We often come here for service to my partner's Subaru legacy. The shop is quick with repairs, and they make the wait very comfortable. The waiting room is stocked with healthy snacks like granola bars and fruit, a Keurig machine for coffee and cocoa, and they even have a water bowl and treat jar for people who bring along a pet.

Scheduled online appointment for oil change and factory recalls, specified loaner vehicle option. Got confirmation email for appointment at 7:30 am with loaner. VIN number and everything was available to Fred Beans, as I have been multiple times at that location. Got up 1 hour earlier than usual, drove to Fred Beans. Clerk tells me there are no factory recalls after checking my VIN and the company policy is not provide loaner for just oil change... Clerk offered to wait about 1.5 hour, that's not option for me - I have an important call. Asking if shuttle can take me home. Another bummer, they limited radius to 5 miles, my house is about 8... At this point it has been 5 minutes in talks and I am frustrated, as Fred Beans fails to honor committed service arrangement. Trying to explain my point of view to clerk, that I scheduled appointment and got confirmation with loaner option (they had VIN on file...). At this point clerk says "well, he could give me a loaner even that he is not supposed to do so". I declined and left the shop. I would rather take my business to shop which (a) has policies to commit to service arrangements; (b) do not require go thru frustration and emotional distress to get something as "a favor from clerk". Whoever in Fred Beans management decided to save a few dollars by those policies, now you are going to lose a few hundreds from me never taking my cars to your service. I will find more reliable and customer friendly auto shop.Service: Oil change
