If your car is damaged and you want it restored like new then take it to Cavallo Auto Body they definitely will not disappoint. The initial body shop I was referred to by a friend gave me some red flags so I decided to go with who Mercedes dealer recommended. I spoke with Dan from Cavallo he was so polite and professional and walked me through the process of steps to take with insurance company and getting repairs for my car. Everything was so seamless. From the minute I left my car to the time I picked it up I was kept updated on the progress. Cavallo had my car less than 2 weeks and they did an awesome job. I m a person who read reviews and post reviews and I can honestly say I would give this place 10 stars. The environment is clean the office receptionist was so nice and both Dan and Mike was awesome. I was so impressed I requested business cards to pass on to family/ friends. Cavallo Auto Body keep up the excellent work

Shop was amazing, super friendly and Dan was great! They repaired my brand new X5 after an accident and it looks like new! They went the extra mile detailing it after it was completed. Highly recommending if needed!

These reviews are fake. The hospitality sucks. The customer service is horrible. Maybe the other shops are better, but this one is not it for good service. If you want to deal with a passive aggressive person that rambles on without listening to your needs then this is the place for you. If you want to make an appointment and actually have work completed, call another shop.

Dan and the Team at Cavallo were fantastic. I had extensive damage to my car due to a tree falling on top of it. Initially, Dan thought the car should be totaled, but he supported my decision to have the car restored. He worked closely with my insurance company to ensure my car was restored to the highest quality. His time estimates for the repairs were accurate. Dan and the Team went the extra mile even to taking my car to Stillman Volvo in West Chester because of code readings after the body work was completed. The staff at Stillman Service Department were also very helpful and through even providing me with a loaner. Top notch service all around. So happy with the final results; my car looks brand new. Kudos to Dan and the entire Team at Cavallo and Stillman Volvo.

I recently had to take my BMW X3 in for some body work & painting after an accident.Tim Rossi & his team handled my case expertly, the communication was always prompt & the work done looks fabulous!I highly recommend using Cavallo if you re looking for a place that offers great customer service & excellent body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience working with Dan Vaughn at Cavallo Auto Body in Drexel Hill. Most importantly, I just picked up the car and it looks amazing after being in a significant accident. Beyond this Dan was extremely proactive in reaching out and keeping me posted on progress (especially during a period where there was a longer than usual wait time for parts). Beyond this he was a gentleman in every conversation and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friend.

My Car Got Damaged On The Side, it was scrapped and dented in and when I tell you Mr. Mike took such great care of me. He made it his business to check in with me once a week and the service was fast. It s like I got a brand new car he cleaned out my car and made it so beautiful. I m just so happy. Great Service I m never going anywhere else, Take your car here now!

I can t thank them enough. They were so accommodating, flexible and compassionate. I mostly dealt with Mike and, plain and simple, i felt like I was talking to a member of my family. Mike walked me through everything and suddenly my situation didn t feel so overwhelming. If I require this type of service in the future, I wouldn t go anywhere else!!! Thank you to this great team of people who deserve 10 stars !

I popped in very desperately to have the fixture on my rear view mirror reattached. They took my car and in a matter of minutes, had my rear view mirror back on its fixture. I really appreciated the service, very professional, timely, and they get the job done. Anyone who s had more than one repair done knows you can t take your vehicle to everybody. I trust these fine folks with my Vehicle.

Our BMW X5 was rear-ended in December, Cavallo was a class act from start to finish. Handled everything, work was done in Drexel Hill, we live close to the Newtown Square location so we were able to drop off the car there. Dan Vaughan was our contact, took care of the entire insurance process. Even dropped the car off at our house. Great job. Highly recommended!

The service here was amazing! I would highly recommend! I love my mini cooper and needed work done after a hit and run. The care and details the shop put into my Mini was beyond what I could have asked for. I will take my Mini Cooper here in the future.

