Honest no nonsense quality work at a fair price. I have all our car repairs and inspections done here.They communicate what needs to be done before starting any work. Great neighbors.

Attention to detail is exceptional. I was recommended to them by a coworker. So glad I gave them a call. They saved me lots of money by considering multiple options for repairing my car. They called me to check in before performing additional work. They even took my car to another shop for some of the repair since the other shop could get the one repair done for less with the same quality. When I got the bill, it was less than I expected it to be. I will definitely be taking my Volvo back to them if it needs any more work.

Car Crafters, Inc. does great work. They specialize in Volvos but are also knowledgeable in most makes and models. The mechanics are friendly and honest. We've been going to Car Crafters for years. I even called and asked the head mechanic about a car I was considering buying, and he told me what he knew about that particular make and model which kept me from purchasing a car that would've had problems that would've been quite costly in repairs. I highly recommend Car Crafters, Inc.

Great people and they explain the work completely and reasonable prices. They are definitely Volvo experts! My only problem is they are a long distance from me and appointments for service are hard to get because they are in high demand. You won't regret having them work on your car.

I have been going to Car Crafters so long I ve lost count of the many years, maybe 15 or more. It was before Phil and Kent worked there -their Father owned the business then. I have purchased two cars from them, one for my daughter when she was in college, and another for my husband and I about a year ago. I have always had my cars and hubby s truck serviced by them, I trust no one else with these vehicles. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy men, who go over and above what normal mechanics would do for you. Before selling me a vehicle for my daughter they insisted on changing out the timing belt even though it didn t need it at the time, but they knew that it would go bad soon! Now that s amazing what other mechanic do you know would be so honest! I have recommended many people to them and have never had a complaint from them either. PS ...I drive a half an hour to get to their place!

Without question, THE place to take your Volvo to be serviced whatever the reason. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will tell you. They will tell you what they do know.The guys will give you the choice of OE or aftermarket for whatever is needed. Great work at a very fair price. They keep my older Volvo running perfect. I've had some major work done too with a total cost far below what the dealership would have charged using the same OE parts.They stand behind their work without question.

We have been bringing our Volvos to Car Crafters for about 15 years. They have taken such good care of my first Volvo (Beulah), she is still on the road at 320,000 miles! I trust them to tell me when something that I'm not aware of needs to be taken care of - when I would take my cars to dealers, they would come back with a laundry list of "recommendations" that didn't need to be done. The guys at CC tell me about the issue, warn me of the consequences and let me decide with no pressure. In today's car environment when dealer maintenance departments are incentivized to push unneeded parts and service, it is great to have real mechanics who you can trust. Thanks Car Crafters!

They specialize in Volvos, but I took my '99 Toyota Corolla here because I heard good things and they gave me the best quote on replacing my clutch. The quote was an estimate because they weren't quite sure how long it would take, but if it had been a Volvo, they said they could tell me "down to the minute" how long it would take.They have consistently been the least expensive and most helpful mechanics I've ever run into. Very friendly attitudes, also--none of the gruff condescension I've received from some mechanics. Cannot recommend highly enough. I like outside of Pottstown but still travel to East Earl for their service.

I have owned my Volvo for 7 years. I tried a different shop once, only to be ripped off! Phil and Kent are the go to guys for Volvo's. Fair prices, real advice, and definitely worth the drive!

If u have a problem with your Volvo these are the guys you want working on it. Always had great service and are very honest. Wouldn't trust anyone else working on mine. These guys know what they are doing.

These guys are great at working on Volvos, and MUCH cheaper than anybody else I've ever found. A+ mechanics, and they are honest and hard working. I would recommend these guys to ANYBODY that owns a Volvo in the Reading or Lancaster areas.

Absolutely honest top notch service here. If you have a Volvo, go here for expert, honest advice. No slimy service writers to scam you or upsell. Just honest guys who love Swedish cars.

Well it's been a year of problem free driving since the engine swap, so I'm a happy customer. Normally take my car to a small 2 man shop that just couldn't get to an engine job as quick as I needed, these guys were, fast, reasonably priced, and honest.

I have been driving nothing but (used) Volvos for the past 20+ years, and I've never taken them anywhere except Car Crafters for service. In fact, we've purchased a couple of our vehicles through Car Crafter connections.You won't find a more knowledgeable/honest crew than the guys at Car Crafters - it's worth the drive out into the Lancaster County countryside!

Ken & Phil have been servicing our Volvos for years, trusted them with recently purchased Jeep after disappointing/expensive dealer experience: only hesitation @ 5-star review is that they'll get too busy to schedule us!
