If I could give these guys ten stars I definitely would. Mitchell Jr explained everything with great detail. He was both very professional yet down to earth. It felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Not to mention the facility itself is really a class-act. My daughter and I were very comfortable. The monthly payment plan was very easy. This was just the best customer service I ever experienced buying a car. I highly recommend these guys and I plan on buying from them again! Keep up the great work guys! You're awesome!

Where should I start well first of all the worst decision ever made and when I say that I mean it I usually don t do reviews but this one really needs one. So I brought a car from them with light already lit up on the dashboard but me so excited and needing a car I took it because he said oh that s just minor things and ima get it fixed. Boom got it fixed for me a couple of months later there go the battery dying and I m like damn I had lemon cars before that lasted longer than this lol so anyway told me it was my responsibility. Next thing you know the car broke down once again had my kids with me once again my responsibility to get that done like do y all have warranty. Got that fixed next thing you know a couple of weeks had trouble with the wiring and the car wouldn t start again. Got it tookn because I refused to pay anymore for something I had less than 6 months and already needed crazy work and I had used cars before and I didn t have trouble with them expect basic maintenance. Took my recent lump sum and got a new used car better my car parts are not rusted that look like it was in a hurricane it runs smooth gave me a car fax report and no lit up dashboard. Don t go to them there s better buy here pay here that respect you better than them

Don t buy any cars he really does take advantage of people my little sister got a car from him literally the same day her check engine light came on. She took it down to get the light read she needed a new cat converter. He started talking to her reckless afterwards. The car battery died two days later which he told her he would replace which he never did her told her Come on I gotta make money some how if I keep having to help you how would he make money. The tires were extremely bald she put a lot of money into this car. This guy is really a scammer he refuses to respond to calls from The BBB or the attorney generals office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. He told another lady he doesn t check the cars once he gets them from the auction.

I went there looking for a car and walked out a happy customer! Their customer service is Great! Getting a car is very much time consuming and during the time I was there I was given water which no other car place has done in a while. Kenny Sr and Jr were both very respectful and generous. Kenny Jr helped me lower my insurance and made sure they washed and detailed my car again before I drove it off the lot. I heard so many good things about this place I had to come see for myself and I will say from my personal experience they are good people. Payments are affordable and they will help you get insurance if needed.

Kenny was very helpful, professional and kind. He took his time and was patient with me, he gave full and thorough details about the vehicles I inquired about. He worked fast paced I wasn t waiting for hours, he knew what time I was coming and was prepared to help me! The paperwork was finished with a breeze and just overall I loved the service and am enjoying my vehicle so far! I will be back and encourage others to stop pass as well.

Mitchell s auto sell was very Helpful is so many way I was having problems with my old vehicle and Need a new card to get back n forth to work and when I called and told them my situation they told me to come in & they would put me in a new car when I say there was so many options and nice car I left with a big smile and a new 2010 all white equinox truck same day ! Payment price reasonable and deposit down on my truck ..

Me and my husband never had any problems getting cars off of MR. Mitchell s. We got a few cars years ago never had any problems with it. We just got 2 more from him since my car got Wrecked and got Totaled this year. All I am saying great people to go to for any car you need. Also reasonable price too.. there cheaper then any car dealership in my book..

I will never patronize a black owned business again especially someone like Mitchell sNoGoodCarSales is how I have him registered in my phone. I bought a2006 Chevy equinox that looked good on the outside in October. A few days later the check engine light comes on. I ordered a car fax report only to find out this car has been involved in two accidents. He charged $6,000. This car will cost well over $3,000 to get fixed plus the inspection runs out in February. I found out there are a total of nine things wrong with this car. I couldn t get my money back because he said I drove the car for a few days. Earlier this month, I went to start the car. It wouldn t start. He finally came and picked up the car. I m out of almost $2,000 and I don t have transportation He s a crook.

I appreciate Kenny working with my circumstance and situation to make sure that I had what I needed to maintain my employment but not overwhelming me w/ a car payment. Worst place ever dealt with in life for a vehicle. Bought a truck a couple months ago and already sank 3000 into it. One day I'm driving down the road thank God was a side road the drive shaft fell off the truck deeming it undrivable. Thank God I didn't wreck I'm pregnant. All we needed was a.reliable safe vehicle and that happened two months in. Owner said come back out would set us up in a better vehicle claiming it was son that sold the car....don't pass the buck it's your business. Say one thing on the phone and then when get there another story. Listen is there any business left that just speaks the truth. Never again will we go here. Highly don't recommend no honesty left in the world.

If you finance from him keep in mind that he will call harrasing you leaving voicemails while your at work the day the payment is due!! Financed my vehicle and less than 30 days the vehicle broke down and engine light was on his son was acting nervous to diagnose the problem to see why my engine light was on less than having the vehicle 1 month.

Both my daughter's bought trucks a few months ago and one had to get a new engine already and the other one had to replace the alternator immediately. Also the power steering won't hold fluid and the ABS light has been on since she pulled off the lot. In addition, they passed it on their own inspection but how could it pass without windshield wipers? AND the emergency brake didn't work from day one. Again, how could it pass inspection??? Crazy just crazy !!!! Really taking advantage of people who need transpo to get to work. A lot of people have been ripped off by these crooks!!!! Underneath both vehicles are totally rusted out. They're probably selling cars from massive flood areas. Cars that should have been scrapped are being sold to people. Terrible !!!! Don't buy anything from them.

Bought a Pontiac G6 the car runs great, Mr Mitchell is great and very professional I have terrible credit but he still financed me and helped me out tremendously
