Work done was poor. Did not completely assess the damage of the car and we had to bring it to another place to be repaired. They promised to re do the work but never did it. Would definitely NOT recommend this place

I've had my car for two and a half months and they don't even give me any information about it. Horrible service, dishonesty, lack of commitment to their customers. These are just some of the adjectives that can be used for this company. If you need a good bodyshop, look for another one because this is not the place.

Gerber Collision has excellent customer service. The staff is polite and very attentive to the customer's concerns. Communication is amazing, you receive frequent updates regarding the repairs of your vehicle.

My experience with Gerber Collision was terrible for a recent repair I needed done for some collision work. Throughout the whole process the staff at Gerber Collision just did not seem to have an understanding of what my vehicle needed. Each time I asked questions about the claim I received a run around and was told I would receive an email or someone would return my call. I eventually chose to select a competitor for my repairs.

The process of going to get stuff out of my car after it was deemed totalled was easy and painless....** updated after a call from the manager or owner. I was informed the dog was removed and the smell is gone, but cannot confirm myself at this time. Original info left for context. I am glad they care enough to reach out, but a phone call felt a little weird. He was very nice and courteous though. :) Hope the smell is actually gone!The reason for 3 stars: inside the office where it heavily smelled like wet dog. It was so gross. The place was clean, but the smell intense. Yes there was a dog present at the front desk gated in and sleeping, but the whole office smelled of wet dog. Like they cleaned the carpets but didn't use the proper chemicals to get pet smells out and instead made it worse. Yuck!

The worst place I ve ever had the displeasure of having a car towed to. I picked out a place closer to my home to have my car towed to after it got flooded at a wedding. One rep from my insurance told me I could do that but when I called again to coordinate the towing from the toy yard to the auto shop and that rep said I absolutely had to go to an auto shop affiliated with my insurance. Gerber was the only one in the area, apparently. Oh well, the shop seemed to have good reviews so I figured why not? After several days of waiting for the tow company to get the car transported home, I finally get a call at 4:50pm from Gerber that they need my keys for the car to be dropped off that day by 5:00pm. I asked why and the woman on the phone told me it s because if they didn t have my keys it would damage my car (ummm what?). I explained to her that I was at a doctor s appointment (one I d been waiting almost a year for, mind you) and it would not be possible for me to drop off the keys by 5:00pm. I asked if someone could wait until I was done at the appointment and I d head over afterwards but she said no and hung up. Oh well, I thought to myself, the car s probably totaled, anyway given it was in a flood, so what s the worst they could do?I didn t receive any more calls from them but eventually went over to drop off the keys on a day when I was off of work. The woman at the desk (didn t sound like the same one I talked to on the phone) was friendly and tried to help but the man who came up to actually help me seemed like he had no idea what s going on. He told me he didn t have any cars in the lot that matched the description of my car. I pointed at it through the window and he said Oh. Oh yeah. It s totaled, he said. How do you know if you didn t even look at it? I asked. Oh, I know, he replied and walked off. Very arrogant, that s for sure.I ask him when it would be done being looked at and he said that since it was a Friday, it d be done Monday. Nobody ever called me or reported it to my insurance. I called several times to ask for a status update. Each time I was forwarded to their call center and each time, I left a voice message but never got a response. Three weeks later, after still having heard nothing, I drove out there and asked for some answers. The first thing I found out is they lost the keys I d left with them. The guy from before searched for about 10 minutes but couldn t find anything. He then checks the car and sure enough, the keys are in the ignition with the door unlocked. In other words, anyone could have walked onto the property and stolen something from inside my car. In addition, because the ignition was partially turned, I could not get my keys out and the batter was drained.I ask the guy if he can help me get the trunk open and he says Why doesn t it have a manual release? I don t know. I didn t think it needed one when I designed the car. Oh wait. I didn t design the car! I just drove it. He then pulls down the back seat and walks away, as though he expects me to crawl into the car on my hands and knees, dressed for work, and empty the trunk that way. Finally, he offers to jump it and I m able to get all of the doors and the trunk open to clean my stuff out. He then takes the jump pack inside and after that, nothing works in the car again. So they didn t just drain the battery. They completely killed it.I get my stuff out of the car and go back inside and give them back the key. I then ask the guy what the holdup is. I told him my insurance needs the estimate and he said Well that s all we re waiting for. I asked him when I can expect the estimate and he said he d call me tomorrow. I still haven t received a call.

Got a quote, was told multiple times when I called that they d have to have the person who did the quote call me back to set up appointment for repairs. Waited 3 months called multiple times never was able to reach the mysterious appointment maker . Finally got to chat with him and all I get is a we finished the quote a while ago we were waiting for you to call I expressed I called multiple times and what I was told. I expressed myself in a kind manner because stuff happens and I get that. I m pretty frustrated at this point because now I m waiting until June for my repairs because there was a miss in their appointment process. Fortunately they were kind about it and explained to me that they are super busy. All in all I m still fired up because it should not have gone this far without any communication: I ll drop another review post repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car to Gerber collision for the second time and my experiences were exactly as the first time. I am a fanatic when it comes to body work and paint and expect the vehicle to look as if I just pulled out of the showroom. I really inspect the car after the work as to ensure that the body work is perfect and the paint matches exactly to the existing paint which I realize takes a very talented team of technicians to accomplish this task. But that's just me.Again, I was extremely pleased with the workmanship, paint quality, andthe timing to get my vehicle back to me. Jeff, who happens to be the facility manager kept me up to date daily on the progress and was extremely cordial and pleasant during the entire time.I am a car enthusiast and unfortunately I've had my share of body work over the years and would highly recommend Gerber collision & Glass in Easton Pennsylvania any day of the week if you want professional, timely, and amazing body work and paint.I am a customer for life now.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the best experience here. The staff was super friendly. The bumper repair was completed the next day and my car was returned to me spotless inside and out. So appreciative of their good work. This place hands down deserves a 5 star rating

Excellent service and the staff are professional over the phone and in-person. Our car was scratched on the passenger side door and there was a small dent on the bottom of the door. Gerber fixed the door and it looked like nothing happened. We know where the mark was but no one else could notice. We would definitely use their services again!

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Gerber crew when I was in the process of getting my car repaired from an accident. My car ended up being totaled, however every step of the process that Gerber was involved in was done exceedingly well. The level of politeness and professional of those I worked with was second to none. Highly recommended.

Recently my car was hit from behind by a tractor trailer and the entire bumper was ripped off. I took my car to Gerber Collision and after they went over the estimate they explained i would not be able to drive my car for saftey reasons. They were so nice and helpful called enterprise for me and they delivered a car instantly. Throughout the week of having the car in for repairs i was constantly updated VIA text message about the progress. I thought this was awesome because the insurance company didn't keep me in the loop of what was going on. I received a text from Gerber Collision saying my car should be ready. I called and told my car would be ready by 3pm. Best new was the insurance company paid the entire balance and rent a car fee's. Upon arrival i was greeted by great staff and they went over the entire process of work. I was then surprised that all i needed to do was leave the rent a car there and it would be picked up.. They did an amazing job on my vehicle and even detailed the whole car. Over all the work was perfect.. Thank You Gerber Collision for taking care of me..

They were helpful and nice. They cleaned out the glass on the driver side where my window was broken and fixed the door after the glass company put in a new window.
