We had a terrible experience with Stuckey Ford- Hollidaysburg. My husband bought a truck in February from them. We spent 7 hours in there from start to finish. Our sales woman did not stay upfront with us about what was going on and didn t find out until we were signing papers. They need to be better with communication. I m only giving 3 stars because a week later we had a tonneau cover put on and the man in there was nothing but great to us. It took longer than expected and he was very apologetic about it!! We received a call from Stuckey about how everything went, called them back several times and left messages and never heard back. How can we tell you about our experience if you don t return calls. Do Better Stuckey !!

Flawless buying experience. As a first-time buyer, I was very skeptical, but Matt Lehman was an amazing salesman and made sure I was getting the best experience. Dusty Kunstbeck in finance made sure I was getting the right coverage and made sure to thoroughly explain everything! I would recommend these two individuals to anyone who asks!!! I will be returning to purchase another vehicle when needed.

do not go here to get a car! Go to Blueknob, Blaise Alexander, even Courtesy! But do not go here! My boyfriend got into a car accident with our car at the end of February/Beginning of March. He came to Stuckey to see about two used cars they had. They put inquires into his credit score (he was told only 2 places) and both got back to them and denied him. Ultimately the salesperson (he doesn't remember the name of the person he saw) told him there was nothing that they could do that he was denied a car loan. To people who are new with getting cars, they do hard inquiries to different banks and other loan places to see if one would accept his loan request of the car (it was a 9,000 car so it wasn't a big loan). Hard Inquires are extremely damaging to your credit score especially when the place does over 10 different places!! Two of the places my boyfriend knew about, for the next 3 almost 4 WEEKS NOW, we have gotten hard credit score inquires from about 8 different places. Behind his back, you guys have continued to do credit inquires with different places! You already denied him once! Why do you feel the need to keep going? You haven't called, emailed or messaged him! You just kept inquiring after he went somewhere else and got approved! Also, y'all lied to him. Saying because he was in 2 accidents (one in 2021 that is about to come off his insurance, one in 2024 that just happened) that the interest rate for his car loan would be close to 15% no matter where he went. Lmao, he went to five-star and his interest rate is no higher than maybe 7%.....do y'all make it a habit to lie to customers? Because if you do that is scary.

I worked with Sydney at Stuckey Ford and I had such a great experience. She was great at communicating with me during the whole process which made everything quick and easy. I highly recommend working with Sydney, and working with Stuckey Automotive!

Absolutely flawless experience. I buy and sell cars fairly often. 4 in the last 4 months. I came in from out of state (NC) to trade in and purchase. Experience was seamless. Use of Beacon service to handle the out of registration was without a hitch. I may consider driving 500 miles buying my next Yukon just to give Stuckey my business again.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Hollidaysburg Ford Service team. We have been getting our vehicles serviced there for a lot of years. Not once have they let us down. They all know how I like to take care of our vehicles, from routine maintenance to repairs I just picked up my daughter s car and as usual, it was another outstanding, thorough job.

Amazing help! I started in Altoona at Stuckey Ford with Tyler Gibbons. We unfortunately didn't find what we were looking for on that lot, but he was kind enough to look at the vehicle we were interested on in another lot and to set us up with Brandon. Brandon himes from Stuckey Mitsubishi went above and beyond to show us the car when we got there. He stayed late to make sure we got it done tonight. Both people were super friendly, full of knowledge, and looking to help.

Worked with Brad Walker and Matt Mallery to purchase a 2018 Ford Focus for my son. The car is in great shape and the price was amazing. Better than that was my interaction and dealings with Brad and Matt. I'll be going back Stuckey when it comes time to buy my next vehicle. Keep up the great work!

Highly recommend Tyler Gibbons. After looking endlessly, we found a vehicle that checked all the boxes and Tyler made the process so easy. We were in and out in under 2 hours, and he stayed after hours with zero complaints so we could take our vehicle home that night. Super down to earth guy who we will definitely look to again if we decide to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I was sent a email saying if I scheduled my appointment it would be 68 dollars. After I had my oil change was charge 108 dollars very disappointing.

Tyler was excellent to work with when purchasing our new vehicle. He made it go smoothly. From the sales department to the financing department, personality goes a long way when working with the public! Everyone was great! Stucky always has the nicest vehicles with modest pricing. I can't say enough nice things about our experience with Stuckey. We purchased our new (to us) 2020 Kia Sedona from them and the experience was pleasant all around. We worked with Shawn Stottlemyer and team who helped answer all our questions, indulged us in an extensive test drive, and went above and beyond to even keep our toddler son entertained during the purchase process. At no point did we ever feel pressured, in the dark, or taken advantage of.I do believe this was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I've had. WOOT!

Recently purchased an F-250 and what a great experience. Have purchased here before and can t say that it was the same way last time. Tyler Gibbons was my salesman and he took the time to work with us, take care of the questions and problems that we had. Overall, I will be very happy to come back and make another purchase here. EDIT: After seeing my negative review, I was contacted by the sales manager. He was very apologetic and wanted me to know that this was not the normal way they do business at Stuckey. He asked for the total cost of my replacement tire and promised to send out a check to cover the cost...around $110.00. He also asked if I would adjust my one star rating, which I said I would do once I got the check. The check came today, and as promised I am going to change my rating to 4 stars. I don't think I can give 5 stars yet. We'll see how things go after my first trip to the service center.old review:I spent almost 30k on a used Tacoma. Within 2 weeks, one of the brand new tires Stuckey put on the truck blew out at 60 MPH. I called the dealership and left a message with the salesperson NICK to see if the dealership might cover the blow out or if maybe the tire manufacturer had a warranty. They were BRAND NEW, after all. After no return call for a couple days I emailed salesperson NICK asking the same question. NO REPLY. It's now been 2 weeks and nothing from Stuckey. I replaced the $85 tire at my own expense from Walmart since they were the only ones I could find that carried the same brand. I am now dreading the thoughts of dealing with Stuckey for the next SIX YEARS of the warranty I purchased with the truck. All I wanted was a call back/email with an answer...even if there was nothing they could do. I don't feel like they care once youre out the door. They would rather have a customer post a negative comment rather than replacing a cheap tire on an almost 30k purchase. I would suggest that you look elsewhere for a vehicle.

Good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered a Maverick through them and though it took a long time to arrive - Stuckey honored all of the pricing and helped out with rebates. I would buy from Stuckey again.

Tyler Gibbons goes above and beyond. My sons have all purchased cars, and trucks from him. Wonderful service. I put a bug in his ear about a friend looking for a specific truck. Within a week he had the truck the customer sought. If you re looking for a new or used vehicle he s the guy to see.

I bought my car in Altoona. Tried to explain that I needed more than an oil change the week before over the phone to them at that one. I went there to explain it in person. I ended up getting sent to Holidaysburg anyhow because they only had 2 mechanics and could not fit me in then. I don't live close it was an hour drive anyhow for me. They wanted me to come back on Thursday. This was Monday. My steering wheel was broken, unsafe to drive and luckily the manager was able to get me into the one in Holidaysburg. However, when I got up there I asked them to tell me how long it was going to take, they never told me when they took my car in and assessed it. I had to ask not once but twice. Pretty sad I say there 2 freaking hours not knowing what was going on with my car. Also pretty sad that I had to look at a bad review of someone else that also had a poor experience. The wifi was not able to connect and the charging port for the phone's did not have a copy for me mine was in my car.... I was not happy with it at all. I will not be returning to that one for ANYTHING!
