I wanted to say thank you to Barbara at the Dunmore Store for the Professional and most Courteous experience I have ever had in a retail store. She went above and beyond to help me with a battery in my Chevy. Definitely an example of Integrity and kindness. I can't thank you enough for helping me and I am extremely grateful. I cannot say enough gratitude for this establishment and customer service. 3 weeks ago our family suburban car Subaru had lost the wheel nuts and lugs clean shaved off our car. We had to get help and wound up getting off the expressway to seek help. I just want to say THANK YOU BARBARA FOR YOUR LOVING KINDNESS. SUPPORT. and THE AMAZING BREAKFAST . THANK YOU TO THE TOWNS PEOPLE FOR ALL THEIR SUPPORT . MR. CARL , helping by going to get the necessary items for our car in another county. Mr. Jason who helped us identify the problem. I buy a lot of parts and tools and this is my go to store when I need anything on the fly. They have most parts available in stock and if you use the app for sure you will save money. They treat you well make it more of a ma and pa atmosphere.

2--- 7/16x2" bolts w/nuts = $9.46.Less than $3 Home Depot/ Lowes/ Wal-Mart!!!Update company responded in informed of price match with competitors which was awesome I believe I don't believe that Home Depot would be considered a competitor at all being that I was technically buying books for my house just didn't have no way to get to Home Depot so I'm sure that might have been an issue maybe not I don't know but thanks for reaching out

Claimed they could not put in my battery said it was too corroded. My father was able to remove everything in less than 5 minutes and then we went to your competitor and had a battery installed in minutes. Yes it was warm out yesterday, but according to your quote-unquote manager they told me to go to a mechanic. Thank you for testing my battery though!

I had trouble shopping for parts online because the website continued crashing. I called over the phone and was helped and they even gave me extra discounts for my inconvenience. I used ship to store and the guys in the store were super helpful. Went in and picked up my stuff without any hassle. I think if it were not for the extra discounts though, my costs would have been a bit more expensive than other competitors, hence 4 stars.

Stopped in today....the service was fast and efficient thanks to Ryan Seese. Ryan was very nice and helpful. You really never get great customer service anymore so I was surprised. Kudos Ryan!!!!

They are good people just don't get things right 30%od the time. It's all good I still shop there anyway. I would recommend them more for quick shopping trips and you cant wait for an online order.

Stopped by to get a windshield wiper relaced...Ryan Leese was very helpful and put the wipers on for me. He was not only helpful but very nice considering it was 18 degrees outside. Ryan is an asset to your company.

Ordered online part never came i called store to be hung up on and my item be cancelled i called 1800 number everything was ok to me wasking up to an email saying the store canceled my order now im losing days of work until i find another part alao had the nerve to tell me cancel my order or go pick it up gow can i if my car wont go anywere without that part never in 20+yrs have i ever had to deal with this manager is a joke i will never buy here again

They have either had or were able to easily order were to point me to get any parts that I've ever needed, which at times can be difficult.Because my vehicles as opposed to my Wife's or Daughter's vehicles. They as a rule have newer cars than I do.They were & are very helpful. A couple of my vehicles that I've had were:1) A 1984 Chevrolet Caprice, which when it was originally ordered, was supposed to be an unmarked vehicle for a Borough Police Chief in New Jersey.So it was a nice comfortable civilian sedan body with upgraded "beauty" stuff, duel sport mirrors, secured wire wheel covers & highly padded velour seats.Mounted onto a Public Safety (AKA Police) package chassis. Larger brakes, 305 high output engine (puts out the HP of a 350 when needed, but using less fuel), special transmission & rear end, higher amp alternator, tougher suspension and all the rest of the Police Package options. Great car, I really miss it.2) 1994 GMC Sonoma (S-15), Club Cab, 4wd, high output V-6, class III hitch receiver, larger tires, really nice wheels & locking lug nuts. Overall a nice little truck.Plus getting parts for a number of different vehicles.Their prices are fair & most of the staff are helpful & even better, most of the staff are pretty knowledgeable.I normally deal with the store on the O'Neill Hwy in Dunmore.

I was traveling down US81 and had a water pump and belt snap on a Dodge Durango that I was driving I was able to get the vehicle off the interstate and into the parking lot of this store, it was getting close to closing time but the 2 men on duty we re very helpful and got me everything I needed, and then they even went above and Beyond what they had to do and came over and helped me after closing up for the night.Thank you so much for your help Guy s!!!

Want to give a big shout out to the guys at advanced auto in Dunmore you guys really are helping me out! Can t wait to get my car back to normal. And if anyone has a Volkswagen have Josh look at it he s definitely very knowledgeable and knows what he s doing.

The young manager is nothing but a disrespectful wise a**. Treats you like you dont know s***. At least thats how i was treated when i told him the alternator i bought there had a faulty voltage regulator and he needs to grab a load tester to see if that was for sure the problem. He says he doesnt have one and he uses the alternator tester on the bench.i say Well my alternator is installed in my car so you need a load tester. And again he says but my bench is right there. Etc. Etc. Etc. Well past unhappy with the service from the manager at this advance auto.

Service was a little slow, but worth the wait. They didn't have the battery inventory showed so they upgraded me battery quality, at the cheaper price. And they offer military/service discounts!

Was in store 10 min no help . Needed wiper blades had to go back n get my phone to look up sizes they had them but no help employees aren't friendly waited by register for 2 min before the lady said I'll take u here.

Was at Luzerne st store and the female manager was very rude and nasty!!! Not knowledgeable AT ALL in regards to the automotive industry. She is the reason ill be taking my commercial business account to the competitor!! Corporate should really reevaluate that hire!!

Why do you ask me if I can please hold and I say no I'm in a real hurry and you put me on hold anyway I'll never shop in the store again why ask me if you're going to do it no matter what it's called courtesy I get but that's not courteous if I say no and you still put me on hold right

It's always a pleasant time well. I'm a car guy what can I say. When I go in I look for Josh. He knows his stuff. Everyone else is a hit or miss. I come here quite a bit.

Oneil hwy store has great customer service if they have to IV seen the whole group help 1 person to get what they needed awsome crew wish all stores were like this one and the Manager is A+++

Ordered a 200 part for my truck, paid a garage to install a torq converter and it was defective. I have gotten nothibg but defective parts, such as brakes, muffler, cat converter, and now this torq converter. They need to get a different distributor. Its costing me a lot of money as well as my safety.
