What a friendly, affordable repair experience. Danny was so helpful, the repair was done quickly and well. I enjoyed working with them and I will use them in the future. Great place.

My daughter's significant other was in a pretty bad accident that almost totalled her car. A friend of mine who does auto body wanted to tear the car apart and check it over and potentially fix it. After the insurance company released the car (accident was her fault and with limited coverage, she gets nothing for her damaged car), we went there to pick it up. My buddy brought his car hauler and we arrived about the same time to get the car. Now, the initial towing was $250. Yeah, $250. The additional days of storage, even though they were never asked where to tow it, wracked up $70 more. The policy is apparently "cash only" for anything under $500, which seems a bit shifty to us. He said, while we stood there, that he'd do it on a card, but it would incur additional charges, which amounted to an additional $30! ATMs don't even charge that much. The guy seemed ill-willed and short-tempered and kind of mad that we were taking the car, after he explained that they would "haul the car away for them for $75, all said and done". So, to get this straight, he would charge the girls to tow their car, then charge them additional to be able to SELL IT OFF TO A YARD, where he was going to make even more money?? The car was a newer 2016 car, that still started and ran, but was a bit smashed up. Everything about the whole transaction was greasy and, since these were girls, felt like advantage was attempted to be taken of them. He then released the car telling us to get it out ourselves. Arrogance, unsympathetic, grifting soul. Would not recommend, not even if my last option on earth. And to think, someone there is the Chief of Fire for the town of East Berlin, PA. I feel kind of bad for folks who have to deal with that kind of attitude, bad day or not.

Google maps keeps telling me that I've been here and I keep telling Google maps that I haven't been here and I tell Google maps to ignore it but it keeps telling me that I was here so I'm putting this in so it goes away
