Our family has used Trans Shop over 7 years & they are the Best! Very honest, fair & talented mechanics. We bought a 2006 Used car from them for our daughter & it's our most reliable car (even our New cars have failed us on occasion). Jeanine & John are the dynamic duo of Trans Shop! THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!! THEY SAID TAKE IT ELSEWHERE take it to the dealer, they will treat you better. I HAVE ENOUGH WORK!!! I asked them to fix my wiper which was not working properly and adjust my head lights . They charged me 408.00 dollars maintenance and did not replace the wiper motor but claimed it needed lubing and adjusted the headlight. Not a few weeks later it rained and the wiper was doing it again . As I drove at night I was flashed by every car thinking my high beams were on . I called to see what they could do about it and they said not to bring it back . THEY BANNED ME !!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was recommended to Trans Shop by another local service shop whose expertise is not in transmissions. The recommendation was fully accurate and appreciated. Trans Shop looked into my Check Engine light issue, took the time to research, consulted with me, and gave me an honest answer and recommendation. They didn't complete the work, but assisted me in making a correct decision. Customer service and honesty is at the forefront of the business. Can't thank them enough.

The Trans Shop is the best auto repair place in Doylestown. They fixed my tire in less than 30 mins in the rain. We have both are cars serviced at the shop regularly and find everyone friendly and the repair cost reasonable. Thanks for your years of service.

I've been going to the Trans Shop since 2012, I was new the area and decided to pick the place closest to my apartment. I'm so happy I stumbled on them, I've been going ever since, and they now service my husbands car & work truck. They are always honest and dependable, it's never an issue to get an appointment & your vehicle is always finished within the original requested time frame.

If there is one word that is essential to finding a good repair shop, it is TRUST. Finding a trustworthy repair shop is very important because you are often at their mercy when they tell you that you need something done to your car. This is what I despise MOST about car dealers. I started a relationship with this shop because my car that was not shifting properly. I feared that it would result in a big repair estimate. The cause of this problem was a loose vacuum hose that took 30 seconds to reconnect. There was no bill!!! From that point on, I trusted their honesty. This shop does not know that I know something about cars and I sometimes can tell when someone is blowing smoke to get more money out of you. This is NOT that shop. I have been using them for almost 10 years now and they have been very fair to me. And they do everything...not just Trans work. Another thing that bugs me is that some shops charge for "Shop Supplies". This is just another way to get more money out of the customer and again, this is NOT that shop. To the members of the TransShop if you read this, thank you for your honesty!! It goes a long way in a business where it is difficult to be on the other end of the transaction and that honesty and fairness is what allows me to write this review. Now I take my cars to them all the time for all kinds of repairs and they have never let me down. They are very easy to work with too.

Excellent shop. They did a fantastic job on my clutch, which was not an easy job. The staff and owners are car folks, and really know their stuff. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Easily one of the best places to go and have very fair prices. They communicate and are readily available with your questions.

I ve been going here for 9 years now. And I am probably on their most annoying customers. I even live 50 minutes away at this point, but there is still no place I d rather take my car. Not only are they honest, and fair, they re just genuinely awesome people. 10/5 stars. Go here!

The Trans Shop is awesome!! They ALWAYS strive to do quality work. John and Janeen try and maintain a friendly environment where customer satisfaction is #1. With only 2 rules it's easy to keep their dedicated employees happy. First rule keep Dana happy and second rule, see first rule! ;) Merry Christmas everyone!!! :)

I've been taking our vehicles here for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly. The mechanics are honest and I can trust at the work that they do is going to be reasonably priced and excellently performed.

I would like to thank John for taking the time And diagnosingMy transmission problems took time to show me the work that he did and he is very confidence in pride in his work he also called me and let me what work was done and need to be done to fix the problems he also told me and showed me the parts that were replaced good price and timely to fix the trans in my car. Will go back in the future I would recommend this trans shop to every one I no thanks again John
