BEWARE of Easton Auto Body. The owner is NOT a kind person. I was visiting Easton for a amazing show, and the Christmas Village- both garages were full- so I parked in a lot that I did not see a no parking sign(later I found there was sign on the ground) and my car was gone when I came back after show and walking through the Village.My first thought was it could have been stolen but another couple was also looking for their car! We needed to call 911 because there were no signs that stated a name and phone number if a car was towed. 911 needed to figure out where both of our cars were, and they called me back to say Easton Auto Body had them. When we went to pick up our vehicle .the man(who I found out later was the owner) was very rude to us and resentful of the city government. He was charging both myself and the other couple an exorbitant fee it get our car back-which was paid because I live one and a half hours away.After I did my research and discovered that since the sign was down on the ground, there was no visible sign where I parked, and there was not a sign posted with the place and phone number to retrieve my car (according to PA Code 212.115) I called Easton Auto Body to try and resolve this matter that was not fair. He blamed the Mayor of Easton and told me to call him and the Post Office(which no one ever answers the phone) He refused to consider PA law and he refused to help in any way.He did not ruin my day in beautiful Easton Pa, and I think the Mayor and his staff are doing a wonderful job! It is unfortunate to have an unsympathetic business owner like Easton Auto Body. I would NOT recommend ever doing business here! Not even worth one star but only way I can post!

I wish I got the tow truck drivers name . Gentleman in his 60 s. We called honda road side assistance because we had a flat and we lost the wheel lock . So we were going to get the car towed to honda to be replaced . The gentleman was at my location within 15 minutes even though Honda told us 90 minutes . He not only removed the wheel locks for me he also replaced my flat tire with no questions asked . While we were in a bad situation he made the situation much better . He did all this work with a smile on his face . Not one question asked . The conversation with him was also good while he was doing the work . Literally took him 20 minutes to do all this. While Honda the dealership stated it would take 90 minutes just for a tow then 3 hours to remove wheel locks and just to put a spare on . While on top of that Honda wanted to charge me an insane amount , I wish I got this gentlemen name . Not all Hero s wear capes but he really saved the day .

I can t say enough bad words about Easton auto body. Beware of this place. You will be shocked when you get the bill for their services. Their pricing is ridiculously high. They are thieves with their absurd fees. They are stealing money from unsuspecting customers and the man and woman that run this place have no people skills. They are arrogant, heartless, dishonest, crooks and don t care about or address the customers questions or concerns about this businesses workmanship or this businesses crazy fees. If you read other reviews you will see there is a common theme with these people having a bad attitude and being crooks. These are not good people to deal with. I hope you don t have to find out the hard way like we did.

I had a blow out, the man they sent me had one arm in a sling and STILL did everything needed to get me going again. I couldn't get the flat off with the tools I had. With one arm in a sling, and in freezing Temps at 8am this guy changed the tire out and had me on my way within minutes. This man was amazing and should be recognized. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he had one arm in a sling for crying out loud. Many thanks to him.

Haven't had many issues with them. Though if the police call for a tow, they'll say this company is who they call, but that isn't true. It's Fast Lane Towing, but sadly the police state the wrong people when talking to you.

Called these guys for a tow on Thursday when my car broke in the middle of my works parking lot. Driver showed up super fast and me and my car home safely and quickly! Highly recommend

My elderly mom was in a car accident (liability lay with other party). Easton police called Easton Auto Body to tow my mom's vehicle. We drove over to pick her up and the service tech was very much in a rush and had loaded up her car, not allowing her any time to get her belongings out of the car. We did not want the car transported to Easton Auto Body and wanted to use AAA but the police would not let us use AAA or another tower.Easton Auto Body rushed away with the car and her phone in the car. We had to call the service number to get a hold of someone as we were driving and trying to follow the truck. The person on the phone was very abrasive and said that if we couldn't get there fast enough, the driver was going to leave it and we'd have to wait till Monday to get her phone. We explained this was an elderly (80 yo) woman and she needed her phone since she was going to be home with out even a vehicle. The dispatch man on the phone was not helpful or friendly and hung up as we explained we were en route and needed this phone and to please wait.Would not recommend this company. Seems like a very shady deal where Easton police only call Easton Auto Body and that's the only way to get a car towed then there are fees associated based on the monopoly of service?

