We needed to replace the roof on our home, and contacted Cleanbee (rather than take a chance on an unknown contractor from an ad.). Jonathan and Steve got us two separate alternatives to consider, and both subcontractors took the time to explain how they could address our concerns.We chose to have a metal roof installed - it was completed quickly, professionally, and affordably.Abraham (the subcontractor) did a great job! Less than two days were required, and he cleaned up everything before his crew left.

Rented a dumpster to help someone out of an extreme hoarding situation. Staff was very compassionate to my needs, delivery driver was top notch, dumpster was perfect size for a narrow area. Highly recommend

Great dumpster experience! We just finished a dumpster rental. The price was right on for our area and the service from beginning to end was wonderful. It started with a phone call to get rates and availability. It was helpful to speak to someone with knowledge so we could discern what suited our needs best. Delivery and pickup were right on time and it was handled with great care to our yard. Highly recommend!

They gave us an honest assessment of the damage to our bathroom floor and replaced the sub floor, floor and shower insert. I appreciate that there was no upsell pressure or hard sales pitch. We received communication via text throughout the process and job was as expected. Will likely be reaching out again for other home repairs.

We rented a dumpster from CLEANbee to help us get rid of household items to prepare for a move out of state. It was fabulous having the dumpster available for 24 hours to get rid of a lot of junk. It was convenient and easy to use. The service from the owner was fantastic! We highly recommend CLEANbee to our family and friends. Thank you for helping us with the biggest move of our lives!!

Problems from beginning to end. Would like to compliment Sheree for her kindness during the estimate, where she told me a "CREW" would be doing the work, and Alyssa, who came alone, sans crew, on finally getting a hard job done and working extra to do it. Was definitely more than a one person job, which Tammy, the operations manager, told me when she saw the job. And she worked along side of Alyssa to get the work done in a timely manner. And it was HARD work for them.Professionalism in office was terrible and I was treated horribly by Leanna. No one gave me access to the owner, who I would be more than HAPPY to discuss the whole issue. Lies were told and proven. Was happy to pay for the job, as Alyssa and Tammy worked very hard. The office staff needs retrained. Jon is STILL free to reach out to me.Service: Deep clean

With 2 kiddos under 6, I barely have time to do the dishes and laundry let alone deep clean my house. I contacted CLEANbee to schedule a regular monthly clean of my home. From start to finish they did an outstanding job! The cleaner they sent was polite, professional and very thorough!10/10 would recommend!Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean

I contracted this company for a major kitchen remodel. Of course like any project issues arise such as third party cabinets being delivered and damaged out of the contractors control but the contractor made it right.This company is an honorable company and came through on their word upon all work discussed. Despite lack of employees the crew they had and management went above and beyond to accomplish a large construction feat in under three weeks and are reasonable to resolve and troubleshoot any problems that arose.I personally would rehire this company for my future cleaning and construction endeavors. We used the ionization air cleaner to help take away the smell from a garage floor we had refinished with epoxy and frankly, it was amazingly effective. We used it as they instructed and within less than 24 hours, all of the toxic odor was completely gone. I was very pleasantly surprised.Staff and owner were very professional, courteous and exceptionally easy to work with!Service: Deep clean

This company is the definition of quality. I have turned to them several times when needing some light renovation work as well as cleaning some of my commercial properties. Getting a quote is always quick, prices are always very competitive, and they keep to their word! I am always impressed by the quality of their work. I have on several occasions called them with some last minute needs and they always work as hard as they can to make sure I'm taken care of. I often have their technician Jason come and work on my properties. He is so kind and truly professional. And the owner is fantastic! Seriously what ever work load you have look no further than Clean Bee. You won't ever call anyone else.

I waited a long time for a quality front door and storm door. CLEANbee helped me pick out the right product and installed it perfectly, even though my house had some glitches. It is perfect and adds to the quality of my house. Already looking at other jobs they can do for me! They are the BEST- honest, great work and good prices!

