It was a easy and fast purchase. Mike was very helpful and explained every single detail before I sign any paperwork. He was honest and straightforward and didn t rush me for anything. I called them before I drive there (3 hours drive) and they cleaned the car and make it ready for me. They also allowed me to park my old car to their parking spot for couple days.I ll definitely come back.

I never write reviews but I have to for this one. Brought my car to Mercedes Benz and everyone already knows it s going to cost more at the dealership. Brought it to integrated and they quickly diagnosed all the issues my car. They are honest, professional and definitely a trustworthy company. They don t take advantage just because I m a woman. They explain everything properly and I couldn t thank them enough. Thank you again integrated!!

Excellent purchase experience at Intergrated Automotive. No pushing, no struggles from sales. We looked around without anyone bothering us. All information needed openly listed on their cars. We then drove the car we were interested in and we decided on our purchase without pressure. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Our Audi Quattro was clean and ready to go and drove it home satisfied.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Another excellent car buying experience. We bought a car working with Adam & Mike back in May 2023 and just bought another today. Once again a completely straightforward process. High quality vehicles and you can trust what you re getting based on their extensive knowledge in the industry. Fair and transparent pricing and trade-ins, and they go out of their way to get the best financing out there (and they do, thanks to the relationships they have). On top of that, you can t ask for more personable guys to work with. We ll be back when it s time for the next one. Thank you!

I went to Integrated Automotive Service Car dealer for an Audi. From beginning to end was great! The sales guy Mike was pleasant. After arriving a few minutes, I was test driving the car. I got a loan quickly there after and was out of there in an hour. They re honest and upfront about the cost. I highly recommend this dealer!

Everything is done the way it should be. They always have good clean cars. Every car is checked and repaired as needed. And when there is a problem it is taken care of. I will purchase here again. Highly recommended.

Happy to post of my recent experience purchasing a used vehicle from Mike Eichvalds at AIS. Plenty of high end, low mileage inventory to choose from. No pressure. Up front pricing. Willing to negotiate my trade-in which needed work. Left with my dream car same day. After the sale was final, Mike still went out of his way to make sure every one of my questions was answered. I will take my car to IAS for all service and I would highly recommend Mike and the whole IAS team to anyone who is the market for a car or looking for a service provider!!!

I have been going to Integrated for car maintenance and repairs since 2022. I can easily say that they are the best around, now and over time. The mechanics at Integrated are knowledgeable, experienced and excellent problem solvers for a wide range of automotive concerns. They identify the correct systemic fixes, are careful to keep the costs low, and do quality work. They are professional, honest, personable and go the extra mile. Will, Chris, and everyone on the team are all great to work with. Although I am a car enthusiast and like to talk to the service writers and mechanics for any service jobs, I am also happy to have my college student head to Integrated on her own knowing that everything will go well. My last comment is that I am planning to shop for my next used car at Integrated because I know that the vehicles they sell have gone through their shop.

We have been customers of IAS for many years for a reason. We've purchased several cars from them and our experiences have always been excellent. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, and fair, and their inventory is extensive and of high quality. We will continue to go to IAS for our automotive needs and will also continue to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks to Adam and Mike and all the super people in the service dept too for years of great cars and service.

Excellent service. Took care of the anticipated maintenance and even did an unexpected extra "check" I only asked for as I dropped off the keys. The team also worked with me to schedule maintenance around my kids' pick-up/drop-off times, which was a life saver. Just purchased my first Lexus from IAS over the weekend. I worked with Adam on the test drive options and with Mike on the sale. It was a great and relaxed experience! Mike was very helpful in walking me through all of the paperwork and I really appreciated his honesty when weighing my purchasing options! In total this is my family s 4th car purchase from IAS; we also have used their mechanic services for 10+ years on our other vehicles and we love their business and employees. Overall, if you re looking for honesty, integrity and high quality vehicles this is the place for you!

The gentlemen at Integrated Auto are prompt, savvy and polite. I ve used them for work on my BMW a number of times now and they always do a great job. Love the virtual invoices and payment system! Their detailing service is top notch as well. I was using Mavis (yikes) for a while but will no longer go anywhere else but Integrated!

