Z Motor Company is a great car dealership! We bought a 2017 Expedition EL Platinum from them in 2022. The car buying experience was excellent (that's not something I can often say) and the vehicle itself has been great! We worked with Gavin from before the vehicle was ready to sell, through their process of getting it ready to sell, purchasing the vehicle, and support after the sale (helping us get an extra key at a discounted price as well as a minor repair of something there when we purchased). Gavin was incredible. The communication was great without being pushy in any way. The cleanup and prep they did, particularly knowing they had an interested buyer, was incredible. They did not cut any corners. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great value and service, customer satisfaction driven, transparent and honest.I don't often write reviews, but wanted to speak to my experience with Z Motors, which was exceptional from start to finish. I contacted Z Motors via a car app, Dan promptly called me to set up a tome to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was detailed and ready to test drive. I told Dan the price I needed to be at and he was able to work with that- no games or "checking with the manager", just an offer of the best price they could offer. The transaction was pressure-free. I was given a great amount for my trade.I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle but was in a tricky situation. I was already approved through my credit union, which sends paper check to use to complete the purchase, which hadn't arrived yet. I explained the situation to Dan, explained that the check should arrive within 3 business days, and Dan agreed to HOLD the vehicle for me. No deposit, just on my word, Dan held the vehicle from Tuesday until Saturday morning. I spoke with Dan Friday evening, he was able to have the paperwork completed prior to my arrival Saturday morning, and had me in and out in under an hour for the purchase. The car needed interior mats, so Dan ordered me a set to my home.Z Motors is truly a trustworthy dealership. Dan's customer service was impeccable. Holding a vehicle for me spoke volumes to the integrity of the dealership and staff. I got a great car at a great price, felt valued as a customer, and an beyond impressed with the entirety of my car buying experience. I will be using z Motors for future car needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Absolutely amazing experience. I have owned more cars in 20+ years of driving than some might consider reasonable. I have wasted many hours of my life in car dealerships. Z Motors was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. I received far more for my trade in than I expected. There was none of the typical annoying car salesmen stuff. No nonsense hidden fees. No wasting time checking with my manager . Gavin and Kyle were fantastic to deal with. I will only buy used cars from Z Motors from now on.

Adrian helped us tremendously with out -sourcing a car for us that fits our family perfectly as well as checks off everything we wanted. He was understanding and professional during the whole process. The whole process was hassle free while also within budget. Adrian definitely delivered! Couldn t recommend this family operated company enough!

my wife and I were looking for a new car to replace the one that was totaled in a rear end collision, after much prayer and meditation the Lord, let us to Z motors company. We actually saw a Camry online that we thought would meet our needs. It was an excellent deal, however, due to our age and limited mobility it sat to low for us.. However, we spotted a Nissan rogue there and Dan worked with us tremendously and we were able to close the deal and drive the vehicle home the same day we visited. It was very straightforward no dancing around no flyby night deals or anything like that. It was a straightforward deal and I really appreciate that because I hate car shopping because of all the individuals out there that just throw stuff at you willy-nilly. Anyways, I wanna thank the individuals at Z motors, especially Dan for his professionalism and his help in getting my wife in a nice car that will meet her needs for many years to come. I recommend these individuals for a car without hesitation.

I can't emphasize enough how thankful I am to have been recommended to the Z Motor Company by my closest friends. It was time for me to get a new vehicle and was so nervous to stumble across a dealership that wouldn't make me feel comfortable, and my experience with Kyle and the entire team was beyond what words can express. Not only did each member greet me, they all met me with warm smiles and Kyle helped me through the process and explained everything to me every step of the way. My new car is absolutely beautiful and I can't imagine buying a car from anywhere else. My last car experience was very unfortunate but Z Motor has changed my whole view on dealerships, and helped me realize that there ARE amazing people out there willing to not scam you, but want to help you and meet you where you are. Also, I made sure to drive all the way from Maryland to PA just to get this deal! I completely recommend this place and the team! :)

I don't post a review for a business unless I'm really impressed. Z Motor Company earns a five star rating for sure. Everyone in the office was friendly and enjoyable to talk to. They gave me a great deal on the truck I traded in and the truck I bought was more than fair. Adrian was my salesperson and he's a great guy. Adrian and everyone at Z Motors obviously cares about the customer and it shows. I would recommend doing business with them.

Z Motor Company deserves every single one of these 5 stars (& more!) for their exceptional service. We appreciate the relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere of Z Motor, which makes for a comfortable and enjoyable buying experience. The Durango we purchased was priced right and featured all the bells and whistles we could've hoped for. Special thanks to Dan, for getting us acquainted with the vehicle, Corey, for walking us through finalizing the purchase, and Kim, for getting our paperwork squared away and ready to sign. We truly felt the Z Motor team was invested in helping us drive home in the best ride possible! 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be back for our next vehicle purchase.

