I've never written a bad review in my life, but this place is horrible.By far the worst managed and staffed auto mechanic shop I have ever been to. Shame on me for giving them three chances. I should've sued them the first time. I took my wife's car there for inspection. They forgot to tighten all the lugs on every tire. My wife's tires came lose while she was driving with my two children in the car. They admitted to the negligence but all they offered me was a discount on tires. Second time we went there they misdiagnosed an engine issue almost costing me thousands. Thank God I took it to a real mechanic and had it fix for under a grand. The most recent and last time I went they tried charging me 3 times the national average for labor for a seat belt installation. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Terrible shop, terrible service. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I had a 10am appointment. They didn't bring my car in for my inspection until 1045a. The inspection took an hour, which is fine. But when it was done, they told me they just had to get it off the lift and get me out of there. Well, I saw it come down. By now, my 1yr old niece was awake and getting antsy. 20 minutes go by (that's how long her baby music is) and the guy that told me I was done, was still not back. I waited a couple more minutes then saw my car parked outside.In total, they had me waiting an extra 40minuted after my car was finished, with an antsy baby, in a full waiting room, while the other desk guy was on and off the phone with my keys sitting right in front of him. Which I finally got after I went over and told him I needed my keys and had to go.I ended up leaving at 1230p. 2.5hrs for an inspection. Nice.

The staff is knowledgeable, cooperative and competent. They did a fairly decent job on a Saturday in a timely manner. I was not happy that they don't have a drop off / pick up option. I had to spend an additional $30 towards Lyft. I do plan to return if my vehicle performs well !!!

I made an appointment and that experience was very good. The drop off was great, also. When I went to pick up at 4PM the car was not done and had only just been pulled in. I said during the appointment making process and at drop off that I needed the car by 4. Both people understood and said there would be no issue. Edward made it right at 5 when I came back again and I am hoping to deal with him again when it is time to bring my husband's Duramax in for tires.

Booked an appointment for a couple weeks ago for 9:00 this morning to get 4 tires replaced and an alignment done. Hadn't heard anything all day so I called them at 4:50. They said they hadn't even started on the car yet. I asked why they had me book a 9:00 appointment if they weren't starting it around that time. The response I got was "Half of Nazareth booked their work for 9:00". Not sure why he was so dramatic or why they allowed more cars to be scheduled than they could work on, but entirely not the point. I told them I needed the car. He said they would bring it in right away and get it done. Now it's 5 minutes after they closed with no call from them and every time I called, no one answered. So either they overbooked, didn't have the tires, or damaged my car and need time to fix it. Either way, it all comes down to bad management and lack of customer service training. So now I don't know if I will have a car in the morning or not.EDIT: Just stopped in. By the picture below you can see that they just started the work 24 hours after I dropped it off. They flat out lied when they said they were starting it at 4:50 last night and it would be done in 90 minutes. When asked this morning, they couldn't provide an answer as to why they lied to me and also offered no apology.EDIT 2: Finally got the car done. Noticed some fresh shiny scratches on the rim edge with black rubber smeared on them. Service writer came out and looked at it and said it wasn't from them. Asked to speak to the manager, Jay, about it. Went back in and had to wait 10 minutes while Jay was doing other stuff. The service write said I wanted to talk to him and he said he will be right with me. Then he turns to the writer (instead of acknowledging me directly) and says "I'm not sure why he wants to talk to me, I'm not going to do anything about it." So I went over and asked why when he hasn't even looked at the damage. He gets up and walks away from me into the shop. I asked him not to walk away from me. He yelled "Get out of my shop". I said I would as soon as he looks at the car. He then yelled "Call 911!" I said, seriously? He then slams the door into me and proceed to push me with it. I asked the service writer for my keys, then left. A customer then came out into the parking lot and said he would be my witness to what happened. Just goes to show you there are some real loose cannons out there and there are still people willing to go out of there way to help. I couldn't make this up if I tried.

