Awesome experience using ABE Area Glass for our 9-window replacement project to replace manufacture-grade windows on a 35-year-old home. We received 7 quotes from local businesses and ABE Area Glass came out on top. Absolutely zero pressure sales, yet confident in their quality.Additionally, these were the most responsive and nicest people you could ask for. Each person who came out to the house throughout the process was so kind and considerate of our home and loved our dog. They cleaned everything up upon completing installation which took about 2.5 hrs.Quick turnaround with scheduling a price estimate visit and providing the estimate. We also were able to schedule installation for about 5 weeks post-deposit which was much faster than other companies. Of course, this depends on the supply chain, but we were very happy to have new windows before the summer heat became an issue.On the afternoon of installation, I noticed a minor hole in one of our screens and notified the company with photo proof. Right away, they were able to schedule me for a replacement screen. I also noticed that the seals were cracking about a month post-installation (totally normal for new installs). Once again, they scheduled us for a re-seal. They truly stand behind their products and workmanship!Installed windows in the late spring and this is our first winter with new windows. We can feel a difference in AC/heat retention with the new windows! Thank you, ABE!

Like other reviewers, I had a great experience with ABE for my windshield replacement. Unlike the nationally advertised company, ABE played no games with upcharges like glass coating and new wipers (camera calibration is a scam too). ABE took my car in right away and finished in the time promised (an hour and a half). They only charged the insurance deductible. They have a very lean waiting area with TV and bathroom. They anticipated and answered questions. I highly recommend ABE.

Great service. Family atmosphere. In and out auto glass replacement in a hour. Quoted me on a price and stuck to word. Would recommend check first for glass needs

Semi seamless clear shower stall installed. It took 4 weeks for the glass to come in due to the pandemic, but it was worth the wait. Work was done and cleaned up in a few hours.

Before selecting ABE to complete our window installation for our home, we had 7 total quotes from other companies in the Bethlehem area. Not only were they one of the most affordable but they use high quality products. 12 windows were installed in our home and they ended up being at the house 3.5 hours. They made certain that everything was installed properly and made sure that we were happy with the work that was done. There was even a dent in one of the new windows and I was assured that they would have someone to come in to fix it or replace the window entirely. Cannot say enough about ABE Area Glass! Owner John Trupiano installed my new shower glass and frame that was over 30 years old. They were timely, communicative, (especially Tracy in the office) and nice to speak with. An additional installer, John, was very nice and great at what they do. My whole experience with this company was positive! The person who I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly, and not only did they save me close to $200 over the price of Safelite, I was able to get in within a day or two and get my windshield replaced. Always great to be able to support a local business, even better when it saves you money! I definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs to replace their windshield.

Excellent pricing, stood behind the qaulity of there work. My promaster city van front windshield cracked, called several places found ABE had the best price. They got me scheduled within a day. Had the window installed within an hr. Fantastic job, very professional, warranty is great. I highly recommend. The office staff is professional and very informative. We needed a broken window replaced and the guys at ABE were able to come out the next business day to give us an estimate. I called in the afternoon a couple of days later to set up a time for them to come out to do the replacement and they were, again, able to be here the very next day. There was no difficultly in getting someone on the phone each time I called, the call with the estimate came a few hours after they were at our house to measure everything, and everyone I spoke to was professional and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this company!

I own rental homes in the Lehigh Valley and have used ABE Area Glass on a number of glass window replacements. All of the service for the glass replacements was done well and in a timely professional manner. This is the only reason they are getting 2 stars from me.However, when one of my units needed screens replaced it turned into a nightmare that wasted lots of my time and it turned into a 6 month long aggravating ordeal. I had ABE go out and measure for screens in June of 2020. They never called when the screens were ready. So roughly 8 weeks later I called. The screens were ready. I then paid for delivery to my rental property. I was told 2-3 times over the course of another 8-10 weeks that they would be delivered....and they never were. Finally.....someone dropped them off, and NONE of the screens fit. We are now going on 5 months of back and fourth. I then called explaining that none of them fit. They agreed to send someone out to remeasure. Same ordeal as it was trying to get them delivered...literally like pulling teeth to get them to do their job that they are getting paid for. After a few more weeks of this back and fourth nonsense, they refunded me.Services: Glass installation, Window repair

I'm very pleased with the fast professional service I received, I called asking for an estimate (which was free & the cost of the job was fair!) they got me in within the next few days with an early appointment. I own a shop and look forward to recommend my customers here for future windshield replacements. It was a plus I didn't have to get replacement inspection stickers too as they put the old ones back on for me. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean and welcoming.