If you are looking for the BEST place to buy a quality used car, Z Motor Company is IT!This was hands-down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Kyle, Gavin, Corey, and Dan made the process easy, customized to the specifics we were looking for, and smooth. They helped us find the perfect car, arranged competitive financing options for us, even coordinated with our insurance agent. They were honest and straightforward about every detail about the cars we considered and replete with details about the one we ultimately purchased. They know their cars and what to look for and presented us only the cleanest vehicles available. We never felt any pressure. There were no surprises in the numbers or any unexpected fees.The whole team was genuine with us and we feel like we truly made some new friends through the process. i came to Z Motors under the impression they weren t just another car dealership and that they weren t all just salesmen looking to make money. i am 1.5 hours away so i tried to do as much over the phone ahead of time. i sent info and pics of my trade and was told i would probably be better off selling privately (appreciated the honesty) but that i could bring it when coming to see another car to see what we could work out as i have aftermarket parts. the salesman Adrian was complimenting my car and all i had done to it, so i thought i would get an offer worth the drive as i told Adrian i had gotten a less than satisfactory offer from a larger dealership a couple days prior. after test driving the car i was interested in and after Dan look over my trade, i was given the same number i got previously. i was prepared to be low balled but not after they talked about how much they liked it. looking beyond the trade in offer, we asked if they had a doc fee like what we had run into at a previous larger dealership. they do. we asked if that includes the plate, registration, paperwork, etc. Adrian said that it did. running the numbers in the office, they have separate paperwork and registration fees and the doc fee is simply there for profit. it s a negotiable fee that most wouldn t notice or assume wasn t negotiable. almost $500 fee ON TOP of the paperwork fees that come with buying/trading. steer clear of the doc fees unless it is a brand new car. absolutely no reason for a used car to have $500 doc fees. i was willing to take my trade home and the car i was interested in. in cash as well. but i m not interested in giving my business to anyone solely in it for profit. i told Adrian i did not appreciate them having me drive the distance for such a great offer. he came back with a value $500 more than what they offered. which would just be the equivalent to them waiving the doc fee. no thanks.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD w/ premium package here for my daughter and had insane criteria for this purchase (hence I drove 199 miles for a car that fit.) There were 3 out of 100 within 200 miles of our house that had a shot. But, again, I understand car fax ratings, vehicle histories and understand quality and dealer ratings so I then ruled out the other 2 vehicles.Dan did a video walk around prior for chips and scrapes and mars and he was more critical than I was. I have 15 years experience in car sales and some management experience and these guys are the REAL DEAL.We debated buying sight unseen because we could always refuse the purchase but I had to drive down and drive it. When I got there, these guys are awesome! It's not a "car dealership." it's like a car co-op. They all work together, the car was better than described and we made a deal.A week later, I drove down with my daughter to pick it up and it was much more of the same. These guys just 'click,' its like buying a car from completely chill 'music dudes,' not Italian (sorry, been there) high pressure "buy it now clowns."We will drive another 17 hours to buy a car from them as my wife is next in the que and insists... and the fact that we will do that should say enough. I 'know' the car business and these guys are not 'the car business.'PS - I have been an insurance agent for a while and we self-insure most things we drive and own. Their warranties are with Allstate and as an agent, reading the details of what we bought... their warranties are completely solid, no slow-walk or run-around. If you're not rich, it's a solid option.

This small dealership is awesome!! They are honest and go above and beyond!! They have all their cars serviced before selling them making sure they are quality vehicles. We got an SUV for our son and it has been going great!! Gavin was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile and brought paperwork to us to sign. Thank you so very much!! We highly recommend this dealership over ALL the others in the area.

There are not enough great things to say about Dan, Corey, Gavin, and the rest of the team at Z Motors. They are super nice people with great inventory, and they went above and beyond what we could have asked so that I could have the perfect car. We live in Alabama, and they accommodated everything we needed to make the transaction happen from out of state. I did not make the trip to get the car, but my husband said he was so impressed that he would do it all over again! Thanks Z Motor Company for making our car shopping experience a great one!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place, excellent customer service, best experience I had with a car dealership. I bought my car from them last week, and I love it. Adrian was the best car salesman you can find, so helpful and he never made me feel rushed or forced to buy something, he gave me his honest opinion about all the cars I've seen, and thanks to him now I have a great car for me and my daughter. This was the second vehicle we purchased from Z Motor Co. Both experiences were great, and we will use and recommend them in the future! The most recent purchase was made by our daughter and was her first car buying experience. Kyle was patient and thorough, explaining all of the details to her along the way. He listened to all of her requests and guided her in a way that we believe he would have guided his own daughters. We were treated like family and appreciated how genuine he was in helping her through the entire process. She loves her baby!

It was hard to believe all of the reviews on here until I went to Z Motor Company myself. I'd been looking for a specific car for weeks and finally found it at Z. It was almost a 2 hour drive to get there, but worth it! I worked with Gavin and Kyle, with a hat tip to Dan. They were helpful, no-pressure, and I really can't say enough about the calm vibe. I have hated every car buying experience I have had until now. These guys do not feel like car salesmen, they feel like very knowledgable dudes who enjoy putting people together with cars.I would highly recommend checking them out, and I will be back to buy my next vehicle there as well!
