It was time for my 20000 mile checkup for my 2021 Toyota Corolla so I went to my trusted service center at Lancaster Toyota. It was my good fortune to be helped by Kurt Laughman, Service Advisor. Kurt took all of my information, gave me a cost estimate (to the penny, I might add), and told me the approximate waiting time (since I was going to wait for my car to be finished). He then sent me off to the Customer Lounge where I enjoyed a piping hot Cafe Mocha (free) and some cookies (also free). The lounge is quite nice: plush chairs, work tables, TVs (on silent mode, thank you very much!) and before I had time to finish my morning papers, Kurt appeared and told me that my car was ready. Also, while I was waiting, Kurt sent me a text message along with a video showing my car being serviced. What??!!?? It was service off the charts.I have an appointment this week with the Lancaster Toyota salesman about a new 2024 Toyota Corolla so it might be a while until I go back again for service. Let me tell you this: if you are looking for a service center to take care of your auto service needs, look no further than Lancaster Toyota for dependable, reliable and trustworthy service. Everything went well with the service there. I was satisfied. I m glad I took the car there and I feel better knowing that the work was done at the dealer.The fella that does the shuttle was really nice and helpful; taking me back to the service center to retrieve my house keys. I didn t realize I left the key on the ring until got out the van. And he repeatedly called my phone to wake me up to get the car when they were done. He knew I was sleeping since I shared that I work overnights.It was money well spent.

As always, my experience at Lancaster Toyota was very pleasant. got the early appointment time I asked for, waited for my vehicle in their beautiful waiting area, had free coffee and snack. Wasn't there as long as I thought, and my bill was below the quoted price. How can you ask for any more than that? Oh and my guy that I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

I have come to always expect great service at this Toyota dealer. It is Professional from making the appointment until I pick up the car. While this time was a little different, the overall experience remained, the professionalism I have come to expect.I was having a tire replaced and was borrowing a car from work until I could have mine back as it would take a day. I had arranged for a friend to take me. To the dealership after I received a call, saying tire replacement was the recommendation that was being made. I took that to me, and it was going to be fixed that day. When it wasn t, I had to rent a car to get to work that evening.I spoke with the service manager a few days later, because I was frustrated at the added expense. He heard what I had to say, and credited the rental feedback to my account.I could have probably been more proactive, and confirming my car would be ready that day. And the service provider could have been more clearer in letting me know it would not be available until the following day. Regardless, it goes to show that the professionalism of the dealership is still Exactly what I have come to expect. We worked through the communicators and I will be taking my car there again.

I must say I m a bit disappointed with my recent interactions with the service department. As a 20+ year client, I m very, very disappointed.Several years ago I mentioned the wheel coverings on my 2019 Highlander were defective and peeling. I raised the issue intermittently and was finally told it s not a covered defect. I bought a Toyota, not a budget priced import. Very disappointed with their Handel in of thisAlso, 3 service appointments ago I was informed the right CV boot was leaking and needed to be replaced , but the part was on order. Dealing with Toyota, I expected a call in a week or so that the part was in. Never happened. In fact I finally raised the issue to the manager and was given the well, it s on back order excuse which I d heard 2 or 3 times before that. I let them know that s not acceptable. Funny thing, after raising the issue, they found the CV boot.I really hope Lancaster Toyota Service changes their approach to providing service and returns to delighting clients and advocating for their customers instead of taking the easy way out and not addressing their customer s issues.On a positive note, the shuttle driver was a blast!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Checked in quickly and efficiently upon arrival by Steve B. He was friendly and informative about how and what would happen during service visit. Received progress reports by text while service was underway included a short video ( good stuff). Was notified by text as soon as service was complete. Was expecting to be there at least 2 hrs, but in and out in under 1 hr. Awesome experience. Lancaster Toyota's Service Dept. is the "real deal"

I have been a client of Lancaster Toyota since buying my first Prius in 2013! The service is easy to schedule, the service representatives are professional, polite and very knowledgeable about everything Toyota.Kurt was my service rep and he kept me up to date while they were working on my car. He was communicative and went above and beyond to help me with my hitch installation. Great Toyota Team!

Very easy experience. I took my Avalon Hybrid in for a factory scheduled service and was helped by Colin. The process was explained well, I received a video from the tech who did the service after about 30-40 minutes and it had other recommended services, one of which I declined, one of which I accepted. I pretty much knew what my car needed and didn't need so since this was my first time using this dealership, so I'd know if they recommended things the car didn't need. That didn't happen, the prices are fair and the service is what you want from a dealership. I'll use this location as long as I live near by and own a Toyota.

