Auto ECMs are a great asset to our business. We have been able to get many of our customers vehicle repaired and back on the road when we can no longer get modules from the manufactures when they have been discontinued. Thank you for the prompt service and shipping. The small gift screw drivers and magnets are an added bonus.

I needed a new computer for my 93 Ford Ranger. I had ordered one from another company but they never did deliver. I got one from AUTOECMS and they had one at my house in a matter of days. I ran it for a couple of weeks and some of the issues resurfaced. I emailed them and told me to send that one back and would send me another one. I received it quickly and it seems to be working fine now.I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with the customer service. It was fantastic. I do appreciate this company for being willing to work with me. I ll definitely be using them again. Great people. Thank you AUTOECMS!!!

I run a transmission shop in Ohio. We diagnosed it to be a bad PCM, and purchased a PCM for a 10 F450. PROBLEM FIXED!!!! Customer service was great. Within 1 hr of purchase we received receipts and tracking number. Being a family business ourselves. I can appreciate a company that makes you feel like they care and strives to do good work. I just wanted to tell y all how grateful I am that I found y all, I thought the ABS on a 95 Bronco would never work again or a Speed Control on a 94 F150 pickup would ever function again. But both cases were solved by your company and for that I m extremely grateful. The brakes will throw you through the windshield and the Cruise control is completely functional and it was all just plug and play. Thanks for so much peace of mind.

difficult to find ECM for a 2001 KIA Sportage 4dr. My mechanic was unable to locate a replacement ECM for my vehicle. Called the Auto ECM Store and they had the part IN STOCK. Ordered and it was delivered 3 days later, once installed and programmed it worked perfectly. Sent the core back and was refunded the core charge within 5 days of return. Really fast service and an excellent product. Many thanks to the fine folks at the Auto ECM Store for keeping my older vehicle on the road. I'd highly recommend this company and their products.

Ordered a module paid for it and shipping. Module showed up and was defective. Called and was told to send back. Emailed them and asked for a return label and was told that I pay the shipping back. Got my refund and no return of shipping charges. Now I understand if it was a new return I would gladly pay for the charges. When they send out a defective part then not refund me shipping either direction that is where I have a problem. I would have given no stars if that was an option. Stay away from this company!!!

This is a scam site. The products on the website are not actually available for purchase but when you order, they accept your credit card payment anyway. I would urge you to shop elsewhere.

Could not find a GEM Module for a 1996 Ford Explorer anywhere else. I gave AutoECMs the original part number and it only took a couple days to receive through UPS. The module we received works perfectly!

Ordered a pcm for a 2001 chrysler sebring. The pcm came the next day and it fixed the car. The price was right, the customer was happy & we were happy at weston service center. Great job. I highly recommend AutoECM. THANK YOU!

I have been using AutoECMs for many years now, mostly for discontinued Mopar PCM/TCM's and other modules. They are the only vendor of this type that I will use. When there has been an issue, they are very easy to work with. I am sure over the last 3 or more years we have bought several dozen modules. Highly recommended!

I work for a Auto Parts store and whenI dont have a ECM available I have used Auto ECMs multiple times for multiple vehicles. They always have what I need with fast shipping. I had a problem with one computer but they fixed the issue fast with great communication. I would highly recommend them anytime.

Called and ordered an ECM - which was quick and painless. It was here 24-48 hrs later. Installed, needed to be programmed and it was good to go! This is a tricky business & we understand not every computer is right on the first try, but we have the peace of mind knowing they will quickly resolve the problem. Will be ordering from them in the future for my automotive repair company.UPDATE: 2 years and maaannnnyyy computers later, we are still satisfied with their timing and quality.

Seem like nice, reasonable folks. First CPM didn t work perfectly, so they sent me another one without charge and waited while I scheduled a repair to install the second one. Second one worked perfectly

I have a 2004 Honda Civic that had a bad pcm.I came to find from the dealership this part number is discontinued and was extremely hard to find them when I did new was almost 1,300 just for part.Then I found your guys website and found a referb for a fraction of the price of a new oneThe transaction was quick and easy.Thank you guys.

