They charged this women a single mom $1400 for a tow and a week impound and from reviews I see the owner and some workers are rude and cocky and the owner likes to yell at people well I hope someday he yells at the wrong person and gets what he deserves and trust me it always happens just a matter of time for scum like that

Great people wonderful towing service rolled my work truck they towed it an they helped me find all of my personal belongings and where very nice an polite.

Taking into consideration that my vehicle was towed there against my wishes I still had found the lady working at the front desk was rude and tried to overcharge me by $150. And that was $150 over a ridiculous fee to begin with. It was very hard for me to even find the office to go in and pay. Hopefully you will not have to deal with this company

1 star for taking me in on short notice. Zero stars for service. If you value your time take my advice and avoid this place. Dropped car off and waited across street for state emission/inspection and tire check. Over 2 hrs later tried to call and nobody picked up. Went back in office and the service desk person was visibly annoyed that she hadn't take lunch yet and seemed annoyed with me as well. I politely asked what was taking so long and she replied that her emission guy was out on a wreck call and the car couldn't be completed until he returned. I asked to pay and she charged my card. When she then told me the shop closed at 430 and there was no guarantee I could take my car home with me after having been charged, I requested a refund as I needed my vehicle back. All in all the only service performed on my vehicle after now almost 3 hrs was a headlight bulb change which I hadn't requested. Don't know how this place stays in business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend not to come here ever mechanic is very rude and came out screaming at us and cursing. charge us very high to do nothing on truck but make us wait months for the truck just to tell us they are too busy to work on truck should ve just told us from start he was busy instead of ripping me off and stealing my money. Will never be back here ever. Also left grease marks from hands all inside of truckService: Engine repair

Charged 10k for 15 mins. Tow truck sat on site for 3 hrs knowing in advance tow wasn't gonna be used at all for the inwas there less than a mile from there base of operations

Had appointment and dropped off truck for wheel alignment and to check and repair if possible engine light that on. After waiting 4 hours I questioned when it would be ready I was told it wouldn't be done to come back tomorrow. When paying for charges (running test for engine light) i requested the error code info they claimed to get. The response from the woman at desk as she was walking off to the shop to get was "ill get it for you so you can go get it fixed somewhere else" this is the first detailed review I have ever givin. I have never received such poor service from a business in my life. If your time is not valuable and appreciate being treated like your doing them a favor for giving them your business than this is the place for you.

Family was involved in an accident they came and towed the vehicle. Went down a few hours later was charged over 600 for it (which honestly I think is a rip off). Make arrangements to have ins company send a tow truck to bring it up to our house and they did it themselves after they were told someone else was gonna do. Customer service there sucks. Asked why it was so much wouldnt explain it. Very rude.

Absolutely horrible. Showed up for a tow, told me to drive my car to his garage instead because it would be cheaper then had my car over a week couldn t figure out what was wrong charged me over $1,000 and had to then tow it to the car dealership where I originally wanted to go. Absolute joke. I called to give a second d chance and called for something simple like a wheel alignment and the last who answered the phone had no idea how long it would take when asked for an estimated time, and had an attitude problem.

My husband s van brake calipers broke down in the middle of a trip north and these guys were incredibly generous with their time and helped diagnose his brake problems immediately. They didn t even ask for a labor fee so I m sure their normal prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

These people are seriously nuts. Charged me 232$ for a job that they didn't even finish, and did not do.I asked them to fix the issue, they put a patch job on it and say it's done. When I'm paying good money, I'm not asking for cheap, I'm asking for DONE RIGHT.My associate picks up the car for me, and since it's still running rough, left it at another auto shop, come to find out they did not do what they claimed to have done.They are absolute hacks, and I will be contacting BBB/Anything else I can bring in, in order to rectify the issue.

We had a terrible experience here. My car was having issues so we pulled in to have it checked out. The workers were nice enough but the boss is an angry maniac who refused to answer my questions and screamed at me constantly. When i asked him for a quote he threw me out of the shop. I would stay far away from this place.

We were on our way to visit an uncle. Stopped to get gas and afterwards, the car wouldn't start. I thought it was the alternator, low and behold it was a weak battery that would not hold a charge. I found the staff to be pleasant, honest and fair. For anyone that visits Drums, Pa, and your vehicle breaks down, choose to go here to get it fixed. Thank you to the staff that was so quick and willing to help. David

I mostly spoke to the woman answering the phone, but she was incredibly sweet and understanding. Very polite and helpful. I wish every business had an employee like her.

The girl with the red hair was very rude. She hates her job, she hates her life, and is always on her cell phone. The mechanics are good, but the customer service is so bad, and the prices are so high, it's not even worth the aggravation.

I called as an emergency on a Sunday. AAA told me that we'd have to wait 3 to 4 hours total for someone to get to us. That's us being in an unsafe location! I called Kisenwether and they got to us within 45 minutes!! Also, gave us an amazingly low quote for the tow!! I would highly highly recommend!!

I don't know how this guy sleeps at nite .took my car there to get looked at . didnt hear anything for 2 weeks after calling him over and over . Finally Got told the car was done, keep in mind all I wanted him to do was look at it but I was happy he fixed it and I had my car back only to find out after I paid the 535.00 dollar bill that the car was not able to be fixed.people bewareService: Auto engine diagnostic

My work van died at the gas station across the street, and roadside service was going to take over an hour to come by to jump start for free. I walked here to ask for some help which the boss sent someone across to jump my van with jump box. It took not even 5 minutes, and when I went across to pay, I thought it was going to be $5 maybe $10 but no, it was $35. I should have waited for that free jump from Roadside.

This is NOT a shop thats there for the customer. I understand a business is there to make money but a five dollar part and 2 minutes (literaly) of work shouldnt cost nearly 60 dollars. My opinion, they will take advantage of u. I ask to buy a part cause i could fix it myself. The mechanic just jumped on it. I thought ok cool, hes helping me out cause its such an easy fix. I was wrong. I will not be back.

I have never in my life seen such a unprofessional establishment. Was literally cursed at while I remained calm because he thought I was trying to rush him when asking when my trailer would be done. I wasn't rude at all. I would never recommend

Absolutely rude customer service. They charged $95 for a tow that wasn t even two miles and the car drove on the the rollback. They sent the tow to my insurance and when they called for another one they refused to send it. Had to go get it in person

my truck broke down in the middle of the night, fast service. Early the next morning the guys were already working on my truck to get me back on the road. Would highly recommend their garage and towing to anyone!!!

Im from NY and nobody there could tell me what was wrong with my car I brought into kisenweather for brakes and an oil change and they figured out the rest of the issues along with fixing what they could with what money I had am sure to bring it back to them for the remaining work

So rude and inconsiderate, picked a car up from here and guy opens gate drives car out and asked if keys were in it got told its running isnt it? Disgusting the way they talk to people and wonder why nobody likes them

Local family owned garage! Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and fair service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
