I ve had my European cars serviced at Zygmunt for over 2 decades and have always been pleased with the excellent service, fast turnaround and reasonable prices. I just picked my E Class up today after having a service completed, 4 new tires and all new brakes. The car rides like a dream and I couldn't be happier. Chris and team do an excellent job.

Serviced a high-mileage BMW 535 station wagon for 3.5 years - bought the car at 123k and sold it at close to 190k. Had to do many maintenance items along the way (spark plugs, coils, injectors, oil change, transfer case oil, etc.) as well as diagnose and fix some unexpected repairs (broken coolant reservoir, front suspension, rear air suspension issues, torn serpentine belt). The prices were typically lower than the offers I got in other garages and they know their BMWs better than generic garages -- win-win for BMW owners.Chris is a true professional and 100% HONEST. Zygmunt is the best, always make sure my ve8are done way before I needed them by and Chris always keeps me updated and what's going on and what I need. His techs are amazing as well my cars always come back clean no finger or hand prints anywhere on them and the work is always top notch. I recommend Zygmunt to everyone now cause I've never had an issue with them and they work is great with great pricing.

Zygmunt is the absolute best shop for foreign car repair and that's why they have such a great reputation in the area for being honest, thorough and always being fair with their clients. I've used them for over 15 years and never had a disappointing experience. The office customer service is a 0. Based on some other reviews, the mechanics sound like they may do good job. I couldn't imagine working with them though. My expectations are reasonable, and I'm fine when business customer service has some edge - sometimes people have bad days and I get that. But the person in the office (manager? owner?) had a terrible attitude. Yikes! So I called a competitor, received the same price and was treated as a normal business would treat a customer. So long Zygmunt...

I stopped by due to my check engine light came on showing I need front and back brakes. My car was also do for inspection. Upon arrival a very knowledgeable mechanic came out to my car, climbed under it and td me my brakes were fine and all I needed was sensors replaced. We're talking a $100 vs $500+ for brakes and rotors all around. He also hooked up an scanner and told me my car was mechanically fine.Brought it back for a scheduled inspection and to replace the sensors. Surprisingly, no phone calls saying I need this and that. The only call was that the car was done and it passed inspection w\o issues. Also they replaced the sensors and reset the check engine light.Very honest mechanics whom which I appreciate greatly. When most (in my experience) would have tried to upsell me 6 ways to Sunday just to pass inspection. Plus most importantly the owner himself remembered me and that alone says alot.Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for your professionalism. I won't hesitate to recommend your services to everyone in need of a good European Auto Import fix.

I truly cannot overstate how exceptional Ziggy and Chris have been for the 30 years I ve been bringing my BMWs to them. I ve moved away from the area and come back over the years and could never find a shop that came close to matching their integrity, fairness and expertise. Now I bring my daughter s e90 to Zygmunt. Stripped my oil drain plug, other mechanics wanted to replace the whole oil pan. These guys just re threaded the drain plug with a bigger bolt, and with a very very reasonable price. Biggest cost was the new oil! And on top of the great service and price, they did it within a few hours off opening! Highly recommend them, and a few days later I noticed they even fixed my e-brake without me even mentioning it, and no charge! A+++

Haven't used Ziggy for a long time because I don't have a BMW any more. When I had BMW 2002's back in the 70's 80's and 90's there was no place else I would go. He kept my '73 running perfect. After an unfortunate crash I obtained a '74 Tii. Ziggy swapped the tired motor and made the car almost mechanically new. If you need a mechanic that cares about your car use Ziggy.

This is the best garage around. They are the most honest (which means blunt at times, but that's what you need, right?) and the most hardworking. You are in the best hands possible, even if things seem hectic when you drop off your car. The really do look after the car owner. You will not find a better mechanic, especially if you drive a European car. Zygmunt and his crew will not disappoint.

Simple, Reasonable and Honest. If you are a Thompson BMW customer I recommend you make the switch. Have someone like Ziggy and Chris work on your car. Support a local business. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Ziggy and his son Chris run a top quality shop, their expertise with German cars is unsurpassed. We are very happy we found them for our older 745 Li BMW, they got it running like new again!!!

Avoid dealer prices and get straight talk from a guy and his dad who know what they are talking about. I have an 07 3-series and these guys have saved me a ton with smart repairs. To give you an example - the dealership wanted $150 to fix what turned out to be a shot spring in my cup holder. No charge.

I've been going here for the past 3 years. This team is THE best in the greater Philadelphia area! They do A+ work, never over charge and most importantly they're always quick, reliable and trustworthy. Your vehicle is in the best hands possible with these guys!

This place sucks. I've been to this shop a few times for a few different things and practically every experience I've had was negative. Don't even know where to begin. Maybe it is the lack of care/experience of the mechanics or Chris's attitude towards customers? I've given this place a second and third chance but it seems it was for nothing. Dropped the car off to get rear shock mount work and I see one mechanic (Keith?) throw the removable trunk floor panel onto the ground, breaking the strap handle. I've gotten multiple alignments here before only to see the car still drove the same and now am presented with a small tear in the driver's seat cushion. I've had a brake caliper replaced and came back for warranty work and Chris argued with me stating that there is nothing wrong with the caliper and that they only put on quality parts. Because I mentioned that I went to a different shop (Autobahn Motorsports) he said he will take their word and change it again. He insisted that there is nothing wrong with the caliper and is just going to put it on another customer's car and that I should never come back ever again for the same problem. (He was being polite). Talk about customer service and standing behind their parts/labor. Needless to say, I took my business over to Autobahn Motorsports in Willow Grove where George and Chris professionally took my matter into their own hands and resolved the problem hassle free without any excuses or hint of incompetence. It is a shame that a local shop can't live up and take care of their customers the way they are supposed to. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Autobahn Motorsports. They'll take care of you. I wouldn't even buy a bottle of water from Zygmunt. Experience doesn't mean anything if you don't know how to work on cars but I guess that's why their BBB rating is a C.

This has definitely become my go-to-mechanic. Never presented them a problem they can t fix. Always reliable, always efficient, always available. You never feel like you re getting the runaround or getting ripped off. Great shop.

Great indy shop for bmws. fit me in right away. got car back quickly. but most importantly, they do great work. had every service diagnosed at thompson bmw first whom only reads the errormessages. i found zygmunts went beyond that and actually looked at the parts causing error codes for a more accurate diagnosis. every service i got a zygmunts was at least 1/3 usually 2/3 cheaper then thompson bmw. if you like throwing money away go to thompson bmw. if you like great work at a reasonable price, take it to zygmunts.

My old BMW 540 went into limp mode or suddenly had no power. I told my regular mechanic that fuel gauge said low. Towed car to him and he said he'd replace cam sensors for $650. Instead I then had it towed to Chris at Zygmunt. He called me. The problem: It was out of fuel. Chris said he replaced the wrong spark plugs on the one side my regular mechanic had put in there, "Give me $50 if you want to. Drives like a dream." Didn't need any cam sensors!
