Purchased a vehicle with receipts from work done by this company less than 2000 miles ago.1. Installed the wrong/cheap spark plugs2. All gaskets and seals installed leaked over half quart of oil and need replaced.3. Used wrong/cheap spark plug wires4. Transmission and transfer case both have considerable leakage.5. Belts they installed now have to be replaced.6. Clutch blew within 100 miles7. Threw 3 engine codes within 25 miles of driving.I have considered the receipt may have been fabricated but I confirmed they did the work.Despite any response to this review. I have photo evidence of everything they did wrong and the receipt with the false claims.0 stars - buyers please beware.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I can't say enough about the service I received from Hans and Emilie at GZP / 3000GT Stealth Parts Warehouse. I needed some hard-to-find suspension parts. They responded quickly (after-hours, nonetheless), gave me a fair price, and shipped the next day!! Awesome service! Will be hitting them up again the next time I need 3S parts.

I'd give less stars if I could. I placed an order online and called them after a week because I never got a tracking #. They said oh yea were just waiting on your exhaust gasket but we can swap it with another brand and it can ship today, of course I said yes lets do that. Well I still never got a tracking # now I can't get them to answer emails or the phone. I got my money back but only after reporting it to my credit card company... Low and behold he called that same day saying oh if you would've called us we would've given your money back.Edit: looks like they changed their name to probably try and save their reputation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 3SWAREHOUSE OR GROUND ZERO PERFORMANCE! Y'all should hear some of the stories about him collecting money at a 3s meet to get tshirts made and he pocketed every penny.

Hans was very responsive and answered any questiins I had before I sent my car to him. Once he went over my car and sent me a quote and photos of what he found, I agreed to what needed to get done he got started. great guy and very knowledgeable.

This is the only place to go If you are looking to get work done on your 3000gt/stealth. Brought them a car that was non running, sitting in a garage for almost 16 years. They got it up and running, sent me a detailed explanation of all the work needed to get the car back up to snuff, and had all the repairs done on it in just a few days. I've logged a few hundred miles on it already and the car runs like new. Can't recommend them enough!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

He does a great job when they actually work on cars. Mine sat outside for three months. Took four hours to detail after I got it back. Loose parts just hanging out. Intercooler pipe clamps were loose. Spark plug cover sitting in the trunk. Needed an IAC controller after I got it back. Do you think you they would have taken the 38 seconds while it was apart to replace it? Nope. ECM was not bolted back into place. Over $16,000 spent there in the last year. Hans built my VR4 back to its glory days in a matter of weeks and it was quite the project. Car runs perfect just like Mitsubishi built it in the 90s. He was truthful and communicated throughout the process. I ll be bringing all my 3/s cars to him in the future even with the 9 hr drive. I had a great experience with GZP and intend on writing a great review on all the pages that I can because of it. They rebuilt a transmission for me and put it into my Stealth. Dealt with Hans directly for the planning and execution of the work and I received phenomenal customer service. And I'm going to be honest here... I'm a needy customer when it comes to my car. I ask a lot of questions and ask for a LOT of status updates, expecting quick responses and for people to keep their word.He communicated with me regularly and gave me status updates on all of it.He worked around my schedule since I was coming from 4 hours away and came in during his off hours to help take care of me. I had him do a few other things while I had it with him and the work looks great and drives great!My 26 year old car gave us some additional problems throughout the process, but Hans handled it and treated me extremely well. He went above and beyond for me on this and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I've received so far. I'm still working with him on some other minor details, but overall GZP far exceeded my expectations and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Only a small part of the 1300 order arrived after a month. I was able to talk to someone there after calling 4 times and leaving 2 messages and 2 emails of which they never responded to any emails or phone messages.I was told part of my order were no longer available but the rest of the order was sitting waiting to ship once I had chosen to either cancel the pedals for a refund or choose different pedals. I chose to cancel and he informed me I would receive a refund as well my order would ship that day and would get a tracking number. After 7 days still no refund, no tracking information and they will not answer calls or emails - their mailbox is full so o message can be left.It's now 2 mo the and a week since placing the order and I still have not received the much needed items to service my vehicle (timing belt kit and gaskets)I STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT order from this company: no customer service, lie about shipping dates and ETA's then will not contact you or respond to inquiries (to date not one email answered). I'll have to go a legal route to get my money !!

Ordered Parts on July 30 2017, it is Sept 26 2017 and it is still processing. I have sent many emails with no response. I have called many times only to get a full voicemail. I have only been able to contact them once in Aug which they said my parts would ship out by the end of the week. This clearly did not happen. Update: After contacting the CEO over facebook i was able to receive my parts.