I m giving this location a five star for customer service! Just had a screw go into my tire and went to a local Mavis tire to get it plugged. They would not repair until tomorrow morning even though I was there 30 minutes before closing. I called firestone and the rep told me to bring it in right away. This is the customer service people need where a business knows that a customer needs immediate help and services you on the same day and don t ask you to come back tomorrow. Very glad I came here and will return for future services and tires. Glad to see that they even offer $10 off for customers to post a review. I would highly recommend.

This is my 2nd time at Firestone and I again left with a pleasant experience. Every visit I had I came in filled with anxiety about my car and always left feeling relieved. These guys know what they re doing and it shows not only in their labor but also in their customer service. Ernie is calm and collected when explaining the invoices and it s easy to match the vibes even once you walk into the store. As a veteran, it s like I m being treated like family on base and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much, I definitely recommend stopping in!

I moved to the Easton area a few years ago and was looking for a reliable auto mechanic. I am very impressed with the operations here. This is the second time that I bought my car here. The first time was for a battery. I waited for the car in a comfortable waiting area with Internet and television. The second time, I left the car there. I needed tires in an oil change. They had the car ready faster than I expected.The service managers don't try to sell you things that you don't need and the mechanic pulled my car into the service bay immediately after my order was written up. Their location is convenient, with a Wawa right across the street. Can't say enough good things about the shop.I do respectfully Firestone s corporate policy of giving a 5% discount to customers with a Firestone credit card. I guess that they want to inspire customer loyalty. Why not extend that discount to loyal customers that pay cash?

Do not go here!!! They tried to rip me off for $140.00. I took my car here for an oil change. They inspected my car, and told me that I needed $2000 in services. One of which was a serpentine belt. I okayed the belt, but asked them to give me back the old one (Always do this! ). When they handed me my old belt my spidey sense was tingling.The belt looked great except for these obvious razor blade cuts. I consulted a few of my friends, one of which is an ASE certified mechanic, and they all agreed. This belt was fine, and was cut with something extremely sharp. Mechanics have a reputation of being dishonest. This place does nothing to change that narrative. After I called corporate and complained this shop called me back saying they were upset with me FOR CALLING CORPORATE!They did issue a refund for that belt and the labor to their credit. But it wasn't without an arguement. Please take your money somewhere else. Their are good mechanics out there that won't rip you off.

Great business with very nice and professional employees. They explained everything in detail and took me without an appointment. I purchased the tire elsewhere and they balanced it and replaced the tire and discarded the old one. I recommend this location.

Very pleased with the Easton location (3804 Easton Nazareth Hwy.) Have service performed at the Turner Street location in Allentown before, but this is the first time here. Needed 4 new tires and was looking at a low end off-name brand. But the service advisor informed me that there were stackable Firestone coupons available for me to purchase a set of AS V2's including the road hazard warranty for only a little more money. They were also able to do my state inspection right away, even though I hadn't scheduled for that service in advance. Service tech and advisor were very knowledgeable and polite, as was the store manager. Will be back again for service.

Must have lucked out and gotten the most unhelpful employee when I came in, same person two days in a row. I made an online appointment and when I came in, he told me it was for a different day, I thought maybe I put the day in incorrectly, so I said well can I get an oil change and he said no we re short staffed. I later checked and I had made it for the correct day but he told me it was for another day. I made a new appointment for the next day and I went in and lucky me, same guy is there, he said there was no appointment for me, I read the email I received to him and I asked why do you offer online appointments if the information is not getting to you and he said, I don t know what to tell you. OK can I get an oil change today? Nope, we can t do it today. That was it, instead of offering to make a new appointment for me, or seeing if he can fit me in he just said nope we can t make an appointment for you today and let me walk out. Won t be going back.Service: Oil change

can't even do a simple oil change without messing that up. There is oil all over my engine because they forgot to put the dip stick back in. I took my car back only to have the same problem with a new problem a check engin light and oil all over my car this is very very sad. I cant trust them anymore I tried so hard to be nice about it and still this is what happened to me and they try to get me to fix things that don't need to be fixed. Why me I don't need this problem in my life. what do I do and who do I trust with this situation I'm in I dont want them to do anything else to or touch it anymore. I need answers! But they told to wait 48 hours before they can get back to me on the how sad is this would you waite 48 hours to respond