So I moved to the area and bought a house in December as is. I had a broken bathroom window I tried numerous places to repair. Glass guru ,Easton glass. The only company that gave me the time of day and got my window fixed finally was ABE area Glass. Very thankful and will be calling them back when I do my doors. I could not be happier with this company and both the owners and workers alike.I have used this company at my last home in Bethlehem and now my home in Easton. They have replaced glass in old Windows and fixed the calking, so no more drafts.I have also had two windshields replaced. They are not only professional and do a great job, they are kind and easy to deal with. Their prices are also very reasonable.In a time when you can't always get a job done that is promised in the time line agreed upon, these guys do all of that and more!I am a loyal customer of ABE and will not use anyone else for my window and glass needs.Great company!!!!Thank you!Amy

I recently had a horrible experience with Safelite in Whitehall, PA. After that, I refused to use Safelite for a windshield replacement. They had rescheduled me twice (once because of an unnecessary recalibration and once because I missed their appointment window by 2 minutes) and I did not want to wait any longer for the service. I called around to find another glass shop and came across another shop that would not deal with my insurance company. Finally, I got through to ABE Area Glass on William Penn Hwy in Easton. Tracy and John were incredibly patient, kind and accommodating with me. They are a part of the contracted insurance program, although the program wouldn't tell me that. Safelite was going to recalibrate my safety equipment and kept trying to sell me new windshield wipers. These services ended up being unnecessary. Definitely shop local with ABE Area Glass for windshield replacement - I couldn't have been happier with their service.Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

They were, and are, very easy to deal with. The price for the "factory" replacement was cheaper than most others wanted for the "generic replacement. They did a good job and also pointed out a couple minor things that I need to take care of, that were not directly related to the job they performed.

Our family insurance agency refers ALL clients to ABE Area Glass, they are best glass shop(&more) to work with in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. They take great care of their clients and do outstanding work. John, Tracy, Amber & Rocco and the rest of their team are the great, you won't be disappointed!!!

A rock chipped my windshield on the way to work and they made an appointment for me that afternoon. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great job on the chip. Nearly invisible repair considering how bad it looked when I arrived. Excellent; friendly service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience with this place! I originally tried to use Safelite for my windshield repair and they screwed it up so I went to this place and they got me in very quickly it was cheaper and they were amazing to deal with. It seems like it is a family owned and operated business and they are very good at what they do. I live in Harrisburg but if I have any glass needs I will definitely be coming back to this place!

John and staff are fantastic to deal with on every level, have had them do many jobs for us and they always do a great job in a timely manner with reasonable pricing.Would reccomend for any job big or small, the custom work they have done for us for shower enclosures is spectacular.

Found them about 4 years ago when I needed my windshield replaced, they gave me a good price and got it done quick, just so happens that it was a defective windshield and it cracked the next day , I called and they took care of it and replaced it same day for free , 4 years later my new car s windshield broke so I called got a price which was very reasonable and they got me on the schedule and after dropping off it was ready to pickup a few hours later, I think they have the best prices around and when something goes wrong I definitely trust them to make it right , I will for sure be using them again in the future anyone needing a new windshield should definitely try them out

The ladies in this office are so kind and professional. I needed a window repaired and they not only did it for a very reasonable price, but they stayed open a little later for me on the day before Thanksgiving so I could drop it off. Called all types of places to immediately replace a broken window glass, nobody was available for a whole week except for ABE. Lady on the phone told me most probably by tonight someone would come out and replace but within an hour, the guys came to my home, took the broken glass and replaced it with a new, much stronger and thicker glass. Loved the quick and professional service. Will most definitely call ABE for the future.Great job guys!

I had called to see if they could provide a particular service regarding my sliding glass door. I had to call THREE times. Each time I was told someone would call me back. It is now 3 weeks later and NO ONE has gotten back to me one way or the other. Should I ever have any additional glass needs in the future I will NOT be calling this company! If you're going to tell someone you'll call them back then maybe you should actually do so and not leave them wondering what is going on. Absolutely unprofessional!

I highly recommend ABE Area Glass. The dealer I bought my new car from uses them for all of their glass needs.So when I had a crack in my new car windshield, I called ABE Area Glass and they were very helpful over the phone. They were busy but made sure I could be seen the next morning. The job was done well and completed earlier than expected. They even helped me with a dealer issue that come up with the car. I will be sure to use them again for my auto glass needs.

Job took over a month from the due date. Actually it was never finished as only one sheet of glass was installed for a dual sliding glass door job. EVERY time I called I was told I would get a call back... not once did ANY call back take place. Had to eventually tear down the one half and return it as it was a safety concern with small children playing near it with only one half being done. THE BIGGEST issue was being told by the owner after stating my concerns... "I really don't give a SH**!" In my 3 years of owning a business & 8 years of management in retail not ONCE have I EVER cursed at a customer with legitimate safety concerns. Nice to know how I was viewed from their standpoint as one of their customers.

These folks are amazing. I called multiple other glass stores in the Lehigh Valley and they either didn't show up or they don't answer their phones. Not only did ABE come out and fix a window in my home right away, they were there when I brought a door to them and had it done within a few hours. Their customer service is stellar.

A-B-E Glass is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I ordered replacement windows over a month ago and they never came in. I called many, many times and no one ever called back to tell me the what was going on. Never to get a return call with information was unbelievable to me. I went into the store today and asked what the situation was with the windows and was told that they were backed up and busy. I cancelled my order which was almost one thousand dollars. They didn't care. No customer service what so ever!

Disorganized, with no clear communication. I've had to call multiple times and leave information more than once about a broken window. They canceled my first appointment because I did not "confirm" their already scheduled date, then they canceled my second appointment 1 hour after they were supposed to have already been here, due to weather conditions. If the weather will be bad, then notify us the day before if you're not coming! Who "cancels" appointments an hour after the appointment is supposed to end??? We've had to make arrangements for someone to be in the home at the time they are coming, and every time someone's time ends up being wasted.
