The customer service was terrible. I called in to ask if I could replace some parts that were missing( 6 Bolts ). The operator said the part you got doesn't come with bolts. I told her I received two instead of 8, and she kept shouting at me no, it doesn't come with Bolt, and I need the bolt. I need to contact their supplier and complain to me. If I need to get the supply, I should skip the V-store together and save money.If I could have less than one star, I would have -10

Misty is super helpful and they have a ton of stock for your old air-cooled VW. Also it s always nice to be greeted by friendly shop dogs!I highly recommend.

My son and I Stopped in the store since we are local. Misty and another girl was there in their little office with two big black dogs, which I'm afraid of dogs unfortunately. They laughed at me and thought it was funny and said why would you knock on a business door. Totally rude and should definitely work on some manners. Their hospitality was not cool. Love VW's but would not recommend the store! I don't like to give my business to ignorant people. Went to ask her if she worked on BMWs and she cut me right off and treated us like we were idiots or something, very odd experience! Oh well that's peanut brain people for you. Definitely don't recommend, by your parts elsewhere.

I came across this company from eBay and found their website after a few orders. Someone called me from there about my order this morning and I couldn t believe how good the customer service was. It s hard to find good service these days. This is my go to place now. I really appreciate it.

Misty is very personable and the most helpful person. She will go out of her way to get you the parts. She is very knowledgeable and will sell you the correct parts unlike other suppliers whom I have dealt with and had to make returns which you know is a pain. If they do not have it they will get it no matter what. Some other suppliers may have stock and you may be able to get it faster but don't !!!!! it is worthwhile waiting for Valley and like I said Misty will take good care of you. Thanks for all your help and advice , Mike.

I like to use Valley VW whenever possible because the parts quality is great, but the service is better. I contact Misty with a list of parts and any questions I might have about them and she gets me a quick answer and discounted prices on them. They import parts direct so I gather as many parts as possible on the list and have them shipped together for best pricing. Tonight I asked about a part that they do not carry, but Misty told me where I could find it from another parts supplier. Really a great experience!

I have called valley quite a few times and they have always gone above and beyond to help out. Their prices are amazing! I share their contact info with all of my VW friends. They ship fast, same day most of the time if they can and with all the correct parts each time. They will give you parts suggestions and advice. They are very personable and extremely friendly.

I called this past winter during a crazy snow storm. We got over a foot of snow. It was the only day I had off work and needed parts. Girl on phone said if I drive the two hours it would take for me to get there, she will have parts waiting for me. I m not sure who was more surprised when I showed up, but the parts as well as she we waiting for me plus I bought a few other items. I love this place! Great people!

Found this place while searching for hard to find parts on eBay. I called them to see if I could have it shipped sooner and they were very helpful. The woman on the phone knew her game and gave me advice and suggestions I wasn't expecting when I dialed their 1-888 number on eBay... This kind of service is hard to come by. Even if I weren't calling to purchase the parts from them I could tell they would have went of their way to help. This is my new go-to place for VW parts. Thanks again for all of your help!

If you got a VW and you're looking for the parts for the custom update your bug this place is the place to go they have all kinds of Parts they even got complete Motors there you can buy they even have bugs that are all done up you can buy it just goes on and on with this place is they they have Parts up that I got a 69 while I don't I'm sorry the wife God forbid I should say it's mine she take a knife to me for sure but Mom we need things for we call out there get it ordered up then we take that little ride out the Pennsylvania get what we need spend the night or day out there have lunch dinner enjoy ourselves we make a little trips good place to get anything you need service is great the parts are reasonable and you can't beat the the motors than the bugs that are all done up out there enjoy your trip have a nice day

Volkswagen and Audi parts are hard to get ahold of in the first place let alone when someone gives you the wrong part. These people know these vehicles so well I don't think they're capable of giving you the wrong part. Best place to find exactly what you're looking for in the entire County.