Traveling from PA back home to MD realizing the place where we took our vehicle to to replace our front tires didn t balance them. Called Firestone on our way, they told us to come on in and they would balance the tires for us. Got here and their customer service was great. I want to start off by saying this place does offer $10 off service when you write a review, but I m writing this AFTER! I believe businesses deserve to be paid the full amount for their hard work, and I also believe reviews should be 100% honest. My partner needed his battery replaced (it s located in the fender so it takes more labor than a normal battery would take), we were turned down by every other place that offers battery installation saying it would take 1.5-2hrs. Firestone had no problem taking the car and replacing it for us. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful and we felt welcomed. They took the car in at 8:43 AM, and was done by 9:10AM. not even 30 minutes! Thank you firestone for taking pride in your work and helping us out. So the last few times either myself or my daughter have called to try to make appointments for our cars for an oil change, they never have anything anytime soon, it s always at least a week out. No attempt to squeeze you in, no attempt to accommodate. Just a flat out no. The customer service is seriously lacking. No apology. No, we can give you a call, absolutely nothing. Like you just don t want our business?We used to go to the Bethlehem location and then traveled to Lansdale because we only trusted Jay at Firestone. He s since got a well deserved promotion and he recommend coming to Easton and working with Tyler. As always, Jay did not steer us wrong. Tyler was friendly, professional, and respectful and I feel confident that I can trust him. Moreover, that he and his staff are going to be taking good care of our cars (my daughter came on Thursday morning).Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

These guys were awesome!!! I called on a Thursday to make sure they had the tires I needed and they fit my wife s car in on a Friday as they said they would and they even did an oil change. The best part was they didn t try to up sell her like all these other shops do. Thank again!!!

My car was dropped off here late at night for blown out tires, the day I was promised the car would be ready it wasn't, however the tires came in and they were able to get my 2 tires on and do the alignment in 45 minutes.They offered to pay an Uber to get me to work but since I decided to just wait they took $100 off my bill for the miscommunication.They went above and beyond to provide me customer satisfaction, I highly recommend this Firestone for your auto service needs!

I've been to this location 2 times. The first was to get new tires after having a flat. The second time was for an oil change and I will never go back after my experience. My car was completely dry of oil after a week. They put a smiley face on the filter as if the bad job was done on purpose. They could've blown out my engine. I advise people to stay away from this location.

Had car inspected and several additional services were recommended and approved, including coolant system flush. I paid the $700 bill and picked up my car, only to have it overheat the next day. They said it wasn't their fault and would cost $500 to fix. Then I learned the tech stated that the gaskets may have been aging and the pressure of the flush caused them to fail. They continued to say it was only coincidence and "probably would have had the same problem later on" but could not state how much later on. Third time using this location, and again very happy with the service here. These guys are very professional and not pushy at all. They performed the work I asked for and made service recommendations based on mileage. Everything was spelled out on the invoice with prices but didn t push. I know they give a $10 discount if you leave a review on Google, but I m writing this after my service, and I m still giving them 5 stars, so that should tell you something.My car was leaking oil like crazy. I thought it needed a gasket, so I asked them to check it out. After they changed my oil, they said it did NOT need a gasket, and that the place that changed my oil before that not only used the wrong oil, they replaced the filter without replacing the filter gasket properly. Yes, I could have had my oil changed for a few less bucks, but Firestone was honest, and did the job right. I appreciate a great business. As Arnold said, I ll be back !
