Great group of people. I recommend these guys. They will help you out and get you on your way. They are always such a great help. Definitely recommend. Only thing I can recommend is new chairs in the waiting area.Ask for Barb.

I use this business bc they really do care about their customers. I was having issues with getting my oil done before I make a 17 hour drive to Florida. So they came and picked my car up from my work. Did my oil and checked my fluids, vacuumed the car out and even cleaned my windshield for me (I m short so I can t reach it) the convenience and customer service will is out of this world. Love these guys so much!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Will never take my car back. They charge me 80$ for labor for a 5$ Lug bolt. Everything else was perfectly fine with my car. They told me options were to pay for it or pay for the failed inspection then return to have it reinspected.*Please know that when I wrote this review we had already given the garage an ok to move forward with the repairs that the car needed (which was long the lug bolt). I was not "blaming" the garage for anything.While i appreciate having a clean car and my family shuttled to our home (my fiance and son) while the car was being inspected. There are other places that also offer these services complimentary. The reason that we decided to go with Karpro is due to the many good reviews online. Unfortunately- we did not have the same experience. The comment only 80$- the economy is rough right now. It is not the fact of being able to afford the services- it is about honest pricing. We contact 4 other garages and all 4 were cheaper than Karpro, one as low as 25$- hence my frustration. I will say one garage was only 5$ cheaper than Karpro but they were still the most expensive. I am also not looking for the cheapest price as those garages don't always do the most reliable work.My car was purchased from Fiore's less than a year ago- no other garage has worked on my car which is a 2018 Toyota Highlander (not a van).Thank you for publicly sharing that there was a discount available that you did not provide. Had this been communicated initially maybe i wouldn't have felt as bad for bringing my car to Karpro.

The team at KarPro went out of their way to help my family get back on the road after a tire emergency. They even provided some entertainment for my 2yr old twins while we waited. THANK YOU!!

They changed my oil and had given me the news about my sway bar needing replaced asap. So they were on top of it and gave me a reasonable price.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Shady business! I'm not sure if they thought they could pull one over on me because I'm a woman or what. They tried to tell me I needed new brakes, pads, and rotors to pass inspection....it would be over $500 with my employer discount. I got bad vibes right away and said not to do anything. Then they told me I would have to pay for the failed inspection and he tried to sound like he was being generous offering me a week to get everything done and bring it back to him for the sticker. Wrong, by law you have to provide 10 days. So I took it elsewhere and guess what....it passes inspection. My brakes will need replaced late summer/winter. My pads have half a life on them and my rotors are semi rusty, but that's typical for my van. Don't ever do business here, unless you want them to scam you out of money!!!!

Yes found the same tire for cheaper at another garage and they wouldn't match it they wanted a flyer but Dean's Tire does't have flyers. Folks are nice and professional just not 100 percent pleased that they didn't live up to there promise. I felt like my word wasn't good enough.Service: TiresService: Tires

Jordan was awesome. I needed a short tow for my broken-down Honda and he was great. He gave me a very fair price. My only suggestion: you have to be able to take cards, especially in this line of work! I never carry cash on me, and less and less people everyday are doing the same. We had to stop at Sheetz so I could hit an ATM because he couldn't take a card of any kind. Just pay the fee and be done with it. Your customers will appreciate it.

Everyone was really nice and professional. Fixed my AC with no appt and it works great. Even did an inspection of vehicle and washed it when finished. Barb and Tim were amazing with their communication and service. They updated me every step of the way and called me when my vehicle was completed. I will go back there for most of my future vehicle repairs and service needs. I highly recommend them!

Apparently anyone who gives this place a low rating is accused of being a criminal. That seems like a weird way of projecting their ethics on to others. Great place for lengthy repairs and surprise charges for elderly customers.
