Awesome place. Beautiful outdoor machinery. But i was there to pick up a rare item in its inventory. A'98 Wellcraft with a 350. Pretty sure the sale of a boat was a one time thing here. Drove 5 hrs from Rochester to snag this gem. Just couldn't pass up the steal. The owner is a kind, helpful, knowledgeable guy. He has a nice assortment of machines. Need something for your landscaping business, or your home? Gotta check out this cool place! If this helps anybody find a great deal, grow me a thumbs up!

I drove 2.5 hours to buy equipment from them. They were great to deal with and were very willing to help me when I had a issue. Great place ran by great people. Will return in the future for bigger and better equipment.

Great staff very knowledgeable and quick service. Such a wonderful experience with the staff and owners. Always willing to help in anyway they can. I purchased my tractor new here...still under warranty I took it in to be fixed. It was blowing black smoke and shutting off. They couldn't diagnose it. They still handed me a bill for 217 dollars for changing plugs, filter, and cleaning the carb. I was taken aback, when I asked what their labor rate was they said 99 dollars an hour!! I have a deisel pickup I get worked on for 75! Business hours are terrible, customer service sucks, service dept stinks. This is the last time I purchase or take anything here. Do the same if you're smart. It's a shame to see old established business go down hill like this

Harry and his workers are great people. Very nice, fair and professional. Id recommend anyone take their business to these guys!! Their prices are fair and work is top quality. I have been using Blair Auto Service for 20 years. This a a family owned business and many of their employees have worked for them for many years. Very professional. I spent time discussing comparison between Husqvarna and Stihl products with them. They were straight up honest and didn't talk down the other company's products and didn't try to pressure me to buy from them. Very courteous and friendly. Good professional experience.

I've been dealing with Blair Auto Service and Power Equip for years. Always the work and service has been fine.For the most part I fix up my own equipment and Blair Auto has always had in stock what I needed; if not the exact part, then a good alternative.Once I was looking for a part for an older mower and the repair guy came out and told me the replacement part was pretty expensive for such an older machine to he told me how to do a work around to get the machine working again. Free professional advice. What a deal!So for a self fixer upper, I'd say Blair Auto is a good place to check out.

Blair auto has been a staple of Blair county for as long as I can remember. The team at Blair Auto are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. I left the area a while back and I was still able to have parts for my machines sent directly to my house! I highly recommend this great business to anyone in the region.

This company serviced my snowblower in less than a week. I would still be waiting for a Bellefonte repair shop just to pick it up. Technician called and explained my concerns. Fair repair price

Nice tractors if you like being talked to like a child, treated ignorantly, and disrespected by the parts department. Ive tried on 3 seperate occasions to do business and it's been horrible experience every time. I can wait for parts, i don't expect immediate service during busy season, but when i walk in, and even though two very large dogs start barking and running towards you wth NO signs about them or a "hey, come on in, they're friendly !", you still play with them for five minutes because nobody asks you if you need help, just to be immediately disrespected for no reason. When i POLITELY asked to look for a part, the nasty lady "what's it for!!" Uh, Wow, "i have a part number if that's easier ?" (I buy parts for dozens of vehicles daily and EVERY person and company wants a part number first) "well what is it then? " and i gave her the number. " Miss Miserable as a 60 year old parts lady" very ignorantly tells me "that's NOT even A SIMPLICITY PART NUMBER!!!" So even though I've had real careers and never worked as a "cheapest Chinese tractor available" Mahindra dealership parts monkey, i can immediately think of and remember a 100 times when there was a part number miscommunication between adults . Ive NEVER been talked to like this, and it only got worse. Maybe try "could you please read that to me again? " or "are you sure that's the one ?" Or maybe even "i think i heard a number wrong, what was it one more time?" However, only a secure, intelligent person is able to pretend that they made a mistake just to help a customer not feel uncomfortable and try to get them what they need. Then i get "well, what's it for then!!??" I told her, and she has no idea what im talking about hahaha it was for the most popular and biggest garden tractor ever made by Simplicity and Allis Chalmers, THE TRACTOR that lead the way for the sub compact utility tractor revolution that now has a little Kubota or Deere in every driveway with more than a 1/4 acre. I just laugh and still kindly thank her, and walk out. she still can't handle that and starts listing all of the reasons that i had the wrong number as i walked out. Well, too bad for them. See, last year i messaged them about a utility vehicle last year when i bought my house and didn't get a response for 2 months!! I replied "thank you, but i bought a tractor at this point" so now i need to upgrade that tractor now that i bought the extra land beside me and i can farm it a little. So they're terrible attitude and lack of respect lost them over 10 grand last year and now i was going to trade in what i bought on a big Steiner or actually more like a 4x4 simplicity diesel. I hope her pride and bad day was worth over $20,000. West central equipment treats me like family from day one and i did the exact same thing, went in to buy hard to find $5 wheel bearings JUST to see how they would treat me. My man spent 25 minutes even though i told him 5 times to not worry because they had a line of real John Deere customers and the phone ringing off the hook.So ill keep my antique tractor for the house and go trade in last year's model on a John Deere, and i can't stand green!!! That's how bad she was. Bad thing is i actually see how men treat women in mechanical industries so i always go out of my way to try and let them know they're the experts. Unreal, i was in such a good mood too because normally i would have been a jerk right back to her . Don't go here. So many genuine bad reviews, and the good ones are friends and employees more than likely.

2 and a half weeks for a tuneup off season....90$+ for the service and 69 for delivery, for an oil change and a spark plug?multiple calls were never returned to update on what is going on with my equipment.Bought my snow blower there so i can relay on a dealer, but will never go there again for anything.

I didnt feel stupid when i had questions or didnt understand some things about my car. The customer service was great! And my car runs better now than it ever has and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg!!