Mike was efficient, friendly, and fast to close our deal. All paperwork was ready when we got there so we were in and out in an hour while our car was being detailed! Hands down best car buying experience we ve ever had. From the first phone call (Adam was super knowledgeable about the car) through financing (they went out of their way to get the best rate without us even having to ask), and then completing the sale with Mike - personable, professional and straight to the point. There s no gimmicks, hidden fees or any other nonsense.We looked at a LOT of cars and none compare to this dealer. They know their cars, don t sell problems, detailed the car impeccably, and sell at completely fair prices. We love our new MINI! And we plan to service it there too given their expertise with German cars.Most refreshing experience buying a car - we will be back and will be telling people how great these guys are.Thank you!

Somewhat new to Easton, when I heard alarming rattling sounds while driving in first and second gear in my Fiat Sport, I wasn t sure where to take my car to get looked at and repaired-a lot of mechanics around here don t want to work on Fiats and the dealer nearby is expensive and backed up. My neighbor Joe recommended Integrated Auto Service-he s had favorable work done from them prior. Chris and team from IAS diagnosed the problem(s) quickly, made prioritizing suggestions, worked with my budget and offered a loaner car while making repairs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up picking the car up one day later than completion and they were graciously accommodating.I am grateful, they took very good care of me!

All I had done was 4 tires installed and balanced and a wheel alignment. I happen to be hypersensitive when it comes to steering wheel alignment and drift while driving. Their mechanic nailed it in the first try. Possibly the best alignment I've had in over 30 years driving and owning cars. Excellent service. Will absolutely return in the future should I need service and will continue to recommend them to others.

I am a returning customer to IAS for what is now the 3rd time, and my daughter just purchased her car here as well. There are many reasons why my family continues to return. One reason is the low-pressure (actually, no-pressure) approach and the beautiful selection of well-priced cars. Mike was our most recent and very patient salesperson throughout the buying process; a great guy who answered all my questions and then some! Another reason we return is the Service Department. We have our cars serviced here and have recommended them to many friends. The Service Department is quick to answer the phone and return calls, furthermore, they are honest. They provide full disclosure about any problems or concerns you may have about cost or maintenance and are willing to offer advice. I would highly recommend IAS for both Sales and Service.

Buying a car can be stressful, especially buying a used car. After months of searching, I came across Integrated Automotive Services. I had an extremely positive experience, purchased my son s first car and I couldn't be happier. Mike was a pleasure to work with and made the process so smooth. I had a minor concern after purchasing the car, Mike immediately responded and had me bring it in to double-check everything was fine. Though I did not meet the owners it s clear that they value their customers, and staff all while selling high-quality vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned car. I recently purchased a used 2015 Audi S5 from Integrated Automotive Services and love the vehicle. After looking for a vehicle for about 3 months I stumbled up these guys, and I am so glad I did. I found the car I was looking at the right price and condition. Mike Eichvalds was my salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. The service staff are always friendly, informative and knowledgable. I won't take my car anywhere else for maintenance and repairs. We just bought a 2008 BMW from Mike in the sales department as well. We were provided with the full CarFax report and service records before purchasing. Mike was very thorough and made us confident we made a smart purchase of a quality used vehicle.

I purchased a Volvo c30 at the beginning the new year and all i can say is wow!!! Super happy and impressed with the car, definitely worth the 2:30hr drive from Maryland. Also Mike on sales was the mvp. He was so nice and helpful and straight about the car. I am super thankful he was able to get to help me get my car. I will super recommend them.

Both my fianc� and myself got our cars from here (2011 Volvo C30 and a 2014 Volvo S60), and I HIGHLY recommend them for both service and sales. This was my first time financing a car, and Mike and Adam made the experience as smooth and stress free as possible. They were kind, informative, and patient. I have never been at a used dealership as trustworthy as this one; they are upfront and honest, and will fix any and all issues with the vehicle before you drive away with it. I purchased a Volvo from Integrated Automotive Services (IAS) last week. Mike was my terrific, key contact start to finish with a nod to Adam as well. The process could not have been lower pressure and I drove off in exactly the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend.
