Love this place!! I took in my high performance wheelchair tires throughly expecting to easily pay $100 a tire for the tire, tube and mounting. I also have an electric scooter that had a flat tire with a busted valve stem. I had no idea I only knew the tire was flat. Well he replaced both wheelchair tires, mounted them and fixed the scooter tire for under well under half what I expected to pay. The owners attitude, and I'm sorry I can't remember his name, was great and he made me feel confident and comfortable leaving him with something that's close to but definitely not a bike tire and he fixed my scooter right on the spot when I asked about it. A+ customer service

Really happy I found this place! Very cool bike sales and repair shop. I took my GOPED there due to a broken clutch cable (it s a typical bike, brake cable that lifts and lowers the engine). Even though it s not some thing they typically do I believe, they were happy to help and did a great job. It goes without saying that I ll be taking my future bike repairs there! Highly recommended!

This is the type of store everyone should support. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and great selection. You will not find a better locally owned bike shop. The owner, Brian, is great to work with and loves what he does. This is definitely my new go to shop.

Needed a wheel rebuilt and setup for tubeless. Brian dropped what he was doing to help me out. Great advice. Appropriate pricing. Got the wheel back ahead of schedule. Great place to get anything bike related done.

Phenomenal service. Great to see a mountain bike focused shop. Brian is very knowledgeable. Great selection of parts and bikes. Had a full service done on my mountain bike and couldn t be any happier. Definitely will be returning.

I was in on opening day, and even though the shop was packed, I felt like I received amazing customer service. Not only did Brian answer all of my questions but he also had the exact bike parts I was looking for! I was able to get some excellent advice on what I was looking for and walk out the door with it that day. I can't wait to go back!

I have a pair of Vortex Viper binoculars. They are about 7 years old. Had a problem with one of the eye pieces. Sent them back to Vortex and in 1 week they were fixed, cleaned and recalibrated to the factory settings. All this with no hassle and no charge.Definitely a customer oriented company!

Nice to have a true enthusiast running a shop and knowing my bike will be well taken care of. Broke the rear mech on my bike last weekend on a ride and was able to take it in and get its running again and also picked up some fresh grips and tires.

Knowledgeable owner. Very happy with my full suspension service and tune. My mountain bike rides like new. Rare to find someone who knows what they are doing with performance mountain bikes.

Can't thank Brian enough for all his hard work on my mountain bikes over the years. Super knowledgeable, and always saves the bad parts he had to replace to show me what went wrong. Wouldnt deal with any other shop.
