I can't recommend Professionals Auto Body enough! I recently brought my car in for some fairly major body work after a fender bender, and I was absolutely impressed with the entire experience.From the very beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and put me at ease. They explained the repair process clearly and answered all my questions patiently. They even helped me deal with my insurance company, which was a huge weight off my shoulders.The repairs themselves were outstanding. My car looks brand new again! The paint job is flawless, and there's no sign of the damage that was there before. They even went the extra mile and detailed the interior for me!But what truly sets Professionals Auto Body apart is their customer service. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs throughout the entire process, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. They were genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with the final result.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Professionals Auto Body. If you're looking for an auto body shop that does high-quality work, provides excellent customer service, and goes the extra mile, then look no further! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

I first found PROFESSIONAL AUTO BODY through a relative. I went to the website and was doing some reading. What sold me was the video they have about how insurance company s will treat you. I went down and nothing but PROFESSIONAL just as the name. Dawn was friggin awesome with working with the insurance company for me and when an issue arose she ended giving me the information that I needed, for the insurance to put OEM parts. Dawn was always in constant contact and I could not have asked for a better auto shop to take care my car. The BODY workers are fantastic they did an awesome job on my care and i could not be happier. Thank you guys for everything and I would most definitely refer anyone to PROFESSIONAL.Before and After Pics

Professionals helped me fix my oopsie where a shopping cart return got the best of my vehicle. My insurance listed Professionals as a preffered shop and I can see why! They kept me updated every step, made it super easy to deal with, and got my vehicle back to me in great shape.

I am extremely picky and demanding when it comes to the care of my vehicles. I put my trust in Professionals Auto Body to repair my pride and joy BMW and they completely exceeded all of my expectations for customer service, quality, and timeliness of work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I want to preface this review by saying that, for the most part - Professionals did an excellent job with repairing a caved-in headlight on my Honda Element. The shape and look of the affected area and the headlight itself looks 100% brand new if you look at it from a distance (more on this later). I am mostly satisfied with the results, which is why I don't think a 2-star review is warranted. However, it would be hard for me to give them anything more than a 3 star review for a few reasons.My biggest reason is how much time they took with the repair. It took nearly 2 months for the repairs to be complete and I ended up needing to pay over $500 out of pocket for the rental car I was using while waiting for them to finish. And this was after my insurance already paid for the first month of my rental car that would have cost me over $1000. Maybe the timing of when I got my vehicle worked on played a role in how long it took for them to complete the job - as it was peak cold and flu season while also being close to the holidays. While I understand that things like this happen, I still felt it wasn't worth all the trouble I went through needing to coordinate all this with my insurance company while frequently needing to call Professionals for more information on when the job was going to be done only to get vague answers back each time - and when it was all finally said and done, to still wind up paying over half a grand for something that was supposed to be covered by the insurance.My second issue is definitely more minor, but still worth mentioning nonetheless. When I got my car back after all of this was said and done, there were very minuscule holes on the paint around the part of my vehicle that they worked on that certainly weren't there when I originally turned the vehicle in. They did try to patch this up with somewhat mismatched-colored paint, so this damage was so minor that you wouldn't notice it unless you really try to look closely. However, after going through all the trouble of even getting the repairs done (described above) and then seeing that my car came back with new blemishes that weren't even patched up with the right color paint definitely didn't sit quite right with me and made me feel like none of this was worth how long it took to get the job done.I really want to recommend Professionals to friends and give them at least a 4-star review because again - for the most part, the work itself made my car about 97% good as new and the customer service was honestly top-notch. It's just that the glaring problems I had with my experience isn't something that I can ignore either.

My experience with Professionals Auto Body for my Tesla repairs was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my Tesla and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process.Thank you for the great work you all do! I am highly satisfied with the service provided by Professionals Auto Body and would confidently recommend them for any Tesla repairs.

My Jeep was brought here after a minor accident ironically right across the street from them. The person who helped with the towing who I believe is affiliated with them was kind and helpful when loading it on and taking it over. The people at Professionals are all around courteous and friendly when it came to taking care of everything. Let me tell you as well the end results of my vehicle were AMAZING, I've said it once I'll say it again they went above and beyond the things I needed done. They were also very kind when it came to me calling to check in on the status of progress so don't be afraid to ask how it's coming along. To Professionals as a whole thank you guys again you definitely gave Black Betty the "spa treatment" and literal face lift she needed!

Terrible Customer Service. They Schedule you and have you get up and waste your time,money, and gas, to come to thiere appointment. Then turn you away because you needed your estimate for a court case and not insurance which I had explained when I got scheduled. Had to wake my son up early for this as well. Bad Company with poor customer Service. Btw I am a local Business owner. I don't drink and I am very upstanding citizen. I didn't damage anything. Don't lie to try to cover up your mistake, make it right instead, that's what any normal business tries to do. That's what my business does.

The staff at Professionals Auto Body really take care of a person's vehicle. My car had minor damage, but they took care to make sure even the smallest repair was done right. I was informed every few days of the progress which helped me from wondering what was going on. When it was discovered that a part was on back order, they took the necessary to get my vehicle repaired and returned as quickly as possible. They worked with the rental car company also to make sure I did not have to go without a vehicle while mine was in the shop.

