After a pretty extensive auto shopping experience, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the entire team here. I work in the automotive industry So I knew pretty much what I was looking for and they accommodated all of my requests. As the manager of an automotive repair garage, I probably was not the easiest client to appease because used cars in general can pose issues. Savanna & Michelle are a pretty tight knit unit and communicated extremely well.Everything was explained extremely clearly, Both verbally and on paper. My entire garage inspected the vehicle we purchased and are extremely surprised at how clean and well maintained this vehicle is. A+

Thank you so much Byrider Easton. This has been my 3rd purchase from you guys and it's been such a pleasure. I definitely like that you guys offer the car fax on each vehicle. That helped me feel more secure and knowledgeable on my purchase. I also enjoy that you offer GAP insuranceI highly recommend that if you are looking for a lower down payment, a reliable car, and an affordable monthly payment check this place out. They even offer rentals!

Savanna was very professional and courteous. She took the time to explain all that I need to know gave me the option to test drive the cars of my choice. She was awesome.. She showed me many other options but I fell in love with this vehicle the moment she allowed me a test drive which was smooth. It was very professional and as long as all information is correct and up to date the process is very fast and a smooth transition.

I bought & financed a 2007 Dodge Nitro a little over 3yrs ago; I have to say its one of the most reliable vehicles I have boughten from a buy here/pay here dealership that includes a warranty. The sales dept is very helpful as in working with your payment options, vehicles that would fit your payments and/or with in the time frame it would be paid off. If the vehicles that were picked you may not like they work with other options for you. I see so many bad/wrong reviews though if you keep up with the service on your vehicle/s or may here a noise get it done and your vehicle will def last longer than you may think. Since I have had mine it has been normal wear and tear; a part was a little expensive and Laurie in service had sent me a place that may give you a loan that works with them. All in all everyone is so helpful and extremely nice, and when your getting service done on your vehicle and need to wait they try their best to get you done and out of there in a timely manner. Laurie in service is great, she does her best to get you price on any service you may need and paperwork is always ready for you to sign before coming in. I couldnt ask for a better place to buy a vehicle and most importantly get service done on my vehicle. I plan on buying another one in the near future and I refer anyone whonis looking to buy a vehicle to JD ByRider in Easton and ask for Cassandra. Anyone is missing out if they dont go there or not understanding that when buying a new or used vehicle it needs service done; you can't run on dry fumes.

I recently went to ByRider of Easton and let me tell you MICHELLE is an angel on earth. She made the process quick easy and she was extremely detailed in all explanations. The financing rates were awesome and they work with any type of credit which is great . I will definitely be recommending ByRider of Easton to anyone who needs a car.

My husband and I have gotten 4 vehicles from here since 2013 and have always been satisfied with the experience. Matt has always been great to deal with. We will continue to goI actually recently told my husband we should look into another car.

Cassandra was absolutely amazing, she helped me find my first car. She helped me with everything and every questions I had she had detailed answers and was very helpful. Definitely a pleasant and great experience thank you so much. Cassandra helped me pick out a perfect first car, I absolutely love it. She worked amazingly, answered all questions I had and helped in all ways that she could.. The experience was great, I found just what I needed right away and am very pleased with the car I ended up with. Amazing customer service.

I ve had the best experience with my purchase of a vehicle through financing. Stephanie was such a great help and Michelle was literally the best! Michelle has such an amazing personality. Definitely god energy and high spirits. Michelle made me feel very comfortable and walked me through and helped me get insurance. I will definitely recommend JD Byrider to everyone!!

Savanah was such a pleasure to work with and she made buying my car so easy. She worked with me for 3 days, making sure I was finding the best vehicle to fit my needs as well as my budget. I appreciate everything she did to help me, as well as Matthew from the financial department. They're communication skills were amazing and I am very happy with my purchase. Savannah had great customer service and was friendly. I will definitely be referring not only the company, but Savannah as well, for anyone looking for a car. Savannah was the greatest salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She was very polite and patient, even towards the end of the night when I kept getting the run around from insurance companies. I will definitely recommend everyone to do business with her. She made the whole process painless with her gorgeous personality. 11/10. The Nissan was one of the only other choices I had, and she was perfect for recommending it and I did leave with it!. Everyone was very pleasant and patient. I definitely will recommend anyone who's looking for a car.

