Edit: 4/12/24 To date I have not received My license plates or registration in my state of MD.I have been cordial with them but have reached my limit as we've reached 90 days, 30 days beyond my paper tag and my interactions have all been "it's somebody else is at fault". My last correspondence has had no reply as I have started proceedings against them.Started the purchase online and handled the majority of the process through phone and text. I was kept up to date with info and supported by Gene the Sales Manager.A few items required attention and Gene offered to assist if they were extensive.Overall a good experience. Am very pleased with the ATS.

What a great place to get a car. They handled everything took care of any issues we had and worked with us all the way to the end. Not even one star deserves this place. I am disappointed with my experience buying a car from this dishonest place. I am a college student paying for my own studies and, at the same time, saving money to buy my first car. Four months ago, I trusted this place, which was a very big mistake. The car they sold me has an engine failure. At this point, I have spent more than 2000 dollars changing the battery, taking it to mechanics, and changing the oil. All the mechanics assure me that the car has a fault in the engine that they cannot repair apart from a manufacturing defect in the car, of which the seller, Ivan Vlad, did not give me knowledge. The car always had a peculiar sound, but I had no knowledge of cars. I thought the sound was normal because no light on the dashboard was on, so I lost the month that this place gives you a warranty. I called, and the answer they gave me was that of a place that is only a business. "You signed the papers, and we don't settle based on feelings." That's what they told me. They also offered me 1500 dollars if I wanted to sell them the car, a car for which I paid 12,000 dollars. I feel it is my responsibility to let people know about my experience here so that the same thing does not happen to them, since there is nothing more I can do.

Purchased a car here in the first week of January, 2024. It s a used lot, so we didn t expect anything too impressive. The car was pretty much what they said it was, so no issues there, it runs good. However, we still have not received the title or official registration and it s well over a month. Based on some other reviews I think I can expect longer yet. I called to check and was told I would get a call back I got a text saying the title and registration paperwork were at the notary in line to get title and registration work done . Okay, but isn t there a notary on site? And why would it take this long? I know PennDOT can be slow but if the paperwork got to them promptly I would expect I would have the title by now. I ve purchased several cars over the years and I ve never had this kind of delay on paperwork, not even from a used lot.

Bought a rare hard to find Fiat 500e (EV) from here last week, and would highly recommend Infinite Routes. I was hesitant at first as their process is different than other dealers, they are new, their price was well below market, and I was unfamiliar with the company.That being said everyone there was friendly and easy to deal with, so we were able to make an agreeable deal. We have had the car for a week now and everything has worked out great so far.

Worse experience ever. $3000 in repairs the second I left the dealership all the error lights came on and engine light. They owed me a repair for a broken air vent and whoever I would call they would put me on hold or won t answer me I had to use another phone to get them on the phone. The worker Ivan when my grandfather would ask him questions he would be rude to him just because he had genuine concerns about a large purchase. He seemed as if he didn t want to be there. They are quick to sell you a car but once you buy they are incompetent that getting your state plate will take 2 months. I would recommend you look elsewhere because they say they are the lowest price around but that is because the cars have $3000+ problems with them.

My boyfriend booked a test drive at Infinite Routes and had an initial discussion with one of the salesmen. After the first look, he had asked my grandfather to go to the dealership with him and check it out. The second visit, we had Ivan as the salesman. Ivan went over the carfax and was short towards my grandfather when he would ask clarifying questions about the car's history with it being a past rental with accidents. We then went to the lot to check out the car and noticed that the tires on the car were not only different brands, but also different sizes! The front tire was smaller than all the rest. On top of that, when my grandfather was in the driver's seat, he noticed that the tire sensor light was on as well. He asked if they could replace the tires or at least the smaller one and they said no because it passed inspection . When asked about the tire sensor light, Ivan said they would fix it before my boyfriend got the car if he were to purchase it, but again, it passed inspection .The car had some other issues that we noticed while on the lot like a broken fan on the passenger's side and a few other small things. We were told that they would owe us the repair for the fan if we were to get the car. My grandfather told Ivan and the other salesman there that he wants the tire sensor fixed and off the dashboard before we consider getting the car. We got a verbal from them that they would check it out and see what s going on with it.Couple days later, my boyfriend decided that he wanted the car. We head back to sign paperwork thinking everything is good since they had given us a call to inform us that maintenance checked it out. But, that was a lie because Ana then called us a few minutes before our appointment to tell us that it was not fixed. We are told that the tire sensor light coming on is only to be fixed by a Nissan dealership and that they would give us a we owe sheet saying they owe us repairs for the fan and tire sensor light within 30 days. Since we had already driven an hour there, my boyfriend decided to sign for it and accept the we owe sheet.Upon driving off the lot, we notice that the driver's door is no longer locking. Few days after that, the check engine light then comes on the dash. So he calls his mechanic and makes an appointment to get a full check up. There was a lot of work to be done, but the main things were the engine throttle, door lock, and the air flow sensor. In total repairs were about $3,000. So, Infinite Routes so called competitive pricing were not competitive at all. It s just the cost of repairs you re going to need to fix not even a month after having the car.The repairs that they owed us took forever to schedule because it is impossible to actually get a response from them once you ve purchased. It wasn t any easier to get the license or title either. Every time my boyfriend would call, he would get put on hold, hung up on, or passed around different managers (side note: they all claim each other is the other s manager. I do not think any of them are managers and that this is just a game they play to avoid customers and responsibility). They gave him the run around whenever he would attempt to schedule the repairs or ask about his documents. Each time we called there was a different excuse. Either the manager stepped out, wasn t in today, was busy, on lunch, the list goes on. Eventually they stopped responding to his calls and would put him straight to hold. So one day, he was tired of their unprofessional games and called from my phone while he was on hold. He told them he s been on hold for close to 30 minutes and wanted to speak to the actual manager. Again, an excuse was given so he said it s fine he s on his way and will wait in the show room for a manager to be available. They called my phone back a few minutes later and all of a sudden were apologizing for the hold up and magically found his license plate and documents.Save your time and go to professionals. This place only wants your money and is incompetent in their work.