Professionals Auto Body is the best autobody shop I have ever dealt with. Most body shops complete repairs to meet the insurance company's critera. Professionals complete repairs to the satisfy the customer first. These are some of the before (those taken at night) and in progress pictures of an ongoing repair. My car repair kept going up the insurance would not pay. It was just a scratch and a couple clips. From 900.00 to 5200.00. Im a woman but i was without a car for2 month with this nightmare. Even I know it wasnt that much to fix it. I have been going to Proffessionals for a long time everytime I had a mishap and they always treated me fair. This time I have decided to go elsewhere. Im so dissapointed. I loved that company. Always was my place to go. So sad!!!!

I'm adjusting my previous review. Took the vehicle there on two different occasions. Tough review to make. They do good work but prepare for them to turn a simple bumper job into a $5000 job you'll be lucky to get your insurance to pay for. They also had our vehicle close to a month both times. The first time was a big job. Second time was not warranted. They might adjust the cost for the insurance slightly but if insurance doesn't pay the full amount they'll put the remainder on you unapologetically. If you're willing to pay the overpriced fee they do very good work.

Ron, Dawn, and the entire staff are consummate professionals! Our truck was crashed in May, but thanks to our insurance company's protestations, it took until July to get it fixed. When we picked up the vehicle, it was flawless! The lines were straight, all the electronics worked, no rubs, drips, or flecks in the paint, and they even cleaned the interior! When we brought the rental car back to Enterprise, the rep looked at our newly repaired vehicle, and thought it was a brand new truck! Professionals is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Professionals doesn't use cheap, re-furbished, junk yard parts, and it shows! Thanks to everyone there for their truly professional work and dedication! Had claim issue with an individual dented my car. His insurance was to pay for the damages. I had used auto professional body in the past and had a wonderful experience so it was a no brianer to seek their expertise with this issue. I contacted them and told them what happened and they were more than happy to assist me and direct me on how to go about the process because it was the first time this incident happened to me. They made sure the insurance company had all the documents they needed. The work and service were outstanding, prompt and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. They will schedule early in the morning, then have you come out and cancel on you because your not using insurance, after they specifically told you they would do an estimate and schedule you on the phone. I am a real person that drove the whole way from Altoona for this place, don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise.

Hands down the best customer service of any business in the area. Never had to question if the repairs would be done right. Very impressed with the work on my truck. The damage was pretty extensive but the staff made it look better than it looked when I bought it.

Do not send your car here. Very rude and very unprofessional staff. Owner is rude. If you take your car for a quote or claim they won't tell you anything and will not get approval from your the insurance company before they just go ahead and fix it without approval if insurance will cover it first. Nope they fix it and expect you to pay and will hold your vehicle before hand and then charge you to hold your vehicle even though they never approved the damaged with insurance first.Complete unprofessional from their name.Oh when we picked up my vehicle and didn't let then fix itThey broke my headlight as it didn't work after I left the shop and also made a mess inside my car with the parts I ordered and threw everything everywhere for us to find the stuff they ordered and the older partsLike I said very unprofessional and very rude. -10 stars

My 2016 jeep grand Cherokee limited was hit by an elderly driver I took it to get professionally fix witch it was I'm very pleased with the work and they make you feel like family kept me updated we had to deal with ALLSTATE UNFORTUNATELY they didn't want to pay for hardly anything PAB fought for us got us close and we did have to pay out of pocket not PAB's fualt in any manner. They didn not hold my vehicle hostage! They are working with me on paying the balance but I did leave with my vehicle. I'm very very very satisfied glad I went to PAB!!! JEEP LOOKS GREAT WISH I COULD POST A PHOTO

My pickup was struck while parked in front of my apartment in the middle of the night. Professionals Autobody repaired the damage. The work was great. There was a delay due to parts availability.The only bad thing I have to say is I feel my truck was held hostage until the insurance company from the car that hit me paid the last installment.My truck was finished and not given to me. I was under the impression that Professionals would deal with the insurance company, they did. But I didn't expect my truck to be held.The workmanship was excellent.Service: Body & Trim

I had an outstanding experience at Professionals Auto Body.My vehicle was rear-ended and required repair. Professionals swiftly examined my vehicle, corresponded with my insurance company, and got to work. They had a car for me to use during repairs, and it was provided when I dropped off my vehicle. Dawn Kling provided frequent phone updates along the way, so I was never questioning the process. I also received a helpful brochure that delineated every step of the process, so I always knew what to expect next.I expected that my vehicle would be repaired, but I did not expect that Professionals would go above and beyond in their work. Like other reviews state, they are professional in all regards. Not only did the repairs allow my vehicle to appear brand new, but they also offered to repair an unrelated small dent in one of the doors. My entire vehicle was washed and detailed upon pickup. It felt like the day I drove my car off the car lot.Because my car was damaged near inspection time, they also inspected my vehicle, changed my oil, and replaced my battery.Their work was impeccable, but they also paired it with kindness, clarity, and professionalism.Thank you for a wonderful experience!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Battery, Oil change

They do excellent work!I am not kidding, my Honda CRV looked better when they returned it to me after being broadsided, than it did when I first took it home from the dealership.Meticulous is also another word that comes to mind describing their work...If you need car body work done, do yourself a favor and check out professionals auto body.Their efforts on behalf of your car are superb!!!!!
