Customer service is fantastic at this location (Duncansville). We had our issue addressed and resolved without a problem. The store is always clean and organized. They carry many items for lawn care,plumbing, tools,paint, snacks, holiday decorations, etc. It is a really good store with very knowledgeable staff.

I had the most amazing experience with George . My sister lives in Altoona and I live in Minneapolis MN. I called the store and inquired on purchasing a gas, mulching, self propelled lawn mower for my sister! AND I wanted it set up delivered and her old mower taken away! George put all my requests together and had the mower delivered THAT day. OMG this is how retail service is supposed to work! I really did feel like a customer queen.THANKS George

I live an hour away from this Ace and made the trip because of the mower selection they still had this fall season, when all of my local stores had nothing left on the lot. I was glad I did. Steve was great. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, and got the ball rolling. My mower was out, washed and ready for me to load up. Check out was a breeze, and Ace prices were equal to all competition.

Great staff that's very knowledgeable and very helpful. Good prices too. Wide selection of paints, hardware items and grill parts and tools. Plus they have a great selection of Yeti products! Would recommend over a big box retailer any day! Nice larger location than before with plenty of parking. Clean and organized store. Location off of Rt22 in Duncanville next to the Antique Depo. Highly recommend.

Always have a good selection of items and comparable prices to those of big stores. Employees are usually helpful and somewhat knowledgeable so I shop at Ace very often. Keep it up!

Not as massive as the big box hardware stores, but I almost always find what I need here. Obviously limited lumber and construction items, but just about anything you could want for home maintenance or general hardware needs.A lot of times if I go out of my way to shop elsewhere I end up kicking myself when I later see the same item at the local Ace.

Staff at Ace Fix-it are super friendly and more than willing to help you find what you need - they will even offer to take it out to your vehicle for you. Word of mouth advertising - my neighbor bragged about the great service and that's why I went there.

I went to ace hardware in Duncansville. I needed a new electronic igniter for my furnace. Bill helped me in selecting the right one for my Beckett oil gun. He shared his knowledge with me and was very helpful.

Very, very friendly staff. Always willing to talk to you and help you figure out what you need and sometimes even HOW to do it. It's truly feels like my "neighborhood hardware store".You might find more selection or better deals elsewhere for certain things, but their prices and selection are reasonable and their service is exceptional.

I just needed a few items to paint a room. I live almost in Greenwood, and choose to drive to Duncansville to go to this hardware store. The two big box stores have no customer service. Ace has knowledgable and helpful staff. And if they don't have what I want, and can't order it, I'll go online rather than go to H D or L.
