Bought a 2015 Lexus GS350 from Al. Was a rare model and before I made the 3 hour trek, Al sent walk around videos. Had a little hiccup in the post purchase process but Al jumped in during his vacation and straightened it out quickly. Always nervous dealing with a secondary lot but these guys are legit.

The greatest place to buy a car. Albert and Oleg are awesome. Sam in finance is a sweetheart. If you need a car ,this is definitely the place to go. Wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5.

Easy and pleasant experience! I have been shopping for a car for the last 7 months. Their prices are fair and quality of the vehicles of the lot were fantastic. Samantha was so professional and great to work with. The buying process was quick and painless. So happy with my new Subaru!

I bought a ram 1500 truck from them, this car had some small details and they took care of fixing these parts, after which I took the truck and am happy, I highly recommend this dealer, they helped me choose a car, made a discount and were very kind

Stan and the Auto Valley staff were awesome I am a out of state buyer, they worked with me to get my truck transported to my home, state inspection and tag and titled. Before driving to PA to look at the truck Stan did a virtual tour of the truck and answered all my questions. This won t be my last time shopping at Auto Valley. Thank you so much for all your support through this process.

My husband went to Auto Valley Group today to look at a pickup truck he had seen on their website. The staff there were so helpful and courteous. They were friendly and not pushy in any way like some dealers can be. The care that was taken to make sure he was satisfied with his purchase was beyond my belief. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. It was nice walking in, being welcomed and treated with respect. Thank you Auto Valley Group!

Drove out to Auto Valley Group from Syracuse NY to purchase a vehicle I had seen online. While the vehicle I had originally wanted was no longer there (Which I was told there was a possible buyer before making the trip), they they took the time to show me a few different vehicles that were comparable to what I had originally wanted. They got me into a Mazda CX-9 which I actually like a lot better than what I was originally looking at, and took it home that day on a temporary PA plate. Their pricing on the vehicles was great, and they did an amazing job at detailing the used vehicle for sale. I was in and out with my new vehicle in a few hours. I wasn't felt rushed, or pushed into any purchase like I had been at a few spots here in NY. A few weeks later my registration for NY arrived from them in the mail. I will absolutely promote this spot to friends and will be back myself for my next purchase.

It started with amazing customer service, we were in and out fast. But things changed even faster. I didn t have the car for 3 weeks with less than 700 miles before I had a major repair. Keep in mind I drove 215 miles to get this car. I tried to reach out for help and I was told it must of happened since I bought it and NOT before I purchased it. Be careful if you don t have warranty from this place.

Really recommend that you go get cars checked before purchasing. What seemed to be a nice, fun experience. Quickly turned into a horror film. They Refused to complete the financial process after bank approval and all my personal information and verification was sent to there email. i asked to fix a issue. Before finalizing the sell. They then called back with a declined. Granted I'm glad I didn't get stuck with the problem. But, that's still bad business to me..

Purchased a truck from here a little over a week ago. Great vehicle and worth the drive to check them out. They had several pickups on the lot I was interested which made it that much easier to commit to the drive down.

I usually never do this, but I really felt the need to help someone who may be considering purchasing from this dealership. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! I purchased what seemed to be a good car from them, did my due diligence and all. Not even two weeks after purchasing the car, the check engine light comes on. I take it to get checked out and it turns out to be the catalytic converter, a $2000+ TOTAL REPAIR! The mechanic also told me the original cat was replaced with an aftermarket one and the parts were very rusted so I m about 99.9% sure they were well aware of this issue.When I brought this issue to their attention, their response was along the lines of it s a used vehicle, you should expect wear and tear . Yes, cosmetic damages, worn brakes, decent mileage on it, but CAT DAMAGE? That s a major repair! And please don t believe a warranty will save you, because their suggestion was replacing it with another aftermarket cat LOL.I also want to mention, the lady who works the front office was very rude. I should have taken that as the first red flag. Again, I usually do not do this but I had to share. If you re considering buying from here, just do yourself the favor and purchase from a certified dealer, or at least a more reputable one.

If you have to buy from these guys make sure a real tech looks the car over real good. Especially NYS customers because they will not have it actually inspected prior to sale if its going out of state. My truck needed ball joints, upper and lower, tie rods snapped taking them out. Driver brake caliper was seized up. And after I fixed it all he can say is I have a warranty....

This dealership is the land where scammers and predators dwell. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from this dealership. From THE FIRST MONTH I had radiator issues that ended up being a blown engine! When I reached out for the car to be serviced I was told that I had no warranty. Mind you I just purchased the car. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to the devil himself. I ended up fixing everything just to have the car totaled in an accident. Thank the Lord because God knows I will never recommend or do business with this place again. Extremely rude and have no respect for customers.