If I could rate this place a 0, I would!!I d never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I ve had my car for about 3 years, and in that time I ve had a million issues with it. They do not fix the issues when I take it to service, they didn t tell me I d be stuck with a messed up car until it was almost paid off and they are very inconsiderate in times of hardship. I am currently pregnant and driving a completely unsafe car and it s impossible to get out of it through any other dealerships. I m about to repo the car and figure it out because it is not worth it! I m Im probably going to get in contact with a lawyer as well, because this is illegal I m sure of it. Please just go to a dealership, run far away from this place.

Drove away with my car same day! I was a very happy customer. Savannah helped me. The process was quick and easy. It s buy here pay here so if you don t know, yes you will pay a bit more to drive but for some of us that is our only option at the moment. To each their own. I am happy. Knock on !

Wouldn t recommend to anyone. Purchased a vehicle that broke down a week later. Vehicle was in the shop for another week and the very next day the engine light came back on and was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership I was told it was a courtesy to fix what was wrong with it because what was broken was something that the dealership accidentally broke while fixing ONE of the actual problems. Due to it not being included in the warranty they offer I paid over $1500 for. I DID NOT have the car for even 30 days and I returned it due to the fact that I was not able to drive it and they had it at their shop for half of that time. After texting and emailing the sales rep about how unprofessional they conducted our business and me losing my down payment I received a phone call the following week not to try and resolve the issue or even apologize for the inconvenience but to tell me I m still obligated to pay a certain amount on the car even if I didn t want it anymore for what ever the reason was. I was given a vehicle that was only good to drive for a test drive and a couple days. Very unreliable vehicles and poor service period.

The sales team are great! The service team do not fix your vehicle.They Take people's money because we cnt prove they didn't fix the problem. They charged me for a pre diagnostic test but REFUSED me a post diagnostic test to PROVE they fixed my on goin issue they they NEVER fixed. Just taking innocent peoples money!!

I scheduled an oil change here but appreciated the straightforward service so much that I decided to also have some needed maintenance done. The service was transparent with no surprises, professional, thorough and efficient with excellent prices. I really appreciated the friendly communication too. This is now my go to place for any future work I may need.

Cassandra is the best I have ever worked with. Honesty suits her well. She has a very welcoming vibe and handles business in a very professional manner. I wish all dealerships had someone like her. 5 star. ???? ?? ?? ?? service. I have had a hard time trying to purchase a vehicle for a while. I bought my vehicle a little over a year ago the sales dept and finance dept I had a good experience with them. But I wanted to really say how great the service and repair dept is whenever I had to go there either for a oil change, regular maintenance or a big repair they have been so wonderful, helpful and polite especially Lorrie from that dept she has helped me alot she is so helpful and I feel she goes out of her way when she can to try and cut down the price even if it's just a little I do appreciate it. She is the main reason I keep going back there for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. She always fits me in as soon as possible when I need to come she tries to understand the problem that I'm having with my vehicle the best she can cuz sometimes it's hard to explain how a noise sounds that u may be hearing, just an overall great experience every time I have to go there.

All the reviews for this establishment are fake or paid for, there s absolutely no way they have 4 stars. I wish I never recommended this place to my boyfriend because now he s stuck with a car with all sorts of problems (not covered under the contract he paid $1,700 extra for), been through the auction twice, and the codes cleared before sold. They want to charge him $2,000 for the services after having the car for 3 months, how is that possible or legal? We are looking into the laws currently and I d suggest anyone else with these problems do the same. After reading other reviews it looks like we bought the same car someone else was having problems with and kept breaking down. The most they will offer is a payment plan for the work being done to it. I am so embarrassed to have suggested this place and now my boyfriend is stuck with all these financial issues relating to the vehicle. Please don t go here a dealership would even be more beneficial for you.

This place has been amazing to me and my family. I bought my 2012 dodge Journey January 12th, my mazda was giving us a lot of problems with the tires and suspension , they took in my Mazda and put us into the journey within a couple hours and I absolutely love it. Two weeks after we got it we were having grinding and rubbing coming from the brakes Jason and his team replace so many parts and have treated us so well of trying to fix the sound that we can t figure out what it is. Even the days that me and my two toddlers had to sit at the dealership for hours they treated us with honesty. My car will be called the exorcism car lol . We absolutely love Jason and Lorrie . I highly recommend them
