Really good service, the staff was friendly and professional. It just took 3 weeks to resolve my issues with my vehicle. Also I noticed that one of my rear air vent covers was missing . I really wish someone would have mentioned that to me without me finding out when I got home. It makes me upset because I put my trust in there shop. I really hope that someone reaches out to me about this.

So I came to this shop, 1.5 years ago. I brought my own parts (complete suspension). I come to find out I have no idea what they did with the parts or what work was done to the car. The suspension crashed and I was told from a new shop that none of the suspension parts on my vehicle were changed & everything was original. I would never recommend this shop and I can t do anything legally because I have no idea where the receipt even is so far in time later. I was told that the parts were swapped for worn out parts that would ve lasted longer but not with brand new parts as some of the parts were so badly rusted they took heat to be removed. All of the suspension was original or swapped for used parts not the brand new parts I brought. Then I had them do body work on the car and every part I supplied (bumper, inner fender liner covers, bottom splash guard covers. All came out on there own and are lost on the freeway somewhere.

On vacation in the poconos 90 degree heat my AC stopped.Muhammed fixed my issue quickly, The price was less than quoted and he and his wife were both gracious and kind. This is the kind of service station you want.

Excellent service, friendly staff. My car was well taken care of, everything was explained and I was pleased.. Best place to get your inspection done Coffee, water and wifi are available while waiting. This is the best my car has ever felt, thank you!

Great work greatcustomer serviceThe mechanic there are very knowledgeable. I am confident driving after they service my car. My sister and I are always on long road trips and that is where my car gets its service approve before we hit the road. A+

few good mechanics, if you have patience and don't need your car right away they are good, but if you only have one car and need it. I don't recommend bringing your car here.

My dad owns a shop in Florida, as a mechanics daughter you get taught from early how to tell a good mechanic from a bad one. From the day I stepped foot at MC's I have never been to another mechanic, 8 years later still my guy! Great Great customer service. Reasonable prices. Straight up humble people.

As usual, the experience is always surpassed! Outstanding and the friendliest customer service, with honest conversations on all work done and an interest in customers life experiences. Needed a tire repair as I picked up a nail while traveling with my family. Staff was super friendly and they got me back on the road in 40 mins. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to work on your vehicle.Service: TiresService: Tires

Friendly voice on the phone said no appointment needed for an oil change. Only a few minutes after arriving they took in my car. It was done in about a half hour. $75 for full synthetic oil change is about the same as what others charge. Only service record was my charge slip and the window sticker. Local independent business.

These guys rock. I went to a place for inspection, they wanted $1000 for the necessary repairs to get the cat inspected. Went here after meeting the owner and they cut $300 off it for what I ACTUALLY needed. No bloated bills or BS, and out of anything I appreciate that more than I can write. These guys have my business exclusively until I leave this state.

After getting my car serviced elsewhere for 700+ bucks I was told I would need another 600 dollars in repairs. I took my car here and it turned out to be only a $90 issue! Staff was super friendly and I will be coming back again for sure! I wish I had started out here to begin with!

I was charged 700$ last year for them to weld a new floor and parts of the frame on my Jeep Cherokee. I was told by Mohammed that by him doing this the frame was strong and would last another 10 years. Well, here we are. Not even 1 year later, I take my Jeep to them for inspection and the holes miraculously reappeared. Gtfoh!! They obviously DON T stand by their work. 10 out of 10 would NOT go here unless you re looking to get swindled and lied to.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I've been using MC Auto Repair for at least a decade for most of my family cars repairs. Yesterday I picked up my 2010 Chevy Traverse that was sitting in my driveway for a year with several issues, but Mr. Mohammed, Shawn, and their staff performed efficiently as expected. MC Auto Repair for all your auto needs us for me. They performs body work also.

Unreliable service, sometimes can t even get through in the phone. Unreliable employees, have had several negative experiences. This is the last time.Window was left open when the night before it was pouring rain, then overnight dropped to under 30 degrees, I don t think my leather Recaro seats like those temps.

Great place to bring your car to get worked on. His prices are very good and unlike many other places he tells you the truth about the problem with the car. They go out of the way to help you out but most important thing of all is they fix what they told you they were going to fix. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

After being scammed by basically every mechanic in the Poconos, I finally found a shop I can trust. They re fast, honest, and tell you what you need to get fixed and what doesn t. I m so happy I found this shop.

This team really knows their cars! Outstanding service. To all of those that complained, just take the car back and they will fix it. I have been going to MC's Auto for all of my car problems for the last 3 years. I have yet to experience any issue with them! Keep it up guys! YOU ROCK!!!!!!

Finally. A true mechanic with true, honest & good character. I've been with MC Auto for about 5 years now & I'm so glad I found them. If I start describing whatta good person Mohammed is I'd probly sound like a Hallmark card. Just know he's a good all around person & mechanic. God Bless him. Ed Lawler.

I had trouble with a truck I bought off a guy that said all it needed was a tire. Little did I know it needed a lot if labor, long story short they helped me out more than enough and it's good to know there are good shops in the area that don't rip you off
