I had visited many dealerships while searching for a 2023 Explorer ST and no dealership came close to New Legacy Ford and I never even had to step foot in the dealership.Paul was great to work with and kept me updated on all the details of the sale and delivery. Paperwork was a breeze and I never felt overwhelmed during the process.When taking delivery of the ST, I was happy to see a fully enclosed trailer during its journey from PA to NJ. The car was in great condition coming off the trailer and I was also given a nice cleaning package. His cars are ceramic coated from the dealership as well and I was more than impressed with the quality of it. Definitely a professional quality coating.Paul gave me a call few hours after delivery to check in and make sure everything was good.

I had a really horrible experience with a different dealer and ford corporate but New Legacy Ford restored my view on the Ford brand as a whole.They were super responsive, professional, and persistent in finding the issue on my truck. I was also given a clean, new loaner vehicle while my truck was being repaired!Couldn t ask for more. Thank you for the excellent experience.

We found the vehicle on the internet and bought it over the phone. We flew 1400 miles to complete the purchase. Everything from the initial phone conversation to the moment we drove away with the vehicle was an absolutely enjoyable experience! We flew in the night before and they picked us up from the hotel and transported us to the dealership, and treated us with the utmost hospitality! Someone from every department of the dealership made it a point to go out of their way to let us know they appreciated our business. They truly made an effort to earn our business, not make us feel like they were just there to take our money. Wonderful buying experience. We had a fantastic buying experience at New Legacy Ford. We traveled from CT to trade in an existing vehicle and and purchase a new one. Paul and his team made this experience seamless and answered any questions we had along the way. When we arrived at the dealer the process was quick and painless. I would not hesitate to travel again to this dealership due to the great experience we had.

I was compelled to tell of an amazing story I had with New Legacy Ford. My 19 year old Daughter was in the need of a new car. Being this was her first car that she was going to own, I wanted to her to get a car that was reliable and not going to cost her a fortune. We searched for Cars that were in my area of Bridgewater NJ. We were greeted to dealers who tried to rip us off(blaming Covid & Stock) and in general had a take it or leave it offer. I had stumbled on New Legacy Fords website while doing a search for a Ford Focus. New Legacy had a few in stock. I had called up the dealership(which was 3 hours from my house and spoke to owner Paul Randazzo. After a 15 minute conversation were we did not even speak about cars(due to Paul being a great and very personable individual) we discussed the Focus on the Lot. I explained what my daughter was looking for. I stated my concern that this was the first car my daughter was getting under her name. Mr Randazzo had put me on the phone with his Sales MGR Kody Wells. Much like my impression with Paul, Kody was another person who was a joy to talk to. Within 10 minutes of my call with Kody, we were on Face time with him while he went over every square foot of the car to make us feel like we were on the lot at that moment. He made such an impression with my Daughter and myself, we felt real comfortable moving forward with not even being in the presence of the car. Do to the fact that my Daughter had limited credit history, I was concerned. They were able to get her approved with an amount she can afford of a monthly basis. If what I had said already did not convince you to pick up the phone and call New Legacy Ford right now, the car was driven to my house 3 hours away for delivery. They also made it very easy in making sure my daughter new exactly what to do since it was an out of state purchase, such as Tax, registration and inspection. My Daughter loves her Ford Focus and I loved the experience of buying at New Legacy Ford. I don't know when , but I do know that I see more Ford's in my future. Much success in the future and I know I will be buying again.

Had basic service done with and oil change and fix a tire that had a nail in it...they picked up my truck, loaned me a vehicle, serviced my truck, called to update..it was ready and waiting when i went in to pick it up..everyone was attentive and friendly...thank you alissa for making the such a smooth day.

I recently purchased a 2023 Bronco from New Legacy Ford and I am SO impressed by how seamless this process was.This is my first new car and I was so excited to find exactly what I wanted listed online. It happened to be at New Legacy Ford (4+ hours from home), but I knew I had to have it! I called right away and was in contact with Sales Manager, Kody Wells and he was truly THE BEST.Kody kept me updated on production from start to finish. Every time I shot him a message with a question or status update - he would get back to me immediately! We stayed in close contact for over three months and the day had finally arrived - the vehicle got delivered to the dealership. (Cue confetti)The car was delivered on Saturday; I needed to get my own paperwork done on Monday, so I could enjoy my car that same week. Kody assisted me with exactly what I needed to ask my bank/insurance for. When I went to the bank and insurance company, they were so impressed with how easy the transaction was. They mentioned that they are usually chasing the dealerships for information. Everyone kept saying "this is unheard of!"Since I live 4+ hours from this dealership, I wanted to pay for delivery. Kody planned on delivering the car to my house the week the vehicle came in! I was SO beyond excited. To make sure I could get my car the week it came in - Kody met me at my work office (2 hours from my house) to sign the paperwork and see the car in person. He then delivered it to my house! A full day of commuting around (probably 10 hours), just to make a customer happy.I feel SO beyond blessed to have found New Legacy Ford and have found my dream car. From what everyone is telling me, Kody is not your "typical salesman"! I'm so glad I have a contact that I can trust and go-to with any questions. Thank you Kody and thank you New Legacy Ford! I am so excited and it still feels like a dream. :)

Great Customer Service I have a 2020 Ford Explorer that recently needed some service work performed. I called and made an appointment to have the work done, they came to my location and picked up the Explorer and left me a loaner vehicle. When the work was completed, they returned my vehicle to me and picked up their loaner car. No hassle for me went about my daily activities and never missed a beat. Hard to find that type of customer service door-to-door service with no hassle on my end. Unbelievable great customer service for a happy customer who lives more than an hour from the dealership.

I needed a new door on my 2020 Ford escape.Tim the parts manager worked with Ford Motor Co. To get the best price.Body repair man worked diligently to matched paint perfectly, and installed door.All employees at New Legacy Ford really care about their customers.Thanks to everyone.

Just wanted to compliment New Legacy Ford and especially Alyssa in service. I needed new tires, a battery, and full service on my Honda CRV. Alyssa was so helpful!!! Easy to work with responded fast was the price they advertised. Delivered at no charge great convivence to us. Will definitely buy again from them wish we had found them sooner. I recommend you call them if you're looking for a vehicle new or used.

When attempting to order a new Raptor I contacted every Ford dealer in Pennsylvania east of State College. Only a select few were willing to order a truck at MSRP and New Legacy received my order. I couldn't be happier with the process and will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! I am EXTREMELY picky when interacting with dealers and New Legacy earned my business now and in the future.My salesman, Cody, was honest and upfront during the process, and he deserves kudos for being a stellar employee of New Legacy Ford. If a small-town dealership that cares about their customers still exists, New Legacy Ford is the closest I believe one can get!Thanks!