Biggest scam of a business there is. I am certain they are in business with easton police and rip people off. My car got towed there by easton police because it broke down. State Farm was already on the way as I informed the police even though they came to my house at 4:30am and told me to move it, I told them State Farm was on the way. They towed it anyway before State Farm got there. Then I was informed I couldn t get it out of impound unless I could show proof of title. What the hell?? Really where do they make you show a title to get a car out when most people do not even own their title. Then I was told I wasn t allowed to get anything out of my car until it was paid in full. These guys are super shady I would give 0 stars if it let me

I took my Honda to Easton Auto Body on December 15th for a large dent repair. I had called them the day before, had an estimate done, and they were able to take my car the next morning. The dent was very old (before I got the car) and I worried it would never be normal-looking. Easton Auto Body called the next morning and told me the car was done. They exceeded my expectations and the quarter panel looks like nothing had ever happened to it in the first place. I've included a before and after photo. I asked them to only put primer on the area, as the car is going to be repainted soon (and thus needed body work). The price they estimated was the price I was charged, and I believe it was reasonable for the amount of work done. The body shop manager was very kind and accommodating.

Had a car towed due to an accident. Customer service over the phone and in person is unwelcoming and some rude and intimidating behavior. Staff spoken to won t answer questions or listen if you are not the vehicle s owner regardless if you are family/relative and will be mean about it, even if you are with the owner of the vehicle. Other than that, haven t tried other services besides the first towing. Based on our first experience, we rather go elsewhere where we can feel comfortable than seek further services.

Have been going to a national chain car shop until my Dad mentioned this place. They are honest, work with you to only do absolutely what is necessary and they charge fair prices with quality work. Added bonus they are a AAA partner so if your car is dead/breaks down your Triple A tow can take it directly back to the shop for work needed.George at front desk has great customer service skills, very polite, honest and respectful. My Dad was right, won't be going anywhere else for fixing my sedan.

These people are crooks. They're saying that my car remained locked the whole time but I'm missing brand new items bought right before the accident and the police never let me take anything from my car. Now they don't know what happened to my stuff but it went missing within a 3/4 mile ride to the tow yard. Would give negative stars if possible. Rude and ignorant people work here

They have now towed 2 cars for me, but my project cars alternator died so i called aaa and they dispatched easton auto body. not only did they get there in less then an hour but they had the car loaded in under 10. the driver was so sweet and one of the few company s i trust with my cars. absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

I had a breakdown with my Nissan Versa, the engine would not start, and would not go into gear....I contacted AAA, and soon a truck from Easton Auto Body came to the rescue. The technician came and was able in minutes to put my car on his trailer....he worked fast and efficiently....we went to the top of the Top of the Hill Auto, in Forks Township.... Jay Johnson the owner of the garage told me 'you are in good hands: the technician is the best in the valley'....Comment of Jay Johnson : "no worries, that guy is the best of the Valley.....He gave me a drive home ...talking to me with his good sense of humor....I forgot my troubles about the car ....and I was back home safely....Thanks to the very experienced Auto Body Angels....NB: It was not the first time Easton Auto saved my day ....Jean-Francois OrszagCollege Hill Easton PA 18042.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Had to get my car towed at 1am on rt 33. They were there in less than 20mins. From the time I called, to the tow driver dropping me off at home. It was less than 40 mins.

I accidentally locked my keys in the car when I arrived to work during the downpours of Ida. I contacted AAA and the serviceman from EAB arrived within an hour even with the flooding that was going on. Was extremely cautious to not damage my car even though it has an extra security feature that refrains from the lock being "jimmied" through the door like normal cars. Would recommend their services to anyone.Service: Car lockouts

Absolutely great shop. Excellent work quality and they're absolutely honest and transparent. I've recommended them to family, friends, and coworkers and everyone has had a good experience.I'm a pretty serious car nut, and while I do a lot of my own work I trust this place for the things I don't have the time or equipment to do.I also have NO patience for shops that lie or mislead customers, and their honesty is definitely one of the things that keeps me coming back. I've seen their integrity dealing with my own cars and when I've sent friends and coworkers to them (even when it's been a young girl by herself who knows nothing about cars).Good people.

