automotive because I received a free PA state inspection coupon from my AAA membership renewal. They broke not one, but two lug nut studs while removing the wheels for state inspection. They blamed the shop that last had the wheels off. The shop that last had the wheels off performed my 8,000-mile tire rotation about 500 miles ago. I have never had an issue from the other shop that had the wheels off. The other shop has performed numerous tire rotations without issue and has sold me tires for various cars over 20 years. I googled the average cost with parts and labor to remove and replace wheel lug studs and wheel lug nuts. Google gave me a price range depending on the car. Jeff s charged me 23% more than the highest rate in Google's range.

Just moved from Morris county New Jersey and got my plates from triple A and got coupons in the mail for Jeff s automotive and used these peeps for the first time for PA inspection very courteous nice guys in the shop and front desk and I m pretty ocd with my car no finger prints seat same position when I got it back etc! Highly recommend these guys since I used to manage a shop few years ago and customers I observed coming in just handed over keys and said do what you gotta do! Thanks for a pleasant experience guys!

One of my tires lost over 10 pounds overnight. I stopped at Jeff's to see if they could check the tire for a nail. Winter weather was on its way the next day. They gave me a loaner and my tire was repaired that day. Since I had purchased my tires from Jeff's, there was no charge. Everyone at Jeff's is exceptional.

Very nice customer service, some places could learn a thing or two from this place. They have my business, very well spoken and informative to issues your having with your vehicle. They kept me informed on what was going on and was very pleasant about it! Thank you to everyone at Jeff's Auto Service . When in doubt, call Jeff's Auto Service and they'll figure it out! We have always taken our vehicles to Jeff's. Very pleased with service. They do a thorough job with service. They also give a detailed bill of service at checkout. If the service is quick they have a nice waiting room. They also have free Wifi and a hot and cold water dispenser. The seats are comfortable.

I've a Honda Civic just shy of 200,000 miles and I have complete trust in the work performed at Jeff's. Whoever speaks to me gives me the full story about what's needed, what's optional and the implications for doing or not doing various services .

Stopped by this shop to get an estimate to replace hoses and gaskets (arguably straightforward tasks); the gentlemen told me he'd have to remove the engine. Without looking at my lifted jeep cherokee he guessed the work would take 25 hours and cost upwards of $5000.The entire engine can be replaced for that amount!I will surely not be doing business here.~Local Small Business Owner.Updated 10/29/21Yesterday, I received the most genuine phone call from Jeff's Automotive.The gentleman was kind, apologetic and professional.In all honesty, this call was very much appreciated.I've decided to reconsider doing business here and look for to a good customer experience.Note, rating updated from a 1 to a 5 star.Thank you Chris.Service: Engine repair

We've been using Jeff's Automotive in Easton to service our vehicles for 10 years. The team is friendly, honest, and competent. They always explain everything and make reasonable recommendations without the "hard-sell" for anything that isn't needed. They provide estimates up front so there are not surprises, along with regular updates and communication during the work.We've never had an issue getting in for service or getting the work done in time to meet our schedule. We recommend them.

As always, I'm so incredibly happy I chose to go to Jeff's! This was my first year going in for inspection that I had driven less than the state's threshold for emissions inspections, and I had no clue that was even a thing. A less honest mechanic could have easily charged for the emissions anyways and I would have been none the wiser, so this was a legitimate surprise and a show of this shop's honesty and integrity. I will never go to another mechanic as long as I can help it.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

This was my 1st experience with Jeff's Automotive. Excellent repair shop. Everyone is professional and shows care for each customer that comes through the door. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and the repairs needed. I got great value for the money I spent. My vehicle runs great. I will be a life-long customer.

UPDATE: Be CarefulAfter taking all of my cars to Jeff's for over 10 years, I am done. My last three visits have required mutilpe trips back, to resolve issues and recommendations they made were not based on the manufacturer warranty, but rather services that lined there pockets. Example: a full synthetic oil change on my wife's car at 5,300 miles before the manufacturer recommendation. Not sure if there has been a change in management in the past 2 years, but their service quality has dropped and you have to question the laundry list of recommendations they make to make sure they align with the manufacturer warranty versus what they think is best. Very unfortunate that they have lost my business and referrals for ever over something that was 100% avoidable.Original review.Have been taking our cars here for years. Very professional and knowledgeable staff that I would highly recommend.

As someone who has moved around a lot, I can say from experience it s very hard to find a good automotive shop you can trust. Jeff s is the perfect marriage of fixing what s wrong and looking out for you and your vehicle on the road, while also not upselling you. I feel like I ve been looking for a place like Jeff s for the last 20 years, and finally found it! Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Jeff s for years. They are always upfront and honest with us about what needs to be done and what can wait. There's nothing better than having a local, trust-worthy, professional and pleasant auto mechanic that you can always rely on! My PA family has used Jeff's Automotive for years and now that we relocated from NJ to Easton 2 years ago, the guys here have been our go-to mechanics also.They call you prior to doing any work on your car to tell you what they have found and what the cost will be. They're also very accurate when they give you a turn-around time and there are never hidden charges or pushy upsells.A really extremely professional and knowledgeable team, no matter who you deal with! And this is definitely something that's very hard to find in many businesses these days.

Premium, guaranteed work for a premium price. Either a good thing or a bad thing depending on your situation.This place charges a labor rate similar to a dealership. They also guarantee every repair they do for a significant amount of time/mileage. They also offer free rental vehicles while your car is being serviced.This place has big advantages or disadvantages depending on your situation. Regardless, they are very upfront about what they are.If your car is newer or you want a guarantee for major work, consider this place. If you have a newer car that you would otherwise take to a name-brand dealership, I d come here instead.If your car is older and you are trying to make necessary fixes when things break at a affordable cost, don t go here. I have a nearly 20 year old car with nearly 210,000 miles. If my exhaust needs to be repaired or replaced, I will go somewhere else. The car is not going to last much longer, and there are other places that will do quality work on your car but not with a 3 year guarantee and new OEM parts.There is nothing shady at Jeff s. They just have their pros and cons.If I get a new car, perhaps I d come here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection

Great 1st time experience today! I moved out to this area from NJ. Both my BMW and Infiniti needed PA inspections done. I contacted Jeff's through their website. Brett called me back the following morning and scheduled me to bring in both my cars. He promised he'd have both done first thing in the morning on the day we scheduled. While we waited for the car inspections, Brett and James were very attentive and answered all my questions on continuing service with them. We also asked if we could squeeze in an oil change for the BMW and they did it! We were very impressed with both these gentlemen focused in the office and on the customers. I left first with my car while my wife waited for her car. Once her oil change was complete, Brett walked my wife out to the parking lot and waited with her until the mechanic brought the car around. I highly recommend you give Jeff's Automotive a chance to service your vehicles. I'll be sure to visit them again!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

If your looking for a local neighborhood honest mechanic then you've come to the right place. Brett and the team are so nice and helpful anytime I need servicing and they make you feel like family.
