Just visited Meineke for the first time and got an oil change. The staff was so friendly and they finished the work in only 45 minutes. Very happy with the service and will be going back!

We have been taking our vehicle to Meineke for several years now (inspections, oil changes, repairs). Excellent service, attention to detail, and care for the customer - all for a reasonable price. Thank you, Brett, and the entire Meineke team!

Car went in for inspection and some minor suggested services. Car seized while in their care on the test drive. Had to have the car towed ro another mechanic to replace the engine. Meineke accepted no responsibility., even though the second mechanic reported the car had been run without oil. After over 10 years of being a loyal customer, it's severly dissappointing to have been greated like this. I will hever return or recommend them again.

The technicians who worked on installing the dual exhausts on my 1970 Dodge Charger did an outstanding job, not only on the final job and quality, but it was quickly completed, and for less than I was expecting. I have been going to Meineke of Doylestown well over 15 years. My work trucks, cars, Professional fishing truck. Kevin and Wendy run a great shop. Never once have I had a bad experience. Being on the road my time is limited and they always came through for me. They stand by all their work. Very pleasant to work with. Would recommend to everyone. They put a custom exhaust on my dully and it totally helped get the heat out from my 460 Ford motor. Best shop in town. I came here for my state inspection and I made a good choice. The price was right and they have a cozy and clean waiting room with fresh coffee and well stocked with tea and hot chocolate. Staff was friendly and efficient and they didn t give me a hard time even though I showed up twenty minutes late for my appointment. Thanks Doylestown Meineke!

Meineke iis a 5 star vehicle repair shop! I highly recommend using them. The mechanics do the work on schedule and give you a thorough inspection of your vehicle. The office manager will advise you of your options and give you excellent service

If you know anything about mechanic shops, you know that Saturday s are their most busy days in which they will not be able to see you until Monday at the earliest, however this shop was one out of 11 that I called that allowed me to come in with the understanding that they will try their best to look at my car before they close at 3pm.Not only did they allow me to sit in the lounge area where they had Coffee, hot chocolate, TV/entertainment, mint candy and magazines, but they also looked at and serviced my car in record time the moment they saw that someone was running late for their appointment.Upon prestigious and fast service, I had the greatest conversation with the family who runs the shop, a conversation of which I had literally prayed for yesterday before starting my driving shift. This shop is so much more than an automotive service shop, there is such a positive, welcoming and healing energy from Kevin, Brett and Mike that entices you to feel apart of the family. What s amazing is that other customers who have entered as I was there have said the same thing about the amazing people and service at this shop.I cannot thank you all enough for the incredible service, experience and recommendations you made . Overall pretty satisfied with my experience here. I had essentially a custom fabricated cat-back exhaust done by them on a +15yr old truck. Not a fun job dealing with rust/corrosion. I had a layout in mind and a muffler/misc parts purchased. They basically followed my plans and had it done within about 24hrs. The quote was close to what I expected and despite it being a longer/harder job than they anticipated, they were very generous and didn t charge me extra. I picked up the truck after hours and noticed a bunch of rattles that I didn t have before. Turns out some of the catalytic converter heat shields were hastily put back on and were vibrating and causing a racket. I put them back together myself and everything is working/sounding perfectly now. I m happy with the workmanship, how the exhaust is hung up nice and high, and the overall service. This exhaust should last another 10-15 years.

I usually have all service performed at the dealership where I purchased my car. I was advised to call Meineke in Doylestown. Brett answered the phone and I knew I called the right place. He was very polite, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel extremely comfortable. I came in and Brett made an appointment for the service I needed. My appointment was on time and the problem is completely resolved. This was the most pleasant experience. I will be a customer here and recommend this location to everyone I know. Brett is certainly an honest customer service representative for this company.

Terrific work, very personable and friendly. They helped me keep repair costs down and even gave me advice on inexpensive ways to help keep my aged vehicle running, vs buying a replacement, which, in this current clime is out of the question. Thanks, guys!

Hole in exhaust. Dealership advised to use Meineke to save $$$. Definitely a good decision .I ve been to Meineke again - just days ago for inspection, oil change. Decided to wait & it took almost exactly as long as Brett said. We always took vehicles to dealer for inspection until using this Meineke shop for exhaust replacement. As I sat & waited for my car, Brett handled a multitude of questions - by phone & in person. Just have to say it s nice to deal with someone who really knows his field & is so straightforward with everyone. He will tell you plainly what the problem is & how much $$. Also if it s worth doing, what alternatives you might have.All this & a great deal on my cars inspection & oil change!!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

Super trustworthy and always professional. Been going here since I was a teenager and moved in 2016. Drove 2 hours to come back and have work done because pricing is fair and work is always quality. I always recommend them to anyone! I am a customer for life!

I have been going to Meineke for at least 5 years now, after I've used many of the other mechanics in the area. They have done all kinds of repairs to my car, which is 20 years old. Took my car here for an inspection which unfortunately failed. However the guy behind the counter was very kind and straight forward, and he gave me tips about better maintenance I could be doing on my car. They got done in about 1.5Hrs, and had a nice and clean waiting area to the side with chairs and a coffee counter. I would like to add that their shop has two dogs that will accompany you during your wait if you're lucky. Overall I'll definitely be back, it seems like a nice place to do business.