Thought I would share my experience after reading alot of negative reviews about this company. I have been using them for around 10 years now for all of my auto repair shops Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram ECU needs. I have always had a positive experience. Just last week I ordered a ECU for a 2005 Chrysler 300. When it came in and I installed it their was a problem with the function of the throttle body due to a fault in the rebuilt ECU from AutoEcms. I called and they shipped me another one, I got it within 2 days and it worked perfectly. My point is this: even though there was an issue, this company stood behind their product. Nobody and i repeat nobody is perfect, especially in this particular business. I will continue to use this service as long as they are in business.

Avoid using this company! Sent them an ECM for a ford van. Was charged to remanufacture the module. Got it back and same code was coming back. Checked all wiring and components multiple times to rule out misdiagnosis of module. Nope, all checked good. Called AutoECMs and sent module back to them (paying for shipping each time). Got module back weeks later, plugged it in and same code. Once again rechecked all wiring and components, all looks good. Contacted AutoECMs and they finally sent us an exchange unit (once again had to pay for shipping, technician time for diag, etc...) Finally the exchange unit fixed it. Horrible company, expensive, and does not care about cost and time involved due to their mistakes. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Needed a new PCM for our 2006 Dodge Durango and their unit did the job! The first I had ordered from FS1 did not work as it through additional codes. Still had a code when plugged this one in but ended up being an MDS solenoid. Prompt shipment and good customer service!

First ECM was DOA, they did immediately send out a replacement but when received it turned out it was the wrong component. They sent out a 3rd unit which this time was the correct one. All these issues however doubled my labor cost. Their warranty is written that a part will be replaced should it fail, this warranty is assuming the part is working at the time of installation but later fails, labor is on the customer which is an acceptable warranty. However a DOA unit does not fit that category, there was no way to know it was DAO until installed and this situation should be handled differently. I spoke with the office staff and left a message for the owner to call me over 30 days ago, no word from him. They are taking a no exception rule on their warranty and that is not good customer service so buy with caution if you choose to use this company. Not sure I would do so a second time around.

I see why this company is rated at 3 stars... Buyer beware!I used Auto ECMs to provide a remanufactured ECM for my 1994 Mustang Cobra (J4J1 factory calibration) and was sent a Mustang GT (T4M0 factory calibration). The replacement ECM was spray painted black, concealing the factory calibration numbers, otherwise I would have caught their error immediately. Trusting them at their word, I have dealt with Check Engine Lights and drivability issues (go figure?) for the last year. Only after I pulled the ECM out and dug deeper did I find their error. When I brought this to their attention, and asked for a warranty exchange, which was like pulling teeth, I again received a T4M0 Mustang GT ECM. Disappointing.I sought another vendor to have a chip burned to allow my car to use this incorrect ECM, at an additional $300. The drivability issues are gone. Interesting, considering Auto ECM's stance is that both ECMs are the same."Well, we've been in business for 30 years, so..." Clearly 30 years isn't long enough.

Great company with an experienced staff. I sent my computer out twice to a large company, Blue Streak, for a rebuild and it failed twice. Bought a programmed Ecu from this company and it worked perfectly from the first turn of the key. These guys know what they are doing.

I sent them a customer mopar pcm with internal ram failures . This was the only facility that could make these unit not even oem. After the second failed attempt and 2 months of waiting i was told it would be expedited . They gave up on making right .When asked about a refund they would only do it if i sent unit back and not have a core or a running vehicle . Dont waste your time with them sham operation working out of their basement

I contacted AutoECMs to see if they could repair my ECM from 2003Dodge Dakota. The representatives who contacted me during the process were extremely helpful and conscientious. I had the ECM supposedly repaired in Canada already. After they had looked at it and diagnosed it they informed me it was a bad board. Upon return I opened the box and the board looked like someone had actually worked on it. Highly recommend them. If that is how they return a nonfunctioning ECM module what will they do to one they actually repair!

Bought a PCM they said they had 5 in stock. Canceled my order with no details as to why. Called almost a week later to find out, said they were out of stock. Their add still shows in stock. I asked that they remove the add, as it will cause other irritated customers. They proceeded to tell me how their add changes aren't instant. I run a ebay store myself and know the changes are instant when you delete the product. Poor customer service, could of at least put a note in the cancelation reason. Shop elsewhere.
