Assuming it's the owner, guy was really nice, had a sense of humor, and was great and patient with my little guy but professional. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Was in the Poconos on vacation and my check engine light started flashing.. (not just lit, but flashing..potential serious problem) pulled in here with no idea what the problem was.Turned out it was an easy fix. Small thing needed to be replaced, only cost me $125.Honest place. They could have charged me anything but they were fair and honest.

Been going here for years. Remember the dad and now son Eric. Car work is great. Everything is just so exciting now it's not there fault but if parts are up 30,% and store make there products just a bit and we make the same it's hard to sustain. Love this shop. They took care of my son's first car just 2 weeks ago.

I broke down traveling and found 209 Automotive just a few stores away from where I Had to Stop, from the sounds coming from my front wheel, so I Hobbled my '04 Ford f350 4x4 dually over to the shop and asked to talked to the Mechanic, the Clerk was very helpful in responding immediately with the mechanic,, I asked if he could take a short drive, hopefully Jack up the Driver side, and feel if it's the bearing, He Did, and immediately confirmed with the Jack, of the wobble,, He was the Only mechanic on duty, but said he would do it the next day..I had No Option but to get a hotel for the night, the next morning returned to 209 about 12 and it was on the lift,, shortly after, it was done, and with a reasonable Price..Thank You 209 Automotive, Excellent Considerations... Eric at the front was soo so helpful! My husband and I were on vacation and out car was giving us trouble we took it there and he helped us tremendously! Price was reasonable too! hard to find honest mechanics but the 209 automotive was with us! Thanks again

Honest people and place to do business with. Went in for my car inspection, hung around in their cool lounge for about 30min or even could have been a bit longer-I was just enjoying the AC- but then it was all done ready to go. What made it a 5 star is when they told me about a leak and potential issue with a strut. They were more than happy to quote me and it s how they did it, (no pressure, you have a bit of time if you want us to do it) that made all the difference. Small place, but big on etiquette.

They are the most honest shop in the area. Women can feel safe coming here, as they have always did the right thing by my car, as well as my mother's car and my girlfriends car. They will explain things to you and show you things that they see and not blow smoke up your tailpipe. I had a bad experience with another shop in the area where that shop would not explain to me what the issue was with my car. KC explained it kindly, in plain English, and in 7 seconds - and I was able to make a good decision from there. He was even able to fix a problem using an easy technique that many of the shops didn't even consider when presented with the same problem. It is very rare to find a mechanic shop that you can trust. We trust them. They are very busy most of the time, but its worth the wait.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. I needed a new alternator for my 04 Malibu and they took care of me quickly, professionally, and was very friendly. They called me to tell me the issue as well as what other issues my car had. They NEVER pressured me into any work to be done. They just informed me of issues and let me decide how to continue. The quote given is what you pay as well. They are upfront and honest about the labor and parts given. 209 automotive is now my only repair shop to go to. Thank you to the entire team there!

Its hard to find HONEST and Friendly people in this area for Service. I brought my Mini Cooper in to have the timing chain replaced and the service was outstanding and the price well lets just say they beat everybody. got my mini back done right and running like a champ. thank you all for work well done.A note to all Mini Owners if you need your car worked on this is the place to go. Great affordable place. They don't try to rip you off like some places. I had 2 oil changes here and just went yesterday to get my rusted screws off of my license plate. I always recommend them.

Great service! I needed my battery changed quickly so I called them up and was able to come in right away. It took about 30 minutes and the price was reasonable.

Big shout out to the guys at 209 Automotive.I blew 2 brake lines in my Dodge, I had it towed in yesterday afternoon and by noon today they had the truck ready to roll and at a great price. Thank you guys so much for making feel like I was a top priority, and taking care of my truck. You guys are truly the best!!!!!

This place lacks customer service, the owner always has a dog face and is not friendly at all as well as his wife. They don't realize the customer is the one that gives them the business and acts like the customer owes him. He should be more attentive and appreciative of his customers.On the other hand Fred was always greeting the customer with a smile and treated them like family.

Went for inspection. Was told a list of things that needed to be done including cosmetic things like a crack in my bumper. I told him that crack has been there since I've owned the car and I was never told I would fail inspection because of it. He said it was something newly required in the inspection.Before leaving I was told he would have to call me later in the day with a price on all the things he said needed to be done, but no one ever called.I took it to a place I know I can trust to be Honest, and the only work I needed done was my front brakes and rotors.For someone who was picking at every little nick ,He never said anything about my brakes!! Now brakes are definitely something that should not have been overlooked!!

scam artist i paid for a new part got a used junk yard part i paid for one hour of repair time i was charged two hundred dollars for that one hour. part is now broken my car wont run correctly i went in with minor problem came out with a broken car now im getting dodged by them do not trust them they are scam artists . i talked to some other locals they said similar issues went in for minor stuff then stuff kept breaking.