Great service. The staff is very helpful and prompt. They always answer calls quickly. They are DEFINITELY not working with the insurance companies. They are solely there to serve the customer. They helped me out a lot in dealing with the insurance company. Without their help I would've missed out on thousands of dollars on my card valuation. I will be getting all my body work done here in the future.

I got to a small fender bender about a month ago and I literally scoured the internet looking for an auto body shop that would take my Mercedes Benz and treat it as if to say it was their own. After weeks of looking at reviews I finally called Cavallo Auto Body and let me just tell you if anyone knows customer service these people do I literally gave them my claim number for the accident and they literally handle the rest from dealing with my insurance companies to having the car looked at by the adjuster.They picking up my car from my job,and brought me a rental and I could not have been more happy with the results either, "with no exaggeration needed" my car is literally BETTER than it was when I picked it from the dealer, it was a long process which had me a little frustrated at times but after seeing the results I completely understand why "pristine isn't even the word"! Not only did I receive exceptional customer service, but I was made aware of every step in the process regarding the repairs of my car, they even sent me pictures. I can't explain how happy and thrilled I am to have my car back they even delivered it to me because my work schedule didn't really fit into their hours I would recommend this place to anyone that even has a scratch on their car take it to Cavallo auto body

They have an incredibly friendly staff, they do impeccable and flawless work, and best of all, they make it clear that they work for the client and not the insurance companies! Cavallo Auto Body helped make a really poor situation a much better one. After being side swiped by a moving truck, a local body shop in Philadelphia botched the repair. Everything from the paint to seals to glass and so much more, the car needed the whole repair redone.My car dealer recommended Cavallo and it was truly an experience where they worked hard to make your car as good as new. Dan and the team put hours upon hours working with State Farm to ensure they covered the entire job and then did an amazing job completing the repair.Only positive things to say. Would recommend them 10 times out of 10!

Cavallo Auto Body came highly recommended by my sister and brother-in-law who live in the immediate area (Drexel Hill). They'd taken their cars there in the past and felt like the staff treated them like royalty with their customer service as well as with the end results of their repairs.I had to use their services recently due to someone side-wiping and or backing into my 2017 Maxima causing what appeared to be minor damages to the bumper, grille, foglight. However, the damages were in excess of $2100 dollars. I dropped my car off, Enterprise rental agent met me at the shop, approximately 10 days later I had my car back. No fuss, no frills.When I arrived to pick up my car today, it was parked in front of the establishment like it was just rolled off the showroom floor . And here I thought no one could detail my car better than me... . Anyhoo, I highly recommend Cavallo Auto Body as well. Thanks Dan, Mike and I believe the receptionists name is Jackie .Kevin

Cavallo Auto body is by far the finest auto body shop in the region. I would not trust any other shop to repair my car.They treat you like you are family and your car comes back perfect every time.It would be a mistake not to take your car to one of their three locations.

Professional and courteous staff. Their autobody repair work is exceptionally good, they produce beauty from ugly automobile wrecks. When my Mercedes was in a bad collision, Cavallo repaired/restored it back to its original new look!

We needed accident repair on 3 different occasions in the past 6 months unfortunately. A friend referred us to Cavallo's in Drexel Hill. Dan went above and beyond for us. They made sure everything that was damaged was fixed properly and covered by the insurance. Only thing I had to do was drop the car off, and pick it up on each occasion. He kept us updated throughout the process. You can take your car to any body shop, your insurance can't force you to go to certain places. We are very glad we took it to Cavallo's.

Took my C300 to Cavallo for front end damage from a hit and run and they did an absolutely amazing job. I had a fantastic experience- from the time I walked in to the time that I picked my car up. I highly recommend!

Not very professional! I was discrimated against & was refused service because they didn't want to deal with my insurance company. Luckily these guys aren't the only repair shop out there.

This is the only body shop i would take my car to and recommend others, the customer service is outstanding, the work they do is the best i have ever seen, and they wont use any after market parts like the insurance companies like places to do but Cavallos wont, they are working on my 2012 Nissan altima right now, i know it will look like new again, thanks Cavallo staff, Craig B.
