I want to shout out Jay who helped me with not one but TWO separate car issues over the past 3 days, including a catalytic converter issue and then a tire leak. Jay was really helpful and friendly, explaining everything to me in layman's terms (I know nothing about cars!), and he was honest and transparent about pricing and what needed to be done. I don't live in the area, so I feel very lucky to have found a dependable and trustworthy spot that could fit my car in so quickly. Thanks so much, Jay and team!

My family and I have used Kershaw & Fritz for decades and I highly recommend them. Their service is excellent and they always keep costs to a minimum. Time and again they've gone above and beyond for us, from squeezing us in for emergencies to doing minor, unasked for repairs at no charge. In all this time we've never once had a problem with their work or the price. We greatly appreciate knowing that, no matter what happens with our cars, we have an honest, reliable and professional repair service to take care of it.

They were professional. Suspected my xar to need front end struts, after checking they said it is ok. They charged me half hour, which is reasonable.

Dave, Mike, Rich and everyone at Kershaw and Fritz is amazing. Best service and care at a reasonable price. I bring every car here and will not go anywhere else. I even have family mechanics and know I am going to get honesty and fantastic service at an amazing price. This is what a local hometown family mechanic should aspire to be. We just bought a set of tires for our Rogue and we couldn t be happier with Dave and the team at Kershaw and Fritz.Dave helped us pick the best tires for our car and how we use it. The final price was lower than the estimate! They have a comfortable waiting room with Wi-Fi , TV and more.My wife and I highly recommend purchasing tires at Kershaw and Fritz. We live in Richboro and the extra miles were well worth it.

Excellent shop with an excellent staff. They re always very knowledgeable about what issues you describe and definitely work with you in terms of cost and time. This shop is legit, best one I ve dealt with. I can t imagine bringing my vehicles anywhere else.

I just had the most fantastic experience - I had another shop tell me my car needed $300 worth of repairs and was missing pieces in the door. I brought it over for a second opinion and K&F told me nothing was wrong. They give a military discount and are extremely kind and professional. To those women who feel they might be taken advantage of out there, these guys are super honest.

Fantastic service. Dave, Scott, Mike and Jay always make sure I am satisfied with the work done on my car and never try to sell me on things I dont need. I have used them for suspension work, alignments, mounting and balancing tires, straightening wheels and oil changes. I have always found their prices reasonable, their communication great and their staff very respectful and friendly. I cant recommend them enough.

We have taken our cars here for maintenance & tires for several years. We have always had great experiences with wonderful customer service and a knowledgeable staff. We have never had any issues after work is completed. They will let me know if something is under warranty, and I should take my car to the dealer service center instead. Also they will work at giving us the best deal for any parts. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are amazing. I had a problem with a new tire. When they first looked for a replacement, they told me that the tire was out of stock but I could get a similar tire for about 1/3 of the price and get the exact replaced whenever it became available. So I said go for it, and left with the expectation that the tire would come in sometime in 6 months. By the time I got in my car and drove home, I already had a phone message that they found the tire and it would be available in 3 days. 2 hours later I got a call from these guys that the tire came in, it was already mounted, and I could have it put on my car as soon as I wanted. So I went from a 6-month problem to the repair being perfectly completed within three hours. That's service! Like I said these guys are amazing!

This shop is great for all your car needs. Very honest, good prices and excellent customer service. They will give you a ride back to your place and pick you up when your car is ready. If that's not enough, they have loaners, too. Dave, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Always helpful. Been a customer for years. Yesterday squeezed me in for an emergency battery replacement. In and out in about half an hour. K&F busy today, lots of folks needing service and repairs these days as new cars are pricey and in short supply.

This team so obviously takes pride in providing small town service in a World Class manner. The entire team exemplifies caring and integrity.We called them out of the blue last summer because we decided at last minute to take a trip in our RV and realized the inspection was about to expire. No one could fit us in but Kershaw and Fritz did....They made specific arrangments and taped off a section of their parking lot and made us feel like we were not anything but a long time appreciated customer (first time on their property).Since then we have interacted with them on two other occasions. One was just a business going flat out above and beyond to help a neighbor...Would not even charge for what they did to help me out of a bind.If all local businesses valued their customer community the way Kershaw and Fritz do.....What a Wonderful World It Would Be!No more Costco tires for this family

In this crazy time these guys are on point. They went and did extra labor on my car and did not charge me for that labor! It wasn t a major repair but most places would have charged. They also gave me a car to use since you can no longer wait in their wait room! I ve never had a better experience especially from a tire center.

Easily the most personable garage I have dealt with. Brad took an extensive look at a vibration problem I'm having with a 2013 Dodge Dart. He examined the vehicle's wheel, tire, and suspension assembly for any defects extremely thoroughly. After coming to an inconclusive result he felt it was unnecessary to charge my invoice (regardless of the project taking him the duration of the day). Extremely friendly staffed whom make every effort to explain any problems extensively. Looking forward to doing future business with Kershaw and Fritz.

My one-stop vehicle maintenance shop. Tires for my Mazda, a battery and an electrical check-up for my sister's Lincoln, state inspection or a brake overhaul, I trust these guys. I like working with Dave Fritz, but all of the guys that I've dealt with provide good customer service. I'm picky about where I take our vehicles for service, but I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Dave Fritz and his employees were so kind and helpful when I was in an accident just outside the shop with my two small children. They tried to get the car moved and called the police. He stayed with the car, and invited us into the shop waiting room with the kids until the police arrived. I couldn't be more grateful to everyone here for helping me through such a stressful situation.

Accommodating and helpful in a pinch with courteous staff. Grateful that they were happy to squeeze me in for a tire change while I was traveling via car and gave them very little notice and a small window of availability.