UPDATE: PST driveshafts are no longer an item in their online shop and the page has been reworked entirely removing any way to sign in to your account to see previous orders or pending orders.Bought a brand new PST 2-piece aluminum driveshaft with optional warranty along with some other things in my order about 3 years ago. Received all of the order except for the driveshaft, called and was told "more are being delivered such an such date." A week after I called again and inquired about it and they said the truck hadn't shown up yet but they assured I'd get my part. After that it was more excuses until I got placed on the "do not answer" list for phone calls and e-mail, I do occasionally call in and they answer because they forget who it is and I give them the order number which is STILL in "processing" and they act all shocked and say they'll get it sent out right away. Never happens. Its been 3 years since I placed that order.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but enough is enough. I ordered ISC coil overs for my Dodge Stealth on 4/16/2017 even tho it'd take "30-60 days" as they're a "special order item". Figured it was no big deal waiting a month or two while I fixed up other aspects of the car. Well now it's going on six months, and I haven't been able to successfully contact GZP in over three months. Whenever I was able to successfully contact them I was told that they would call/email ISC to find out an ETA. I've had more communication with ISC themselves in the last month than I've had with GZP overall...still no word on an ETA from either company, however.Long story short, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them unless you're at the shop in person and can physically see the part.

Please, please, please, do yourself a favor and do not order from these folks. I spent $159.00 and waited 3 weeks for my order to ship and never received anything. I was only able to speak to them twice in 3 weeks and both times received an apology and a promise that my items would be shipped. Long story short; I had to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed. No replies to email, or repeated phone calls, and voicemail box is conveniently full. It's unbelievable in our country that we have people like this who rip off customers for their hard earned dollars and think they can get away with it. They should be ashamed of themselves. I would be embarrassed as the owner of this establishment!

I ordered a climate control screen from Hans at the end of November 2017. Never received anything for the first month. At first it was a little shaky--He responded to my e-mails saying he was just catching up on orders and would have my working screen out ASAP. He explicitly knew I was trying to fix this car up as my new daily driver and I was holding off several other dashboard parts until I had the screen. He went into total radio silence the moment I told him I've waited long enough and started asking for a refund.I'm not asking you to build a transmission from scratch. You either have the component or you don't. Why is it STILL listed as available on your site if it's not? You can give the same old spiel about being a small business trying its hardest to keep up with demand all you want. I understand the struggle to an extent and I can be patient when it's due, but you're nothing but a lowdown scumbag the moment you're deliberately dodging the customer so you can cheat them out of hundreds of dollars. You're disrespecting the people trying to support you as a business and you've completely lost my sympathy. You're a thief and I hope you lose everything when your lousy business falls apart. By the sounds of things it's already halfway there. I'm already pursuing my refund through Somerset Trust. I'd be surprised if you hadn't heard from them already.

I usually don't leave negative reviews for businesses especially in this economy but I just need to warn people to might consider this establishment.Hans, the owner, has been my mechanic for 2 years.He is he only one I would go to and send other potential costumers to him as well. I always paid him in full, brought Christmas treats and extra cash for hard work.However, I recently found out from my friend that he posted pictures of my car on social media with my license plate and disrespected it numerously with comments. Attention seeking? Probably! If it was someone else, I wouldn't care but this guy is a business owner, I'm your costumer. This is unacceptable.I have proof and screenshots of what he posted and said. I'm sorry but how inadequate you have to be to do this and not get caught.FYI,I don't have 30 codes every time I'm in your shop, and If you had fixed it the first time I wouldn't have any.I hope this helps everyone who decides to do their business here because DONT. This guys has no values. He does not appreciate or care. And you should be able to trust your mechanic.

Contacted them via email and within 2 hours of my inquiry I was told they had the part I was looking for in stock. Placed an order for the part (the size of a hockey puck) on 7/18. Tried calling daily after two business weeks with no package received to only get a full voicemail box every time and no replies to any of my other emails. It has now been three full business weeks with no response and no package.Update 8/12: Finally received the package.

So I have ordered parts from these guys. I am unable to contact them at any of the available sources, except I managed to get a few words out of them over facebook. They've used the same old trick "sorry we are closed blah blah" like in all the other negative reviews. Its been a few more weeks and I am still without part or money. Stay away from these guys! I wish I've seen their low review before I've ordered.

Ordered a 99 3000gt rear center taillight last year on May 27, 2018 but never received it still!. Tried calling emailing etc but it always goes to voice mail!. TOTAL SCAM, DO NO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. They will take your money and rip you off!

I've owned cars for over 35 years. I've been to mechanics all over the world. Speaking to my current vehicle, a 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT, the owner is the best mechanic I've ever seen. Ever. Hands down. No comparison. His work ethic is of the highest standard. Hans, the owner, is not a mechanic, he is a Car Whisperer. My vehicle kept having issues that other mechanics, both dealer and other, never could fix.It was truly a Ghost in the Machine.He did not stop until he found the issue, which turned out to be a series of small cascading failures, to include a short in the wiring harness. How he found all this I'll never know. I watched him work most of the time. He taught me a lot about my car.He ended up working hours past his normal closing to get everything fixed, and with two tiny children at home and no Thomas The Train because his cable box went out, it was way past what a normal person would have done.What he charged was incredibly fair. So much so that I think he ended up not charging me enough.My car now runs better than it ever has.I apologise for the novel, and I've never written this much for a review before, but this place is absolutely worth it.

Those guys are ignoring me on the phone mails/facebook messages even personal messages on their facebook pages from august and took 2100 us dolars from me. i have contacted my bank for scam and i hope to see my money back. IF U WANT YOUR MONEY DONT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a turn signal from these jokers. No email or communication at all after. Called a # and finally some guy answers and says hes going to send, nothing at all was sent or no communication. TOTAL THIEVES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM!! READ REVIEWS !!
