Buyer beware! Joe seems nice but he just wants your money! I bought a vehicle which he inspected. A few months later, I found out the frame was badly rusted and should not have passed inspection. I inform joe, he replies you buy as is. Yes the law says you buy as is but the car must be safe. It was not. And, he should have seen frame if he did a proper inspection.

Spoke to someone who told me they were "too busy" to work on my vehicles with in the first 2 minutes of the conversation. Not very professional. Never even discussed when they would be available.
