As always a positive experience. I was kept up to date on the progress of my car. Recommendations were made and I chose what worked for now.The ability to schedule in the app and get a loaner was easy as well. Car was done on time.Now if only parts were less expensive

I recently purchased my third Volvo (XC60) and first from Keystone. My salesperson Paul Heiser was professional and easy to work with. Sure there was some negotiation but in the end I was pleased with the bottom line. A good experience.

The service department is always professional and courteous. Upon arriving home in the loaner car on a cold rainy morning, I realized I had neglected to take my garage door opener (I use the opener in the car) and had left keys at home. After analyzing my options, I called Michael at Keystone, and explained my very embarrassing predicament. He promptly suggested they have one of their personnel drive to our house and open the garage. They saved my morning!!! Above and beyond the call of duty--even for Volvo.

It was out of state purchase and I was skeptical about fair deal. But the moment I connected with Joe Craig, it was smooth sailing. He was professional and had passion for his work. Also, Peter was great manager who understood customer s needs and contract was transparent. It was worthy of trip to dealership from NY and really happy about the best deal I ever had. By far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and honest. I test drove the car, and we struck a deal in 10 minutes. Additional paper work only took another 7 -8 minutes. Total time in the dealership, less than 1 hour. Highly recommended

This is a 5-star service type of place. Family owned dealerships are getting harder and harder to find but level of service is a cut above. Mike was fantastic as a service advisor as he and his team checked my 10+ year old car and we had conversations on the recommended and required maintenance needed. He listens to my concerns and we developed a game plan. I look forward to return in a few months for oil change and more maintenance.

Keystone Motors service department is OUTSTANDING!!! They are always polite, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. On a few occasions I have had to drop in unexpectedly for an immediate need (flat tire and light bulb replacement) close to closing time and Pete and his team were exceptional!! Never concerned about the time, just making sure my service needs were addressed!! Always a pleasure working with the service team!!

Was all packed up and ready to head to the airport for an international trip when I discovered my right rear tire was flat. Hobbled over to Keystone Volvo and Ryan to the rescue. I was warmly greeted, shared my tale of woe, and then blessed by the team s response to fix the tire and get me on my way in 30 mins. I am always pleased with Keystone s service, but today took things to a new level. Thanks Ryan and kudos to the team!

Last week I replaced my 29 y/o Mercedes-Benz E300D with a 2024 Volvo XC40 AWD B5. I am pleased with the vehicle and extremely pleased that I went to Keystone. Jennifer Montrose could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There was no pressure of any kind. On the contrary, I initiated all contacts, except the initial approach, and she was very responsive. I did other car shopping before I went to Keystone. There was no comparison. In all honesty, there was frustration with the lack of knowledge about their product! This was the exact opposite with Jen at Keystone. Detail person that I am, Jen was a good match! She knows cars and is a Volvo expert. The price was fair and the client services were superior. Without reservation I can recommend Keystone Volvo and Jen.

I have never owned a Volvo before, but have been in love with the XC90 for years and was blessed to finally purchase one a couple weeks ago, from a small dealership. Unfortunately, something went terribly wrong with it, the FIRST NIGHT of owning it. It was completely immobilized and I was forced to have it towed to a Volvo dealership.Assuming all Volvo dealerships were the same, I chose to have it towed to the nearest one and all I can say is that it was a disappointing experience. My vehicle sat for nearly a week and I received little to no communication from them. In fact I received only 2 texts and one text included a $214 invoice for a diagnostic ONLY, THAT WASN'T EVEN PERFORMED.By day 5, I decided to look into other Volvo dealerships in my area to see if they had any availability and THANKFULLY, Keystone Volvo was the first one I called. The difference between the two dealerships was like night and day. I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone I spoke to were so helpful. They were able to take my car THAT VERY SAME DAY. Not only that, I was offered a loaner with no hesitation. A 2024 VOLVO XC90!! The other Volvo dealership had my vehicle sitting for NEARLY A WEEK, putting other cars ahead of mine, with no service date in site, and didn't consider offering a loaner at all.My car was ready in 3 days and the cost wasn't much more than the cost of the diagnostic from the other Volvo dealership. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Keystone Volvo and they will be the only place I'll have my vehicle serviced going forward.P.S. I wrote this review to positively recognize Keystone Volvo, but I feel that I need to divulge the name of the other Volvo dealership.Fort Washington Volvo, in Fort Washington, PA. I will NEVER take my vehicle to them again and I STRONGLY advise everyone else not to, as well. Keystone Volvo is where you want to go, if you value customer service and quality service for your Volvo.THANK YOU KEYSTONE for turning my nightmare Volvo dealership experience into a wonderful one.

The service went fine, though I'm still waiting for a special order part. They followed up with me for a year about a recall which I really appreciate them doing. I received a text from Heidi saying anything I needed during service, feel free to text. I hadn't heard my car was finished, so I texted her at 4:30pm asking for a status update. No response. I called at 5 pm (on a Friday), and the operator tells me the car is completed and they are now closed! What?! No one bothered to call me and let me know? Really unacceptable and says to me that you just don't care, sadly. Thankfully a manager was still there so they could move my car and key where I could retrieve it, but really Keystone Volvo, you need to do better.

Everything from first contact with the service department to the intake process when I brought the car in, to the clear language explanations provided to me during the service, to the great performance of my car after service was first-class competent. I thought the problems with my car were unresolvable, but Keystone people made it look easy.All past service on my car at Keystone has exceeded expectations. I'm very comfortable doing business with Keystone.

Found the car online, was emailed within minutes of filling out the contact page. Sent my info via text and had the car reserved for my purchase later in the week when I was available. In and out from the dealer in 30 min. Joe was a pleasure to work with and explained the car features and set everything up for me before leaving the lot. Thanks!

I give 5 Stars to Keystone Motors in Doylestown. I appreciate the excellent folks in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, namely Mike and Pete. They are the BEST. I have ONLY had positive experiences with them. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Experience started off well for our 10k service. The Service Manager is knowledgeable and responsive. He helped me through a tire replacement and warranty issue. However, the mechanic who worked on the oil change did not replace the oil cap after the service. This led to a check engine light and oil spray all over the engine compartment of our almost new car during a toad trip on a holiday weekend. The Service Manager did work with us regarding the issue and found another dealer along our travel route for a cleaning and repair. We do understand mistakes happen but can t say we are thrilled with the condition of our vehicle post-service. Koons Volvo in Maryland accommodated us without delay and we are appreciative of Keystone and Koons Service Managers assistance.I appreciate the follow up Mr. Stein. I do intend to visit your dealership for service in the future. I feel confident this issue wouldn t come up again. My initial review doesn t reflect my feeling about your dealership, just this visit. Again, mistakes happen and I m no stranger to that. Im sure this will be resolved in the future. Thank you.

I have been coming to Keystone Volvo for years. I won t go anywhere else. They are amazing. Not to mention I probably drive by another Volvo dealership just to get to Keystone in Doylestown.

KAT got new shoes. They are great compared to the pirelli s that I was running. The should have reset the tire pressure gauge. Having issues have to stop in. Add a detail too looks pretty

Paul was immediately responsive to texts, sought answers to all our questions, and was warm and friendly. No high pressure tactics (but those weren t needed for such a great car). He was willing to look for exactly what we wanted, but we actually bought the first car we saw on Keystone s lot. Paul is a super nice guy! I highly recommend him..:
