Called me before doing extra work. I waited the last minute to get my car inspected. They fit me in and always wash my car after fixing the car.. even have car service picked me up at work and took me to pick-up my car. Friendly service.

Took my new Niro there 8 am to have a front end shimmy checked out and at 2 pm found out they didn't even look at it yet due to short staff. Wish they would have let me know that first so I could have used the car for work. Called to make another appointment and service advisor told me it would be a $150 diagnostic fee now. They must be playing games because I didn't buy the car there. Tried to get a car from them but sales man told me to go elsewhere because he had no Niros coming in. Guess I'm paying the price now.

We've been going since Tom ring owned the dealership. The service center has always treated us respectfully and professionally, I highly recommend them for any make or model.
