The sales manager can't be trusted. My car had a nasty scratch that he said his guy would take care of. The first thing people say when they see it is nice car, what happened there . Now he doesn't return my calls. Not what I expected from a reputable dealer .I'm not proud of my car and I feel like he got over on me the car had other dings but this one he agreed to correct.

The technician Joe is the best ever. He listens to my explanation of what I'm saying is wrong (woman speak) and he knows exactly what I'm saying. I never have to go back after for a follow up for the same problem. When you go, ask for Joe. He's also cute.

The lady who sits there tried to overcharge me. I had gone for the side mirror change as it was broken.One of the employee Justin,who by the way was good, gave me a quote of $120. $45 for the parts which i paid immidiately and asked him to order the parts. He told that the labor charge would be $75 which i would have to pay when i come back after the parts arrive.I went after few days and unfortunately met the lady there. I told that i am here for mirror replacement. She simply told me it would be $160.When i asked why She argued. And then when i told that Justin had given me a quote of $75, she arrogantly told Justin that she is not going to handle my case and asked him to handle it. Finally i was charged what i was told but after so much of argument. These type of salesperson,who try to loot the customer's hard earned money, should be removed by Nissan dealer.
