The crew at Quality Performance seriously went the extra distance for me and my vehicle! Not only did they diagnose and repair major problems at a reasonable rate, but they even stayed late to set me up with 0% financing for 12 months! This was definitely above and beyond their job of repairing my SUV and I am incredibly thankful that I m not racking up my credit card because of a serious car repair. God Bless You Guys!

I truly love taking my car to this shop! I live in Broomall and I don t care I will drive across town to get my car serviced here. Being a young mother it s great to go to a body shop that is honest, friendly, and doesn t try to sale you services you don t need!

Al and his mechanics have been taking care of my family s vehicles for years. This includes cars from the 50s, newer vehicles, and diesel work trucks. They also do powder coating on site. Always honest and fairly priced. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the clutch master cylinder issue that was preventing my manual Focus SVT from getting into gear...the car kept self-correcting when I'd hand it off to my usual local guy (yielding fewer clues to tease out the issue), plus he was super swamped with other repair work. He recommended these very knowledgeable, friendly folks as a fallback option...the parts and labor costs fell within expectation of what I had researched...Great service, and highly recommended!Service: Transmission

tl;dr I brought my perfectly running car in for an oil change before the holiday, I got it back un-driveable, and incurred tons of expenses to get home for Christmas. I was told it was completely unrelated and would not be getting a refund.UPDATE: my trusted mechanic of 9 years told me that they removed 10 quarts of oil from my car that was leaking oil all over because my car only hold 4 quarts of oil. They confirmed this was the fault of the Quality Performance Trans Services despite me being gaslit by them for messing up our car and causing the following situation.I brought my car in for an oil change before the holiday weekend. I was grateful they offered to squeeze me in. They claimed they were not able to reach me to pick up my car (despite having my cell phone on me throughout the day for this reason and checking it repeatedly). When I called after several hours to check on the car, they told me they couldn't reach me by phone or text. I use my phone for work and am a telephone triage nurse, I do not have issues receiving calls on any other day as it is my literal job to both send and receive calls. But things happen. They told me they additionally 'cleaned my filthy battery' but could not call to get approval to do it since their calls were not going through. I said it was fine and thanked them for doing it.My husband picked up the car right before they closed early for the holiday weekend. He drove it 200 feet to our house and did not notice an immediate issue on this very short drive. An hour later, when he drove to pick me up in the city after allowing it to warm up, our car would no longer shift gears (it is an automatic car), the RPMs were much higher than they should have been, and our car smelled like burning rubber. Additionally, our defroster was no longer working. We have a fairly new car and it was not experiencing a single one of these issues prior to the oil change. We almost broke down on the bridge.Being Christmas Eve, with travel plans, we had to rent a car for the weekend and then had to have ours towed. We chose to tow it to our regular mechanic for obvious reasons. When I received a call back from Quality Performance today, when they reopened, I was told that "things happen" and "cars break" and there was no way any of these things were related to them changing our oil or "cleaning the battery terminal". Instead of any sort of apology or empathetic statement for our dangerous, expensive, and unfortunately timed situation, I was told again that 'things happen' and I should have had the car towed back to them. I explained my hesitation in doing that since our car broke the last time I brought it to them and would understandably be reluctant to have bring it back to them. I asked for a refund for the $127 oil change and battery cleaning they chose to perform, which would not have come close to covering the tows, Ubers, my rental car or getting it fixed at my regular mechanic. It was reiterated to me that they had worked in the business for a long time and this was simply not something that they caused and they would not be rectifying. I guess statements of empathy for the dumpster fire of a weekend with no car and wanting to go home for Christmas are also not included in this business model.Stay away. Go to someone you trust even if it takes longer to get in.Service: Oil change

Quality Performance Auto Care has provided me with awesome service multiple times this year so far and in the past. I can rely on Terry's and Al's dependability and trustworthy diagnoses. These guys are great! They are exemplary experienced mechanics. I have my car inspected each year with them. They have always provided me with punctual reliable quality service at an extremely affordable price. Hi, I used Quality Performance Transmissions in Palm Springs in Apr. of 2016. I would highly recommend this company for transmission and also auto repair. The price was good and the service was better. They rebuilt my trans and it runs and shifts really smooth...I like that! Their mechanics have proven to me that they are knowledgeable and true. They diagnosed some other issues with my van..I appreciate that. They bent over backwards and helped me with a few minor issues with my van. If you need trans and auto repair give Art a call at Quality.

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable. Have been using Quality Performance Auto Care for many years. Now have 3 boys driving and want to be sure all cars are safe so we see Al often. High-tech shop, experts. They've been helping me keep my older Jeep going for five years now. When I have trouble, they're able to diagnose and fix it quickly. Stay away! Took my vehicle there to "Al" for an intermittent stalling issue.His exact words were" we'll call you back with an estimate". He calls back 6 days later ,after dodging my calls, and says " I fixed your car,hefty bill though,900 dollars" . Need I say more...STAY AWAY from these crooks, the father and the son.

Just had these guys take care of my Saab and so happy that I took my car to a place where people care to get things right!!! Thorough and thoughtful. Not everyone these days will work on a Saab, and the shop took time to get my odd ball right. Will be back again... thank you!

Had been working with this Company for 11yrs. Received a call from Al insisting on a 75%+ cost increase effective immediately. When I tried to talk or negotiate with him he just yelled and screamed then hung up. Would never recommend this business for any of your needs!

Don't go here. I was sorry ever brought my vehicle here. Spent over $10,000 on my vehicle. My vehicle was never right. Had my car for over a year. Rip Off!!! Would not have even given a star but had to use that for lowest rating.

They are good, give you the issue straight up and tell you how much it is to fix it. Alot of the bad reviews are taken out of context and show both sides of the argument poorly.
