It was amazing I had a video of how the car wash works but I lost it but it is amazing me my brother and my sister went there with my mom SUV and it was amazing God bless you all and your family have a great day or night

I paid for an automatic car wash and nothing happened. $14 for nothing. I wonder why there is no phone number to call that is listed

They did recently update a lot of the coin machines and ways to pay by card instead of using quarters the automatic car wash is touchless. Other than that it's a decent car wash but it's like any other one you go to

Vacuum #5 ripped me off but #3 worked and had great suction. Didn't have a pen to write Out of order on #5.

I gave this car wash 1 star because of the service I got two different times. The first time I used this car wash, I used their auto wash. The auto wash failed to rinse the wax agent, that was also sprayed onto my car during the auto wash process. I didn t realize it until I left the car wash. When the vehicle dried, there was a hazy stain left from the wax. It was very difficult to remove. I took the car to another car wash but the hazy stain would not come off. I actually had to hand wash the car and use a cleaner wax to remove the hazy stain.Today I went for a second time, but used a wash bay instead. I just wanted to remove some dirt off my car. I didn t see the mud all over the bay floor when I pulled in, so when I departed the bay my tires went through the mud and got splashed on the side of my car. When I pulled out onto the main road, it got even worse with the mud shooting from my tires to the driver s side of my car. When I stopped at Rutters, 3 blocks away, that is when I realized the mess.After two disappointing visits, I will no longer use this place. I later went to Anderson Car Wash in Dover to have my car properly washed.I highly suggest use another car wash, unless you just want to wash the mud off your ATV or truck.

It a good car wash but it had better days. Equipment needs replaced cause it's broken or just takes money and refuses to give it back. Lost change I thought was for the airfresher at the vacuums with no out of order. Vending needs to be taken care of and was out of stock of what I needed.

Tried to use the car wash today (Nov. 12th) and the new payment system was reading "car wash in use" however there was no one in the car wash. I hope my credit card will not be charged, had to back out and leave.

Spent 13 dollars to wash my vehicle and the brush didn't do a good job with cleaning my vehicle you could still see dirt spots on it that is the second time that has happened to us

Was charged $14.00 for a car wash that didn't work. I couldn't find a number to call to as for a refund anywhere.

Not impressed at all and angry! Paid $11 for the carwash, car was still dirty, paid another $10 in the self wash bay and brushes are worn and too soft, did not remove dirt off of car. Scrubbed the car twice with no satisfaction! Would not recommend this carwash to anyone. Only removes lose dirt and dust.

I am only rating the automatic touchless wash. As I was driving away I noticed that my treat window was still dirty. Went home to clean the window and noticed the entire rear end of the car was dirty. It's only 11 bucks so it rinses the dirt and dust off but I think next time I will try the manual bays.

Not a good first experience here. Lost one dollar in the #5 vacuum today. Tried to call the owner's phone number on FB but that number was repeatedly busy and had no VM option. Not a great carwash or a good business model.

Good car wash, I like the idea of touchless car washed but I always have better results with one that actually mildly touches my car. Still a good wash.

Touchless automatic carwash, vacuums. Takes credit/debit cards at wash bays and automatic car washes. $14 for ultimate car wash

The scrubber brushes scratch and the auto does a decent job, everytime in been they been out of pre wash and I only find out after I already paided

It's your average local car wash. There are 3 hand bays and an automatic. Also has vacuum, air freshener, and the typical coin machines.

It's close to my house, convenient hours. But sometimes vacuum cleaners steal your money.