Had a major bathroom renovation. From the start the communication was terrible. ( Specifically Mike). The meeting with their designer was nothing more than a reason to charge more $$. Very little of what we discussed was ever relayed. Things I specifically talked about were ignored. Designer was more interested in selling high end custom cabinets and counters than doing what the customer asked for. Start date was given - took time off work to be there for access to the house. No one came. When I called was told something came up and they would hopefully come the next day. I understand life happens - but THEY should have called me. I missed work to be there for THEM. From the start all I had talked about was a corner glass enclosed shower. Months in , I'm told the enclosure was not part of the work. That I never asked for that. What? You are building a corner shower with no method of keeping the water in? Was told I could put up a curtain.( IN A CORNER). Lighting- not part of the work. They took old lights out but were not going to put new ones in. Toilet - not part of the work. They gutted the room to the studs and planned on putting a 25yr old stained toilet back in the room. Said " I told them I wanted to keep it". Unbelievable. In the end it cost me 4 grand more than the agreed estimate and budget. That doesn't even count the extras I paid for since they " weren't included". Little respect was shown for my home. Master bedroom was used a a dump for garbage. Old drywall wood etc. A room they had no reason to even be in. I have furniture damaged by them- gouges down into the wood. Made Mike aware- no concern on his part. Ex employee of theirs showed up at my home asking for me to pay him directly as they owed him $$. I had to call the local police and alert neighbors that all this crazy was going on. Horrible experience. The only reason they get any stars is their contractor. Ken did the best he could. He was polite and reasonable and a few things that needed to be changed as we went along were handled well.

My dad has Stage 4 Pulmonary Fibrosis and is awaiting a double lung transplant. So, as you can imagine protecting him from germs and diseases while improving his air quality was something our family has been searching for. Thank goodness we found CLEANbee! After speaking with Jonathan, I not only learned that there actually WAS a product that would do all the things we were looking for (that didn t break the bank) but he also personally installed the VOLLARA Air Cleaner in my parent s home the very next day (Thursday, September 30th) and took the time to show them how to use the features! My parents were skeptical but within 24 hours (I m not kidding literally within 24 hours) my mom called me to say that she couldn t believe how clean the filter was in my dad s at-home oxygen machine (they have to clean/vacuum it out 1-2x per day)! At that point they were sold! And after 48 hours even I noticed the difference in the air quality when I walked in their home! We cannot be more pleased with this product (or the impeccable customer service) and recommend CLEANbee and the Vollara Air Cleaner to everyone we meet. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are so grateful!

Have had cleaning done at my home. Have contractor schedule for October, look forward to the work being done!!I purchased the Vollara Air Purifier a month and a half ago from CLEANbee. Two weeks ago I had a person in my home visiting for the day. The next day they called to say they had COVID and we remain healthy. I am so thankful for the air purifier!

My experience with CLEANbee was nothing short of fantastic. I was purchasing a Christmas gift card for a family member for cleaning services. I contacted them on the 22nd of December (late I know) but Jonathan was amazing with his level of customer service. He went out of his way to meet with me the next day to hand deliver a gift card and overall made the experience of working with him and his company super easy. While I can't speak to their actual cleaning services yet my guess is that based on Jonathan's level of attentiveness in earning a new customer it will be of the highest standard as well.