They will pass your cars inspection without properly checking and will lie and tell you everything will be fixed just to get the sale. Bought a 2010 toyota sienna here .. sales men had absolutely no idea the features of the car .. had no idea that it had power sliding doors ... I let him know of all of the problems before purchasing so that I can get a cheaper price. The car was at 5,995 i got it for 5000.he assured me all will be fixed when I get the car .. took 1 week to get the title .. they sold me a piece of xxxx auction car from boston with a blown fuse bad brakes and rotors broken power sliding doors electricity in this thing is all out . There was barely any oil coolant or anything in the car .but dont worry I brought it their trustworthy mechanics and they would fix all those problems right? Wrong ! Got the car back they just slapped the old inspection sticker from Boston on it and gave me the car the same way I saw it on the lot with no fluids and with all of its problems also had a nasty noise driver side. I tell the owner and he tells me that he gave me 1 k off from the car ... when i played cash for the whole thing. They told me they would order the part for the sliding doors than 2 weeks later tells me that they cant fix it ..also sales person told me 6 months warranty and tried to give me 3 . Went in for 2 appointments to get the car fixed and only got an oil change that I had keep bothering them for and a fuse once they sell you the car you would barely here from them.The ac also came broken let them know that and was in bill of sale and guess what ? Guess right again didn't fix that either had the car about a month now going to junk it tomorrow. O and they refuse to let you bring it to a mechanic or let you highway test drive it which is two red flags.. adding to reply to your comment lol , umm I bought it march 2019 (4 years ago not 5)but saw you like to delete reviews so I had to repost :) thank you have a nice day:)

I would not recommend this dealership. We felt rushed into making a decision, Salesman Stas knew VERY little about the car we were looking at. And they were general type questions such as "What have you done to the car since you've had it?" "Does it have 2 keys?" "What is the code to the radio?" Which he didn't know but explained that they were getting a new one because they didn't know what it was. (because it wasn't even on for us to see if it worked!) We told him that all he needed to do was contact the dealer and find out how to go about getting it. News to him. He couldn't even answer us as to why the radio was not connected in the first place. Instead of addressing our questions and trying to get us answers, he asked " Who is the car for anyway?" Really? What does it matter to him. Our son just got his license and has never bought a car. I could go on but why? While we did end up purchasing the car, because in our experience VWs are dependable and somewhat speak for themselves, we DEFINATELY did not walk away with a warm and fuzzy feeling. It felt like they were more concerned about making a sale and moving on to the next victim then making a satisfied customer out of us.UPDATE: TO THE OWNER: First of all, we had an appointment set up for 4:45pm; closing time was 6pm. We were advised by Sam, who was very nice, a couple days before, that if we were running late to call, which we did. We showed up at 5:10. We had explained to her that we were coming from about 50 mins away and she said that traffic could get bad on Rt 209. Also, we did not make 2 employees wait almost an hour after closing. We left the lot no later than approx 6:20 because we were home by 7:15! And as I stated we are 45-50 mins away from your establishment.Never were we given an option of $300 off OR a new radio. We simple were told that $300 could be taken off of the price! Not looking for a new radio. Maybe your sales person Stas should have communicated that a little better.Customer service goes a long way and I've been in the business of doing just that for 36 years and have NEVER rushed a customer out of my office because it was past closing time! I too have a family and a life outside of work.We certainly are not complaining about a radio code; just pointing out that he had no idea that a code could be gotten from a dealer and he provided very little details about the car when we asked questions. Please get your facts straight before stating mis-truths about what happened. We would have been more than happy to call the next day with a decision but we were not given that option, we were just asked if we were going to leave a deposit and buy the car. Which we did and made arrangements to come back another day to finish up the sale. Shopped around a lot of placed in Northeastern PA for an older used car for my kids to drive to work. Prices are currently outrageous at most places, but at Auto Valley Group we found a very reasonably priced Honda Fit - thousands of $ less than other places. They made the purchasing process quick and easy, and my mechanic tells me that the car is in good shape. Very pleased with the purchase and the experience. Will definitely consider going back in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. Paperwork was a breeze since it was taken care of electronically, just a few things to sign when arriving. Had one slight issue with the truck I was purchasing and they were more than happy to rectify it immediately. The truck was immaculate interior/exterior and runs well. Will definitely be coming back for future car purchases. Thank you to Sam and the boys at AVG!