Dispatcher is rude. Truck broke down this morning. Called AAA they told me that the tow truck would call 10 minutes before they arrive since I was no longer at the broken down truck. Easton auto body calls where are you we are at the truck. I explained I was at home and AAA said you would call 10 minutes before arriving. The nasty dispatch said well that s AAA not us . I said I could be there in 10 minutes and she said we can t wait that long . Needless to say this has been 1 hour already. So I quick got over to the truck in 7 minutes gues what tow truck gone and my truck still sitting there. So I called Easton auto body back. Same nasty lady said I told you we couldn t wait I will send them back if your there and hung up the phone. Tow stick driver was nice. Guess Easton auto body actually doesn t wanna work and get paid since they are annoyed by people needing a tow! Would never use them for personal use. Had to because of AAA. Thanks

Terrible customer service no type of professionalism! Called to ask about my vehicle because the reason it was towed was due to insurance error, he rudely continuously told me they cannot release anything out the vehicle when that s not what I was calling for, I was calling for information to see how much is the cost and how much a day it will cost instead of listening he just rushed and blatantly saying this to me, even after I got in a word to say sir that isn t what I am asking he just full out had an attitude I m not sure why but very rude and unprofessional! First time dealing with them and hope it will be my only encounter because people have situations thrown at them that they cannot get out of sometimes. And to be talked to in this manner just doesn t help at all I called twice and both staff was extremely rude to me for no reason!!

AAA called Easton auto body tow for me today when I had a flat and no spare. The driver Scott was very polite. After towing me to the 1st place I hoped to get a new tire, mind you it was Sunday and limited choices, I had to go to a 2nd place and he followed me to ensure I got there safe. I gave him a modest tip from what I had and he could have just left but didn't.I appreciate his caring attitude! BTW I got my new tire and was able to get home. Thanks!

Above and Beyond Service Tuesday inquired service at 2 places. This being #2 their price was better as well as service. I got my part painted the same day and install the next day! They washed my car and even fixed a scratch on my rear bumper when I was only doing my front bumber!!! Amazing service will always refer to Easton Auto for my car repairs!! I dropped my car off at 830am Wednesday and picked it up by noon! Fast reliable Brian your the best!!

Customer service was totally rude. What was even worse was they picked up my vehicle and towed it to the auto body shop but before dropping it off they felt the need to make my R2 Sensor Phone holder and charger suddenly disappear. A charger might seem petty but this was purposely left in the vehicle because it was a brand new car and I didn t want to mess up the vent taking it off and on so I left it there thinking it would be okay. You should be ashamed of yourselves and your drivers. Worthless people ever. I will never ever deal with you again and my insurance company was already made aware. If I could give you negative stars I would.

Do not use this company. I had my car towed to my local garage for it to be fixed and the tow truck driver STOLE all of my loose change and money from my center console in my car! Absolutely shameful behavior.

This is THE worst place for a tow! If the police have your car towed! The rude lady in the office says they are told by the police what they are to charge. Total BS. I work for the PA State Police. We definitely don't tell them what to charge! I called all the local PDs and they don't tell them what to charge. Confronted the lady and she was even more rude. The charge is whatever, but don't lie to me! They have quite the racket going on!

Horrible service. Pulled my car out of its spot and left it in the middle of the parking lot before confirming my insurance would cover it . Called to have help pushing it back to the spot it was initially in and was rudely declined. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Tim s towing would be a way better option.

I had to have my car towed this morning never used this company before, The tow guy was great! He shook my hand and said don't worry I will take it from here. I have never had this level of great customer service ever from any tow company. I will be using you guy's in the future great job!

Within the last month, a gentleman from Easton Auto Body, that was contracted by Honda' Roadside Service, came out to give my car a jump start, so that I could take it to Ray Price Honda, to have my battery replaced, that was under warranty. From the moment I called the road side assistance with Honda, Easton Auto Body was at my house within the hour. I appreciated their time and efforts to help me out. Thank you again for getting me back on the road.