We live out of state & due to time restrictions, we, unfortunately, didn t have the time to do a thorough end of year cleaning prior to moving our son back home for the summer this past school year. Due to this, we recently made the decision to hire CLEANbee Property Services, Inc. to not only clean but to ease the stress of moving our son back into his college apartment & to remove the dust, etc. due to my son s severe allergies. Their hard work definitely eased all concerns! The apartment looked fantastic & smelled SO clean when we moved him back-in, over this weekend. It, also, allowed us to truly focus on just getting his things put away & organized. We requested a thorough Spring-like cleaning which involved cleaning items our son & his roommates didn t focus on cleaning last year such as: removing dust, etc. from woodwork & walls, cleaning inside/out of both small & large appliances, closets, washer/dryer area, to removing hard to remove stains from his shower/tub.In addition, the owner/manager, made it extremely easy to coordinate and to also, trust. They did a fantastic job & we re definitely planning to hire them, once again, over the holiday break to get it squeaky clean again for Spring Semester. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We hired Cleanbee Property Services LLC to perform twice-monthly cleaning at our home. Just for reference, we had previously used other cleaning services at our last home and are generally familiar with the effort, cost, and services typical for the area. Our initial meeting with the company was positive and we agreed to the service and scheduled our first cleaning. I worked from home on the day of the cleaning to provide an initial walk-through and any additional support that might be required. The individual showed up promptly and quickly began work. She moved quickly throughout the process. Our home is a 4 bed/2.5 bath 2-story home, same as our previous home, but with additional square footage. This company indicated that they would budget 2 hours for a house like ours. We voiced our concern about how thorough of a job could be completed in this time with one person and they had mentioned perhaps they would allocate 3 hours. We figured we d see how it went and go from there. The cleaner spent approximately an hour and 15 minutes on the upper floor. By this point, she was moving quickly and managed to finish the entire first floor, kitchen included, in 45 minutes, at precisely the 2 hour mark. After her departure I did a quick walk-through. The upstairs seemed clean enough.The first floor had some issues. Entering the kitchen, it was immediately clear that the stainless appliances were a streaky mess. I looked things over and noticed that the cook top was significantly scratched and the fridge also had several new scratches. Our appliances are only 1-2 years old and we had gone to great lengths to carefully maintain them to avoid any scratches. The cook top, being the worst of it, still had residual crumbs and grease from cooking, that wasn t cleaned. We believe that stainless cleaner was applied over the mess and scrubbed, grinding the debris into the surface causing the scratches. At this point, the dirty rag may have been used on the fridge adjacent to it, causing additional damage. The other appliances were not harmed. We immediately contacted the office and eventually were put in touch with the owner. In the earliest of phone calls, the owner acknowledged the fresh scratches and did not dispute they were caused during the cleaning. We exchanged email and he said he d talk to the cleaner and get back in touch. We received an email a couple days later with an offer to waive the charge for the cleaning, along with an additional amount of money toward the purchase of a new top surface for the cooktop, with remaining balance and installation to be covered by us due to some perceived depreciation that he felt did not require him to fully address the damage caused by his company. A basic expectation I have for a cleaning service is that they not damage my stuff and if they do, they make it right, without causing me additional expense. In this instance, the replacement part is a small portion of the overall cost of the unit, even if it is 1.5 years old. We already offered to live with the damage to the much more expensive refrigerator.I think the fundamental flaw in this cleaning model is the rigid scheduling. It would be a struggle for my wife and I to clean the entire house in 2 hours, with two people. I think the rush to complete on schedule was a factor. Our previous cleaners spent at least 2 hours at the house, with 2 people, on a much smaller space, for similar cost. We are obviously moving on and cannot recommend this company for recurring cleaning. It's also worth noting that 3 of the 5-star reviews on here are Cleanbee employees.

If you re looking for a business that is professional, trustworthy, and client-focused, look no further than Cleanbee! We were looking for a company could provide us with a solution to get rid of 25 years + of stuff (junk) that either we were saving just in case we needed it someday or was just junk that we couldn t put in regular garbage. Cleanbee helped us get exactly what we needed. They rent dumpsters!!Cleanbee rented us the perfect size dumpster (delivered when promised by a courteous driver) over a long weekend so that we could take our time. We highly recommend Cleanbee!

This company agreed to clean for us. It was a large time sensitive job that they signed a contract to do roughly 6 months prior. During the job, they walked off and quit due to being understaffed. The were unwilling to admit fault, and left us scrambling to find a replacement. I would not recommend this company for a large job, or anything time sensitive.

I'll leave a response - We had a bad experience and the owner called me and left a message. I called him back 10 minutes later, left a message, and he never called me back. This was months ago. I call this poor customer service to go along with a poor job. Also, I gave you two stars, not one.
