Doug and Bethany were both very easy to work with while ordering my new tires and had an appointment lined up for me ASAP. Great prices on services. Didn't take long to have me in and out of the shop.

Bethany and Chad were professional and helpful in getting new tires for my class A motorhome. I had a follow-up issue, and they were accommodating and timely in finding a very slow leak on a valve, 3lbs. every 2 days. The facility and office/waiting area were clean and relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to use Valley Tire for any future tire needs. BTW, the tire dates for my michelin 22.5 tires on August 28th was 1823. Very current tire inventory.

I drive for Smith Transport...took an empty trailer to their location for loading tires and they told me exactly where to drop it. Nice place and nice people!

Went in for a $9.95/ tire rotation. ($40approx). Confirmed twice.! Came out $223 with a bunch of excuses. You make your own decision. I've made mine.

These people are awesome and saved my butt the other day! I somehow managed to get a flat tire at Imlers (right across the street) so I called Valley Tire about 30 minutes before they closed. Granted, I was within close proximity of their building, but still - they had someone there within 10 minutes. Within MAYBE 45 minutes, my flat tire was off, a new one was on, mounted and balanced and I paid only half of what I was thinking it was going to be. Can't thank these folks enough for their help!

I broke down infront of this place once when I was from out of town and they took me in without an appointment and took good care of me. I have since moved to Altoona and it's now my go to place for tire alignment inspection and other services.

Be prepared to wait an hour or two minimum for the simplest service with an appointment. My doctor appointments are faster. Definitely a drop off and pick up next day place.

They fit me in with no notice and recommended a set of tires that were right for my vehicle and need. Pricing was good and staff was friendly.
