Cody came out today and replaced all of our smoke detectors and pulled wires up behind two different wall mounted tv s! He was on time and called ahead as he said he would. They were beyond helpful, courteous, honest and a super thorough! He gave me a quick estimate before he got started which I felt was really fair for the work that was being done and he even let me know where I had some room for cost savings. They were super neat and tidy as they worked and cleaned as they went along. They also were very considerate of our son that has special needs and gave us notice prior to use of power tools, which was really above and beyond! I highly recommend Wire Wizards! Outstanding service! It is rare these days to not only have someone return your call but do it promptly Cody did both! He was actually able to give me an estimate late in the day and come early the next morning to do the work. Cody with Wire Wizards was amazing! We had a power surge from a storm that fried a bunch of electronics in our house and effected our lights. We were afraid of a fire risk, especially with a toddler in the house, and Cody responded very quickly and checked everything. He explained everything while he was doing it and gave us great piece of mind. He even gave us some great suggestions to protect our house in the future. Wire Wizards will be back to install the upgrades soon. Wire Wizards quickly responded to our electrical emergency when suddenly half of our house had no power on a hot Saturday evening, leaving us with no air conditioning. I called them because they came highly recommended. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call! Cody and his team quickly resolved the problem. He was very polite and thoroughly explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Their rates were extremely reasonable even with it being an after hours weekend emergency call. Will definitely use for future electrical needs.

This was a great experience for electrical work. My power was down 2 days and unconnected from house. After no one else would return a call for an emergency ,Wire Wizards did. They came same day viewed the problem and took over. They were very meticulous and precise what they did. They called and had inspected and even arranged Penelec to come with hookup. All in 5 hours for alot of work. They even did a few extras. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their quality and knowledge is great. Thanks again! Wire Wizards went above and beyond for a small electrical job in my home. While their work and dedication to the job was superb, what I appreciated most is how responsive they are. Anyone who lives in our area knows getting a response from most service contractors is a challenge. Not Wire Wizards... great work, excellent communication and very fair pricing. Will definitely use again, thank you!

They replaced outside electric lines and electrical box. They worked thru the worse rainstorm we ever had ever seen. They went above and beyond their job. Very reasonable price and definitely recommended.

Great company! I recently bought a house and had a problem with a branch circuit in my living room. No power at all and no apparent reason for it. I was pretty sure the repair would involve something like running new lines. They came out the same day and within an hour had the problem diagnosed and repaired. All at a time when I couldn't afford much in the way of major repairs! They are the BEST!Service: Electrical power restoration

The Wire Wizard (Cody) returned my call within 30 minutes, and was at the service location shortly thereafter. I have some basic knowledge of wiring, and speaking with him, I felt confident that he would do an excellent job with the repair. I had tried the repair myself, and was stumped. Upon finishing the work, The Wire Wizard explained what he did, and then informed me there would be no charge, since it was relatively a simple fix. As a resident of Hollidaysburg for mostly my whole life (and a landlord), I have used several local electric services. The worst was a larger company that left a live electrical wire in the ceiling of my residence, near a copper water line! I am so glad to have called the Wire Wizard. Thanks Cody! I will call again. Cody is professional and punctual. Our new stove clipped a wire and blew a fuse. He came over and replaced the wire on a Sunday! Plus he went above and beyond to give me tips about lighting in the living room. It really gave us peace of mind to have him look at our electrical system being it's a new home for us. I highly recommend this company!!!! They really are wire wizards and they go above and beyond and their prices are very reasonable!!!! I bought a new dryer with a 220 plug not knowing i had to wire it bc my wall outlet wasn't meant or equipped for it. They were on time and wired everything from upstairs to down to my basement where my fuse box was. And even cleaned out my dryer vent outside I highly recommend these gentlemen if you need help with any of your wiring needs!!! On top of that they didn't leave until they showed me everything worked and i was satisfied with the work and left absolutely no mess ! Great company!!!! Very polite and hospitable. No return call for service after messages were left. Very unprofessional. Called a competitor, Cogan, who showed up the next day and was fantastic. I would never recommend Wire Wizard. Update:received response from them within an hour after posting this claiming they had no calls, ha. At least now we know how to get a response back.

Upgraded a 20 amp breaker to a 30 amp breaker. Responded to a phone call on a Saturday and did the upgrade the same day . Cody was professional, prompt and a reasonable price. Cody did a fantastic job changing out old fuse box, installing ceiling fans, light fixtures and outlets. Also noticed other things and fixed those as well at no charge. Excellent service very clean and timely.

Cody K. of Wire Wizards, Inc. in Altoona, PA was very responsive to my original request for a price quote. We needed to have some old knob and tube wiring removed in our attic which would allow us to be able to add new attic insulation. After getting a great estimate Cody and his team showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. 5 - Stars! We ll definitely use Wire Wizards for our future wiring needs!

Well we had a tree fall and take all the electric off the side of the house meter and all.I called Cody at 7:30 in the evening and they came first thing the next morning and did very quality work. They ran all new wire into my braker box installed a new meter box and had the work inspected by 2pm. Job very well done. He even called later that evening to make sure penelec came and got the power hooked up.Services: Installation, Electrical power restoration

Let me tell you, this guy is the absolute BEST when it comes to needing something fixed right, AND FAST! We had a poorly wired 3 way light/ceiling fan in our attic room, and he climbed into the dirty old insulation without even grimacing one bit. He had it figured out in no time at all what was wrong and had it fixed even faster! I will forever be utilizing his services in the future whenever needed! Won't even consider anybody else!!! These guys are awesome. Worked in the rain to put in our new panel box, labeled everything. We forgpt about our sump pump and having it plugged into the generator and the basement flooded. The guys helped my husband sweep the water out of the basement, in addition to helping with water they helped move furniture.