Ivan and Jordon were GREAT. They showed patience, understanding, had great customer service and was very professional. I arrived already knowing what I wanted to purchased already, and was highly relieved they they didn t try to pressure me into purchasing another vehicle. They made the transaction very smooth, prompt and explained everything so well. I felt very comfortable and knowledgeable about all of the paperwork I was signing and left feeling confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer and would definitely do business with them again.

I purchased a Lincon back in November 2023. I opted to get my vehicle delivered because it wasn't inspected. The car was delivered on a Monday by a third party service. It wasn't inspected , it was dirty and no paperwork was given to me. After calling for a whole week I decided to take the vehicle back to the dealership. When I arrived to the place I was told I needed an appointment. Eventually the vehicle got inspected and I was given a copy of the pink paper but 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for the title and registration!!!

Arrived after making appointment, they showed me 3 trucks before showing me the actual truck I came to see. Test drove tank on E had to put gas in it. Bought the vehicle they told me it s nothing they could do about tank being one E. No mention of mandatory LoJack until final numbers are given. Mileage on website not updated. U have to pay for them to inspect vehicle after purchase.

Update Review. If you purchase a car from here I HIGHLY recommend financing through your own credit union. Thankfully my credit union has certain stipulations regarding purchasing a used car and it protected me from leaving there lot with a car that had a savaged title. Ana did not understand that structural damage meant more than just scratches in the car. After reviwing the carfax of 10 other cars. I did end up purchasing a car with a clean title and good mileage.Anastasiia was great. Made this process very smooth to purchase my new car. Just good energy overall. Answered all my questions and was just a smooth experience.

purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz from this dealership and had problems after my warranty expired. I brought my car in for a check engine light and was told it was my catalytic converter and engine light was reset but the problem was not fixtured. I was told to get a oul change, brakes and rotators alonger with sqay bat link replace but not fix the reason for my check engine light was on. Today December 2, 2023, I was there again regarding the same problem and was told a different reason for my check engine light was on due to a o gen sensor and valve cover gasket. I was told they couldn't fix the problem and get a second opinion because they only had two mechanics and it would take 10 hours to fix at the cost of 1800 dollars. I paid cash for the car six months ago and was offered any discount but bring the car back in January. DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!

Huge thank you to Ivan and manager Vlad. They are straight-shooting, honest men who are the type of people that you are delighted to make a large purchase, like a car, off of. They treated my girlfriend and I, with a professional demeanor, and offered us both the same mutual respect that customers deserve. Never once did they become annoyed at our questions, requests, or our frustrating personal preferences. Vlad is such a wonderful leader of his team. He has an incredible personality, and is very easy to talk to about everything - current events, finances, movies, and cars, of course. Despite the entire staff s hard work ethic and busy schedules, never once did my girlfriend or I feel that we were wasting their time or a bother.

Straight rip offs and frauds!! Stay away from this place unless you want to buy junk!! They ripped my sister off sold her a straight POS lemon that broke down a week and half later with $6,500 repairs!! They look to rip you off anyway they can with their slick talk!! We came in for a test drive of one particular car. We ended up getting another car from their lot which was much better. Anna was our sales specialist. She made our entire experience easy and pleasurable. She explained everything from carfax history to actual pricing details. Will definitely recommend.

we bought a 2010 toyota highlander from this dealership 1 month ago. since then, we have YET to receive our license plate, and it took us chasing them down to replace the temporary tags they put on our car that literally expired TODAY. they are so unorganized and unresponsive it's insane. if you're looking for a dealership with good communication this is NOT the one. we also had to ask them over and over again for a tire they were contracted to replace. that tire was finally replaced today ... again a whole month later. we are still waiting on our license plate, and we are extremely fed up and unhappy with infinite routes autoupdate: we finally received our license plate and registration last night. it took 5 months.we bought the car august 19th, and received our plates december 18th. anastasia seems to be the only person who knows what's going on, and without her help, who knows how much longer it would have taken.

Infinite Routes is a dealership that keeps a professional environment, and simultaneously manages a friendly atmosphere. From setting the appointment to almost instantly getting the keys in my hand for the test drive when I walked in the doors, it was all in all a very efficient experience. Anastasia was very friendly, despite having multiple people to help. Vlad was excellent in keeping me informed in all of the proceedings, and having a smile on his face while doing so. I bought a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage, and the inside of the car was in excellent condition and Anastasia even offered to have it vacuumed again in the event that it wasn t satisfactory. If you want a car for a reasonable price, and to feel like you re truly being welcomed in, Infinite Routes is the way to go!