I just deleted my post from several years ago. I was just in to see Kurt L. for my inspection and to have my headlighs cleaned. I have been coming there for years. Actually Sharon was my service manager for many years until her retirement. Of course that was in the other building.I now have Kurt and he is so thorough in describing my problems and what all they had to do. I completely trust him and for he knows me now and knows my situation. I just spent over 3 hours there last week but that is not a problem because of the wonderful waiting area. I remember the old one in the sales bldg. Sort of a joke. "HA HA" I have gotten all my cars from Lancaster Toyota and loved them. I was so sorry to know that Camry was near death and needed to do something about another car, but the used car center was super about seeing that I got something that would get me through the remainder of my driving years. (hopefully) Great job Travis.

Waiting for your car is not always the most fun experience. But this experience was not bad. Friendly staff everyone with a smile on their face. Comfy seats, complimentary coffee and snacks. I don't have young children anymore but the kids area was great for any.parent that would need to wait there. I was very happy with my experience.

This service was fantastic and once Steve Plank responded and detailed the procedure and my lack of reading printed instructions I will have to apologize for the previous post. The service department at Lancaster Toyota is the best I've ever used, period. They communicate well, do good work, and make sure that you are satisfied before you leave.I actually bought cars from this dealer because their service was so much better than the other manufacturers in the area.I worked with Steve this most recent service and it was top-notch, as usual.

Kurt did a great job keeping me informed about the status of the service I was having done and even offered to perform the annual inspection and emissions since he noted it was due in about 6 weeks. Went in for an inspection and they literally took 2:30 hours to tell me it failed. The lady at the front desk wouldn t clearly explain what actually needed fixing for the inspection and what was a mere suggestion. She also claimed to have messaged me an estimate, and then proceeded to literally check my phone to confirm I didn t receive it. When asked to expedite my checkout since I was already way beyond my service time, she just told me to wait and wouldn t tell me why or how much time it would take. The checkout, bringing the car around and printing the paperwork, ultimately took about 30 mins, and the entire time she basically ignored me. I had to call the manager, who went to check on the car. I always go here for my oil change and received excellent service, but my experience today was nothing short of exasperating.

I received a warm welcome from Cheyenne, who made me feel at home. When I could not find my insurance card for the inspection, she offered to call my agent and got me a new card. She made everything easy. While waiting, I received a video of the inspection work that was being done. They waiting area was clean, spacious and comfortable. I was in and out in a short time. The service and all personnel I encountered were excellent.

I ve done business with Lancaster Toyota for some time. I have to say that I m happy with their process even if it s not applied consistently. They sent a video update with the assessment and actions taken after I approved the action plan. That doesn t happen consistently but I m ok with the idea that organizations are improving and that takes time. Compared to other Toyota dealers in the area, they are ahead in my book and will continue to be my top choice for service.

The service here is always exceptional. They communicate with you the entire time your car is being serviced so there are no unexpected costs at the end. Miguel, specifically, has always taken good care of us.

I got a flat late at night on a Friday and had my Prius towed to Lancaster Toyota (no spare, apparently common in smaller hybrids to make room for the battery). I had lined up a rental assuming it would be a day or two before I could get it fixed and I work Wed-Sun and had to drive to Maryland that night for work. My Enterprise reservation was more of a request I guess, so they didn t have a car for me. Toyota was able to get the tire replaced Saturday morning and even sent a courtesy Uber to take me from Enterprise a couple miles down to road to the service center. What could have been a major headache was made relatively simple with great customer service. I don t know how the price compares to a non-dealership but it seemed in line with what I ve paid in the past at other repair shops and they didn t try to upsell me at all (photo of nail location attached just to show it wasn t repairable and they didn t sucker me into a replacement needlessly). Colin was great at communicating throughout the process, showed a sense of urgency, and was overall just really helpful.Service: Tires

I am truly grateful for Kurt & his Toyota Team ! They are determined to deliver great customer services and give thorough information on what needs to be serviced on my vehicles. Whether that be in person while sitting in the waiting area, text/calls, and even updating me with videos of my vehicles. They are always efficient and honest. Always asked me for authorization on a defect, replacement and or repair. Even offer free shuttle drop off back home or somewhere else for others and me. This place and their team are very friendly & welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding. I am glad I purchased my Toyota vehicles and been coming back for services for a couple years now. No headaches, no run around, and I left the place satisfied as a customer! Highly recommend this place!

Great service. Employees performed in a professional manner. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning for a routine service and it took all day before I was able to pick it back up in the late afternoon. Glad that I did not need it earlier.

We have been using the service department at Lancaster Toyota since 1990. The quality of the people, both advisors and technicians, has been a constant. This is the primary reason that we continue to drive from York to East Petersburg after thirty-four years. Miguel Delgado has been a strong member of the Lancaster Toyota service team for man years. His friendly assistance is much appreciated.
